My stay (4 nights) has been lovely. My room was spacios, very clean, quiet and the AC worked very well.
The staff was great, they make this Hotel extra Special!

This is a great place to stay in Cali. If you're in town for tourism, do yourself a favor and stop at the official TI across the street to plan your visit.

I can't recommend this enough. I've just spent 4 days at Casa Ruta Sur whilst visiting Cali with my dad and we had a brilliant time.

This was a BEAUTIFUL place to stay for our group overnight. The woman who welcomed us was the sweetest person and despite the language barrier, she was extremely helpful and attentive!

Very good location very accommodate to my trip. Easy access to north and south of the city. Super clean rooms, AC strong and quiet our room with balcony with amazing views.

Excellent hotel, amazing location close to many of Cali’s popular spots. In a great neighborhood, very calm and safe. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace, very clean and secure.

Brilliant. They helped us because we arrived at dawn due to a delayed flight and it was the perfect place to stay. The attention of the receptionist who greeted us was excellent.

I highly recommend the hotel, we felt in a family atmosphere and very well cared for, the breakfast was very delicious, and they have free water and coffee 24 hours a day 👌🏽

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent (huge spread, fresh fruits, juices, coffees, eggs multiple ways, plus other stuff). The food outside of breakfast is not that great.

My room was on the eleventh floor of the secondary building which you can only enter by the only bridge located on the second floor level.
