Hotel Ibis Cali Granada

Professionalism and courtesy. Super friendly staff. Affordable prices. It's my second time staying there and if I travel back again to Cali I'll definitely stay there again. Thanks guys.

Not a good option at all to stay in Cali, really bad service at the front desk. Tiny rooms, thin and cheap beds.
Location is okey, safe area. But not worth that price for a hotel with 0 services more than your room.

1. I booked on booking. Com and they tried to increase my booking at check-in.
2. My TV didn’t work the entire 5 days. I complained twice and no one came.
3. One elevator was out of order.
4. Key stopped working and they tried to make me stand behind 4 ppl checking in, instead of taking 2 secs to reprogram my card. I requested to extend my stay an extra night and was told it was confirmed. Only to come back to my room late at night and couldn’t enter the room. So, I went to the check-in desk. Only to say, I need to pay again but they never mentioned they couldn’t just charge my card that I used at check-in.
5. Limited beverage options at the restaurant.
6. I couldn’t order room service.

I was very impressed with the overall comfort and cleanliness of my room. Room and amenities are basic, but functional. Restaurant was good. Easy to get around from this location.

Hotel personnel are efficient respectful and willing to help with anything they can. Hotel has good security, rooms are small beds are a little firm but get the job done. The location is ideal within blocks of various restaurants and bars. The Marriott is near by and costs 5 times the night and is not that much better than the IBIS Cali Granada.

Excellent cleaning service. Room in great condition. Air conditioning and hair dryer working great. Friendly and helpful staff.
My only problem was that the room was too small, and I was able to listen to other rooms. Especially late in the night when they were having sex. I felt myself almost in a 4-star motel.

Check in was easy. Lobby and room are clean and modern. I stayed for a long weekend. Price was right and location was very good.

The experience was not as expected.
No TV service for a wire.
On Thursday The emergency alarm sound with any information it seems to be a false alarm.
The main halls on darkness because the motion sensors delay to start.
Breakfast poor.

Jus a basic room. No toiletries, just soap or you have to buy them. I felt like trapped in a sardine can!. No room to move around. Clean. The worst part is the terrible food at the restaurant! Frozen pizzas, sandwiches made in a microwave! Pricey and tasteless. Also if you eat after 9pm get ready to pick up your own food at the bar (no room service), where it will be cold, not even covered and exposed to any cough, sneeze or even tasted by anyone around! Disgusting!

Nice located hotel, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a lot of things to do.

The experience was not great overall. No TV remote control in bedroom when I arrived, had to request it and it took a while for the technician to configure the channels. The volume on the TV is controlled to a level which is not loud enough to be sufficiently heard. There is no place to put one's bathroom's things on, I had to put them on the loo seat! In the middle of the night I was woken up by people speaking in the room next door, so there is not sufficient sound proofing between rooms. The ham and cheese sandwich I had in the cafeteria was very expensive. And the hotel is not in the best location.

This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a. M. To complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!
