Hotels in Perth CBD with Breakfast

Absolutely perfect! My family had dinner here for my nephews 50th birthday and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so attentive. The food was next level!

I only came for the restaurant so I don't know anything about the rooms. The environment was beautiful and aesthetic and the food was presented beautifully.

We spent 2 nights at the Aloft at each end of a recent trip to WA. Convenient location, comfortable bed and pillows, good bathroom, quiet and love the couch with space for two people to sit

The hotel was immaculate so clean and well presented the staff were lovely and so descriptive of everything including where to park! The room was clean and beautiful everything laid out nicely.

Beautiful historic hotel right in the heart of the CBD. A fantastic place to stay, with plenty of fantastic dining within it's walls.

Best hotel in Perth! Stunning architecture and incredibly spacious rooms (although we were upgraded to the suite 😊). Every staff we interacted with/spoke to were genuinely friendly and accommodating.

There was awesome room service and it smelt amazing. When we went into our rooms it had sliding doors for the bathroom and electronic curtains.

I loved staying for a night at the Westin for a winter “staycation”. Naina and her co-workers organised check in very quickly and our room was ready well ahead of schedule, which was great.

What a fantastic stay at The Ritz Carlton, Perth! I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite and the room was absolutely amzing, I honestly couldn't recommend it more.

I had a lovely staycation at the Ritz-Carlton Perth in the Tub Room Studio and would definitely recommend and visit again in future!

This is our second stay at the Duxton.

I’ve been invited to the newly opened bar, ToTo, inside the Duxton Hotel three times over the past two weeks. The friend who keeps bringing me back practically calls the hotel his second home.

My stay at Holiday Inn was wonderful! The staff are so warm and friendly. The room is so comfy and spacious! The cleaning staff are so efficient!

We had a wonderful stay in holiday inn.
Comfortable room, decent size toilet with bath (yes, we paid extra for that option).
Front desk were welcoming and housekeeping were friendly.

We booked a Pacific Club Room, which included access to the Club Lounge. The room was spacious, the executive lifts were convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

Pan Pacific is my go to hotel during regular visits to Perth. The hotel has been beautifully renovated with lovely decor and a huge gym.

Stayed on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Delightful little hotel in the heart of everything Freo.

Our first time visit. Won't be last. We had corner room 6th floor with sorta view between buildings of Swan River. Sadly looks like view soon become a " glimpse " as big vacant block over road.

Great two nights stay at The Quay hotel. Quick and efficient check in no hassles friendly reception staff. I was given an upgrade which was a pleasant suprise and welcomed.

Had a lovely stay. Front desk staff and concierge were as helpful and efficient as they could be. Executive lounge offerings were delicious, interesting and different.

Friendly staff and service. The room is very clean and comfortable. We ordered room service. The food is expensive, as you would expect, but it was certainly delicious and satisfying.

The QT Perth is a fantastic hotel, perfectly located in the middle of the Perth CBD. Everything is within easy walking distance and it’s a great place to stay for events in the city.

Cams here for a dinner event and the function room was a nice size. Not too big and not too small. The staff was efficient and service was brisk.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and were thoroughly impressed by its contemporary design. The property feels incredibly modern and does not look dated at all.

I loved this hotel!
Excellent location and views to the water and wharf. Beautiful room, fabulous bathroom. Loved the in-room dining and the bed.

Excellent venue for corporate workshops and team events. The collaboration facilities were modern and well suited to productive sessions, and the dining options were fantastic throughout our stay.

Don't know Perth well enough to know if Murdoch is good I rated it 3 on location because there is not a lot in walking distance you are sitting on top of a train bus station and hospital however so

Everything was very nice, enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good stay, staff were very helpful and the car parking very convenient and giving good access to the room.

Really nice hotel in good location as walking distance to most things and public transport. Our room was spacious and clean and nicely done.

We stayed at The Adnate Perth — Art Series for one night with 3 adults and 2 small kids, and we were absolutely blown away.

Fantastic location at the start of Northbridge area:
Plenty of food outside the hotel.

Great bouji hotel. However the rooms have nowhere to put a bag or case and very little hanging space, especially for 2 people.

We stayed at Maya Maya for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and parking is easy and convenient.

We recently stayed at Maya Maya with our children for 1 night as a staycation from Perth. We had interconnecting rooms which were both beautifully presented.

Nice comfortable rooms. Staff are very friendly. Even has a secure carpark. Spa pool a bit cooler than normal spa pools. Main pool lol freezing.
Gym great, meals very nice. Bars good.

Its a lovely place to stop. Rooms are clean and spacious, great food and service. Really appreciate the airport transport too. Great value for money.

We had to travel to Perth unexpectedly because my daughter was admitted to the Children's hospital.

Had a really lovely stay at the hotel with my pregnant wife. We were always well looked after by May who was so very friendly and polite to us and my wif and I enjoyed chatting with her.

A huge thank you to the team at the Hougoumont! I realized I had lost my iPad two days after checking out in Dec 2025.

The perfect location for exploring Freo.
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was nice.
The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were helpful.

This accommodation is located very close to the CBD, bus and train transport and lots of good dining and bar options.

Genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had. Not only were the rooms exceptionally clean when we came in but the room was cleaned daily, the service was truly top notch.

Better location and more closer to UWA. Clean rooms. Breakfast is served to the room and not much of variety.

Good if you want to go to UWA and enjoy a quiet night. Working facilities for a long term stay, you can cook easily. Huge wardrobe. Helpful staffs. Clean.

Well-located hotel in the centre of Perth. Bedrooms alright, one had a worse view than the other even though it was the upgraded one… Not noisy though, and showers were huge!

I wanted to thank the hotel staff for making our anniversary staycation such a memorable experience.

Clean, crockery, cutlery, showers hot and room nice and quiet.
Staff friendly and helpful. Parking out back.
Close to kings park and uni. Also heaps of public transport pass including free CAT bus.

I don't normally do Google reviews, but this place deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in the 6years we've been in Australia this is the first time I could smell the cleaningess is our room… Thanks to the cleaners
