Excellent location, and it is located in front of Los Gatos park; there are beautiful sculptures besides de Obelisk monument. The food is very good and great service.

The hotel is in a great location connected to a shopping mall. I highly recommend the king luxury suite with the jacuzzi.

To be fair I thought about this review before posting it. I wanted to give my honest opinion. The staff were friendly and attentive upon arrival. The breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

We booked this hotel for a wedding that we attended in Cali. It was a safe location and in a very nice area of the city. There are lots of restaurants around, aside from the restaurant at the hotel.

Very safe and clean. Great staff, breakfast in the morning a plus. Pool looks nice but I would not get into it, more for looks my opinion. Only like a 6 minute walk to the main strip.

Cali is one of Colombia’s “forgotten cities” that gets some attention for its medical tourism offer, its salsa dancing… but has also had setbacks in the past few of decades.

Always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Great location, great staff and amazing massages. Totally recommended this hotel for your vacation or business trip!

We spent two nights here and our stay was spoilt by road noise. This and a few other issues detracted from our overall enjoyment. The hotel is an interesting place that hides behind a plain facade.

I own a luxury boutique hotel in Panama so I may have a strong opinion on hotels. This place was amazing and perfect for the price.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent (huge spread, fresh fruits, juices, coffees, eggs multiple ways, plus other stuff). The food outside of breakfast is not that great.

My room was on the eleventh floor of the secondary building which you can only enter by the only bridge located on the second floor level.

Little far from the main part of the city but taxis were very cheap. Hotel was modest but clean and well looked after. Staff were friendly and answered questions in had about the city.

Excellent service delicious food, very well attended we will return.
