I had such a wonderful stay at AT Herbal Spa Hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
A very special thank you to Georgio and Lydia, along with the entire restaurant team. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating—especially towards my children. They always made sure we were comfortable, checked in on us regularly, and went above and beyond to support our needs. Their warmth and professionalism made every meal such a pleasant and memorable experience.
It’s rare to find a team that is not only efficient but also genuinely caring and attentive. They created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for my family, and it made our stay even more special.
The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you again to Georgio, Lydia, and the whole restaurant team for making our stay unforgettable. I would absolutely love to return in the future.

I am genuinely taken aback by our arrival experience. We arrived just 15 minutes ago — my mother, my five-month-old baby, and myself — were left to carry all of our luggage (two small rollers, one large 23kg suitcase, a buggy, and several bags) entirely on our own.
This is highly unusual, as in my experience there is always at least someone available to assist guests upon arrival.
To my further disappointment, I even had to use the hotel’s bellman trolley myself to transport the luggage to our room. A manager walked past as I was clearly struggling and did not offer so much as a word of assistance — which was both surprising and disheartening.
I truly hope the remainder of our stay improves from here, as this is not only my baby’s first holiday but also a milestone 30th birthday for me. At present, however, I would be unable to recommend this hotel based on our initial experience.

Pros:
— Room comfortable and functional, very nice bed.
— Good breakfast selection.
— Great facial and nice gym.
— Nice welcome sparkling wine + fruit platter.
— Close drive to Protaras restaurants/beaches.
Cons:
— EXTREMELY noisy evening entertainment from the next hotel every night, regularly passed 11pm (try listening to Baby Shark on full blast every night for 4 nights in a row). We asked several times if we could change rooms but were told this was not possible. For some reason Google won't let me upload videos, but they're very loud.
— Annoying bathroom layout Wouldn't stay here again.
