This was our 3 time. Back with friends.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectation. We were received as we haven't been gone. This hotel offers not only the best location in Cyprus, but also en experience marked by excellence in every possible way.
The staff is incredibly collegial, warm and professional — always ready with a smile and eager to help. A special mention must go to the Manager, who genuinely cares about every guest and every detail. Her presence and leadership clearly inspire the Team and create an atmosphere of trust and comfort.
We have given the highest score in every category for service and Food. It is varied, fresh, delicious and something for every taste and always served with a smile. The bar on poolside and in 2 floor could create drinks from standard to beyond your imagination.
And for the most important subject for us tourist from the North. The cleaning was spotless in every area, truly top-noch and not to forget the front desk who is there for you, no matter what, 24/7.
Its close to the shopping street, outdoor cinema, pharmacy and shops and bars with various topics and offers. You can rent a cor next door. The taxi to us is George.
Thanks to the director Ms. Stavri, and if you're looking for a hotel were you want to feel truly valued and where everything is handled with care and excellence, look no further. We will absolutely return.

It was our first time visiting Cyprus and I was skeptical when I heard the greeting "Welcome to Paradise". But in the end, I must say: it was true. The hotel features very nice, modern rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Because of its location right next to the beach, you have easy access to the wonderful sea and the pool. The food buffet features something new every day, and is full of delicious domestic and exotic treats. But most of all the staff is really interested in providing its guests a wonderful experience, the people are friendly and will help you, especially the wonderful manager Stavri.

Wow. Highly impressed.
Beachfront location.
Service fast.
Selection of food great.
And it tasted great aswell.
We even looked at who we can book to stay at this hotel when we come again.

We had lunch here today, at the Sands restaurant, We walked along the boardwalk from the car park, it's only a two min walk. It's a beautiful beach front restaurant, the food was excellent, the service and the value for money was excellent too. The staff were professional, yet friendly, I would highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely eat here again.

The most wonderful Hotel I ever stayed in. Staff were so helpful. We had the royal suite which was unbelievable. So beautiful. The manageress was incredible. The breakfast was fabulous. The beaches were beautiful and we actually swam with turtles.

Had a very nice stay at the resort. All inclusive full week, the staff were amazing: kind, attentive, polite and always smiling; the food was delicious and service was extremely fast and careful. The facilities were new, very clean and classy, bright and cosy atmosphere. The location was perfect, the beach is literally within seconds of reach, marvellous sights. I could not recommend more!

Fantastic location, right on the beach. A true 5 star hotel, my wife and I had a brilliant vacation. Will definitely come back.

We came in April, great temperature and not too busy. Wonderful hotel! Very nice decoration. Right in front of beautiful beaches, yummy breakfast buffet. We definitely recommend Sunprime Protaras!

We stayed for 5 days in Hotel’s Royal Suite, which in itself is a superb room. The hotel is practically situated on the beach front with exceptional views. All staff were super professional, friendly and very helpfull, catering for all our needs, especially Maitre d’hotelTakis and Stavri the Manager, who took hospitality to next level and made our stay amazing. Great amentiies, tasty food, would definitely come back in the future.

We spent one week with all-inclusive. The food is really good, especially the à la carte. The hotel is located at the beach so you can easily choose pool or the sea. One negative thing is that the sunbeds by the pool is reserved very early in the morning. To get a bed with sun all day we had to get up at 6 in the morning 😱 I really hope this can be managed in some other way. The sunbeds at beach can be accessed later and is quite cheap to rent.
All areas at hotel and the rooms were very nice and always clean. We booked a room with partly seaview and it was very good 👍🏻😊
Many of the staff were very friendly and serviceminded but I would like to give Madan an extra goldstar for execeptional customer service with a personal touch. 🤩 He also serves the best drinks 🍹
Hotel manager Stavri also made us feel very welcome and appreciated as guests. Thank you Sunprime for an amazing and relaxing week ☀️
