Awesome second stay at the Moxy Banff. I had messaged the hotel ahead of time about a potential upgrade to a king room.

We had a wonderful check-in experience at Moxy Banff, thanks to Karl at the front desk. When I mentioned that I was visiting from Seattle, WA, Karl immediately made us feel welcome.

The Kenrick is the best kept secret in Banff. They opened in April 2025 after a 2+ year re-haul of the prior hotel, and it’s just beautiful. Rooms are crisp, clean, modern, and very comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return. The room was beautiful with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The daily tea/coffee selection is a nice touch.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. Staff are ultra friendly, with Mimm on front desk being superb creating a fabulous first impression. The rooms are clean, modern and basic.

This hotel was clean and comfortable — our first stop on a Canada tour holiday. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, offering a free 3 day bus pass to take us into town and save the 1 mile walk.

Book this hotel! Do not look further. Everything was SO great.

The Moose Hotel was an excellent spot for our family of 4. It is right on the main road in Banff, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Great property. I stayed there 20 years ago and thought maybe it would be dated and old but its NOT. Such a quaint place. So much wildlife.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. There were several beautiful walking trails nearby, making it easy to explore the area.

The Otter Hotel was absolutely fantastic and made our trip to Banff even better. From the moment we arrived, Emma at the front desk exceeded every expectation.

We stayed here 4 nights. Check in and check out was a breeze. The underground parking garage was great. Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

All of the rooms have been renovated, and our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful high ceiling. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Canadian Lodge! I really loved the layout and cleanliness of the room—it was comfortable, well-maintained, and made for a relaxing stay.

This hotel was very good. Right on the corner of Banff Avenue and Marten Street. Secure parking garage, yet very quiet and tranquil. So close to all the shops, restaurants all within walking distance.

Very nice hotel. The pool is wonderful and the staff is very attentive. We came into the hotel after a long day of travel from the US and the staff made us feel welcomed.

Tunnel Mountain Resort is great. Our suite was wonderful, on two levels with a balcony with a tremendous mountain view. The resort is well located to visit sites in the surrounding area.

Great hotel in a very convenient location close to the heart of the city centre.

Great location near downtown that's close to everything. The room we stayed in was dated but spacious, have a little kitchenette.

The room was neat and clean. Hotel has a nice pool and provides towels. All the rooms are outside.

Staying at this hotel in was an incredible experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views that make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive.

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

The loft suite my friends and I rented was just right for 3 adults who wanted to stay together but have separate beds. It was cozy but had everything we needed.

Solid four out of five and overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

Service was good. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean. I did have an issue with our sink not draining properly so they probably need to snake their drains more.

Spent three nights here. Didn't see any staff. Check-in is done next door. No onside restaurant or bar next door. Red Carpet is simply rooms.

It’s one of Banff lodges, which all have good locations. Only 10min walk to the visitor center. Old but clean, no more impression.
But the parking and check-in process are all very confusing.

Clean, spacious, and scenic.
Everything about this stay was perfect. Our room was huge and very clean, providing plenty of space to relax and for our baby to crawl around.

I recently stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was a good size and well laid out, with a king bed, TV, desk, and a pullout sofa.

Beautiful resort with exceptional service.

The chalets are really cool and cozy. Great to see some wildlife and go for walks and hikes out the door. The water slides and outdoor hot tub are awesome.

I recently stayed at the Douglas Fir Chalet, and really enjoyed my experience overall.
