Capo Bay Hotel

We stopped here as part of our honeymoon after getting married in Paphos.
This is an excellent hotel with first class staff.
We were very kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a honeymoon suite on arrival which was a really kind gesture from the front office staff — thanks to the team for organising this.
Every part of the hotel is immaculate with fantastic facilities.
We had a massage in the oneiro spa which was superb, I'd highly recommend the couples massage.
Whilst we were at the hotel a number of teams were in for the UEFA under 17s tournament but this never impacted the service we received from the staff.
We were on the dine around option so ate at both the Koi and Mamas restaurant. Both of the restaurants are high quality with a good range of options.
I'd just like to mention three staff in particular who were excellent —
Marietta — on the front door of the restaurant always had a smile on her face and was always so welcoming to us.
Ajay Kumar — one of the breakfast chefs always made an excellent omelette and again so welcoming.
Last but not least Andreas from the f/b staff — really did make us feel so welcome, he noticed my partner was eating gluten free cereal so he arranged for us to have gluten free cake and bread which was a lovely gesture. He came over and greeted us each morning and really did make us feel like valued guests.
Overall we wouldn't hesitate to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Protoras area.

Great location, friendly staff, good resort overall. The one and biggest minus is the walls between the rooms, there was a door between the rooms which makes it very noisy. Could easily hear the neighbour talk and when they had kids crying all day and night it was not very relaxing.

Without doubt the highlight of our stay every day was Marieta, front of house at Elea restaurant. A ray of sunshine whatever time of day, so kind and helpful. We will miss you.

Amazing being one of the assistant cooks.

Perfect location, right on the edge of the Strip and overlooking the sea at Fig Tree Bay. No hassle looking for sun loungers and umbrellas. Fabulous pools, one in particular, which was in the Adults Only area. If you like minimalistic lounges, then you'll love it! We only did breakfast, and the food was fabulous.

Outstanding experience!
Staff couldn’t have done enough for us, very friendly! From waiting for us to take our bags to our room upon our arrival to ensuring our room is stocked and cleaned every day and everything in between.
We loved every detail in the hotel, the perfect location with it being a stones throw away from the great beach as well as a large choice of bars / restaurants nearby including amazing settings during both day and night.
Great food and drinks including the amazing restaurants in the resort. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to return!

I think its the best Hotel in Protaras, I mean the biggest and what has the best quality of service. Very good for family holidays, they have nice and safe kids pool, kids room with a lot of activities, and very good area for walking and enjoying seaside. Also I enjoyed a lot Oneiro spa! the service there is a top and quality of specialists are very good, it's a lovely place with a lot of face and body treatments. On the territory also u can visit nice Italian and Japanese restaurants, the food is exelent in this places! I wish u to enjoy your staying In Capo Bay, as I did 😀

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff, upgraded our room and it was amazing, room service is fab and facilities are all brilliant. Booking up for next year.

Beautiful hotel we stayed for 2 weeks for our wedding they go above and beyond I’ll never stay in a different hotel all the staff are amazing nothing is to much the rooms are clean beds amazing and food is great we will be back next year thank you for an amazing holiday and wedding memories for ever.

Fabulous hotel on the stunning fig tree bay. The breakfast so much to choose from and the food at mamas at lunch time is impressive! Home made chips are excellent! Piña colada’s are a defo! Your own sunbeds the entire stay! Staff are great too! Can’t ask for anymore Can’t rate this place enough!

This hotel has it all, extra soul added. We had a wonderful time here, the staff were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
