HORRIBLE! BEWARE! The worst customer service and disrespect for customers with terrible accommodations.
I don't even know where to begin with this nightmare of a hotel. This review could go on for pages with all the things that went wrong. I stayed there 7 nights on business. I did not select the hotel. The group that was hosting the training had pre-paid for the group. I should have know from check-in this would be a nightmare. We had reserved months ago and were clear we needed a king bed. When we arrived, the young girl at the desk said there was no king bed. She didn't even attempt to try and help us. An older woman worker heard us discussing the issue and told the young girl it was possible. She then told her how to move things around. This was the beginning of a long line of lazy workers who have NO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude and disrespectful. The breakfast in the morning was exactly the same every morning and it was less than appetizing. Breakfast was till 930 every morning. I arrived at 840am on two occasions and they were basically out of food and refused to bring more.
The rooms were clean. I will give them that. But the beds were hard. They provide no basic, complementary toiletries. The outlet in the bathroom was broken and when I called for maintenance the worker said the outlet was on order and could only give me an extension cord.
Espectacular the best service and attention super friendly and very clean it's perfect to spend a weekend or a week.

I stayed there for 3 nights, first. They say in the web that they have airport shuttle to the hotel on demand. Just the customer has to let them know the time and day of the travel, I did it, and never they showed up! I called the telephone number, as well on the web of the hotel, and never answer. Im my personal case, when I decide to pick a hotel, I do it with airport service just for safety. Onece st the front desk I explained my experience, they just tell me “sorry” but the telephone number you are calling is not the one. I said “what”? Di you know you have a wrong number in the webpage? So, what happened if you are at street and have to call the hotel for emergency? So, in that precise moment they realized the phone number was not correct, but even the hotel mail I sent them to let them know my arrival, never answered it! So, NOT RECOMMEND IT!
