It's located in a good area, it has plenty of restaurants and cafes around (a block or two away). It seems to have been a family house turn B&B. We took the family room, it had a nice comfy bed and it was a pretty big room.
The TV has Netflix included.
We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.
The bathroom needs improvement, the bathtub was not really clean and it didn't have any toiletries (other than a small hand soap container).
