HORRIBLE! BEWARE! The worst customer service and disrespect for customers with terrible accommodations.
I don't even know where to begin with this nightmare of a hotel. This review could go on for pages with all the things that went wrong. I stayed there 7 nights on business. I did not select the hotel. The group that was hosting the training had pre-paid for the group. I should have know from check-in this would be a nightmare. We had reserved months ago and were clear we needed a king bed. When we arrived, the young girl at the desk said there was no king bed. She didn't even attempt to try and help us. An older woman worker heard us discussing the issue and told the young girl it was possible. She then told her how to move things around. This was the beginning of a long line of lazy workers who have NO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude and disrespectful. The breakfast in the morning was exactly the same every morning and it was less than appetizing. Breakfast was till 930 every morning. I arrived at 840am on two occasions and they were basically out of food and refused to bring more.
The rooms were clean. I will give them that. But the beds were hard. They provide no basic, complementary toiletries. The outlet in the bathroom was broken and when I called for maintenance the worker said the outlet was on order and could only give me an extension cord.
