Very friendly and helpful staff. They even washed our clothes for us on New Year's Eve as most places are shut on New Year's Day. The room is good for the price range. Clean and a decent size.

Every detail is admirable — upscale entrance — thoughtful and engaging personnel — expansive rooms — comfortable bedding — all the usual amenities tastefully prepared.

Good installations good attention.

InterContinental Cali is without a doubt the hotel where I always like to stay.

My stay (4 nights) has been lovely. My room was spacios, very clean, quiet and the AC worked very well.

It’s a wonderfully cozy place and we stayed in a comfortable room. It’s situated in a very walkable area with lots to see, so, and eat nearby. The breakfast was a great way to start the day off right.

My stay was great! They serve breakfast every morning and will do laundry for a small fee. The staff is very accommodating and will support you with local recommendations and other needs.

Great stay at the NH Cali Boulevard del Rio! Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. They even suggested the best spots for dinner and lunch in the surrounding neighborhoods.

I stayed at NH Boulevard del Río Cali for three nights (Feb 11-14, 2025) as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned.

The Garden Inn in Cali is definitely our go to Hotel when we travel to Cali. Amazing food, service, location and top roof bar with the most beautiful 360 views of Cali.
