It’s a wonderfully cozy place and we stayed in a comfortable room. It’s situated in a very walkable area with lots to see, so, and eat nearby. The breakfast was a great way to start the day off right.

My stay was great! They serve breakfast every morning and will do laundry for a small fee. The staff is very accommodating and will support you with local recommendations and other needs.

The hotel is in a great location connected to a shopping mall. I highly recommend the king luxury suite with the jacuzzi.

To be fair I thought about this review before posting it. I wanted to give my honest opinion. The staff were friendly and attentive upon arrival. The breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

I am beyond impressed with Alko hotels and the only way I’d stay anywhere else is if someone else was paying.

Cali is one of Colombia’s “forgotten cities” that gets some attention for its medical tourism offer, its salsa dancing… but has also had setbacks in the past few of decades.

​All I can say is this was one of the best hotel stay experiences I have ever had. The staff, led by Anderson Martinez, is truly the greatest.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent (huge spread, fresh fruits, juices, coffees, eggs multiple ways, plus other stuff). The food outside of breakfast is not that great.

My room was on the eleventh floor of the secondary building which you can only enter by the only bridge located on the second floor level.

The breakfast was good, the room very comfortable and the staff is friendly and takes good care of you. It has a good location.

My experience at Casa Hidalgo was exceptional. This hotel strikes a perfect balance between classic architecture and modern touches, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere from the first moment.

Beautiful hotel. It reminded me of the 70’s high end accommodations, slightly faded but still elegant. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke some English.

This hotel was incredible. This is my first time in Colombia. I was staying in Cali for a few days, and this hotel was so far beyond my expectations. The rooms are just unbelievable for the price.

We spent two nights here and our stay was spoilt by road noise. This and a few other issues detracted from our overall enjoyment. The hotel is an interesting place that hides behind a plain facade.
