We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and surrounding was quiet.

We needed to change hotels as the hotel we were due to go to wasn't ready.

We were sent to the hotel as the original hotel we booked was closed due to renovation and what a great find.

Our holiday was at the beginning of October from the 6th to 14th.
We were pleasantly greeted at midnight with a bottle of champagne and snacks.

Incredibly tasty food, very warm-hearted service fast efficient and caring. Great family like atmosphere spa sauna hamam indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Well sited on Protaras main street. Welcoming and friendly staff.

Everything was always clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, location is great too. Food at the restaurants and at breakfast was delicious.

We’ve recently returned from an absolutely fantastic 2 week holiday in Protaras, Cyprus (Sept 2025) where we stayed on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the Kapetanios Bay Hotel.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel and overall had a fantastic stay. The hotel is very clean, has a great location, and the pool was always spotless.

The hotel is excellent, offering the best price-to-quality ratio we’ve experienced so far.

Originally came here 2 years ago and had a great time. Thankfully we did again.

We stayed at Sunrise Gardens for two nights and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — just a short walk from the beach and the main strip.

We’ve stayed in many hotels in Cyprus. The location is perfect. The food is excellent. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave. The choice and quality of food was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Cyprus! Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were beautifully furnished, very clean, and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you need.

I stayed with All Inclusive, but the bar could only offer the cheapest alcohol, and popular drinks would have to be paid for separately.

Had a great time. Staff were all great, from Thomas on night duty to Sotos and Andreas working the bar. The chef was a lovely person aswell as the ladies on reception. The staff are all great.

We stayed at the hotel from October 16th to October 24th, 2025. We arrived at the hotel at lunchtime and had lunch with the whole family.

OK where to start. This hotel has positives and negatives. Firstly reception. Eleni and Georgina are top class and a huge plus point for this hotel.

We just came back from a seven day vacation at Vrissaki Beach Hotel, and all in all, it was wonderfull.

What a fab hotel apartment this is! close to everything. Arrived very late stupid o'clock in the morning.

Really Loved this hotel its in a fantastic location very near to the protaras strip and fig tree bay. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and we were very impressed with the facilities on offer.

(Have a cuppa and sit down, may take a while).
On arrival the night receptionist was not very welcoming, boardering rude.

The King Jason Protaras is simply amazing. We stayed here from the 26.10.2025 — 2.11.2025 for our honeymoon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, it was a mother and daughter holiday before my little grandson was born, very special, from the moment we arrived the staff were warm, welcoming,

Arrived at hotel before midnight and were greeted by older gentelman at reception — Theodore as far as I remember. Very nice and welcoming, provided us with essential information.

After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal.

We had a group of 16 people and everything was amazing! Place is clean, has everything the group needed. The manager was always there for any information and help!

Fabulous week at the Evalena Beach Hotel. Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms. Pool area is lovely. Hotel overlooks the beach. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Overall, a nice stay. Check-in took quite a while, but after that everything ran smoothly.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the city center and a few minutes' walk from the beach.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Staff will do their very best for you. Rooms & communal areas are spotless. Beautiful pool with beds & umbrellas.
Pool service for drinks, pizza etc.

Good value for money hotel. A bit old but in good condition. Good breakfast but not something special. There is noise quite often in the rooms from the closing doors of the other rooms.
