Pet friendly = the best hotel ever. Lovely spa bath too & modern room. All in all a top stay! highly recommend.

Great sat night getaway, Naomi was wonderful on arrival and check out, very bubbly and made us feel so welcome. Def stay again!

Staff were very helpful, room was pleasant and clean, was so nice to have everything catered for Zona only had to bring his food they supply everything for him.

We had a wonderful staycation at the Citadines in Perth City! The two rooms were perfect for our family! The staff are amazing and the location is fantastic for families! Really enjoyed our stay!

This Hotel is our go to accomodation especially during the AFL football season. Living three hours out of Perth we wanted something central to the City and all it has to offer. From the staff to room ammenities you can't go wrong… Do yourself a favour and stay here next time you are in Perth…

Lovely Hotel in the centre of the CBD, $10 to park over night and close to the stadium were we watched Hugh Jackman, they even gave us chocolates for our anniversary 10/10

We stayed over one night last weekend as a family of 4 and had the best fun. It’s right in the heart of the city so it’s so convenient, beautiful and comfortable rooms and lots of fun things to do in the room! We definitely didnt want to leave! We will sure be back.

The hotel is centrally situated and we had a nice big room with a kitchenette and large bathroom. The staff were good and parking close by was only $10 for 24 hours. A good place to stay close to the convention centre.

Took my daughter and friend for a birthday celebration. Room was so clean and a lovely, welcome basket greeted us (we gave to a homeless man we had seen earlier. )

Great location. Transport out front. Large executive studio, modern, clean and very well equiped with all you need for your stay. Maybe request room at back away from street noise if your a light sleeper. If your short like me the pots and pans are out of reach in top cupboard. Apart from that I would highly recommend to stay there.

Don't be fooled by the amazing photos, this is a budget hotel and overpriced at at. I was looking at 3 hotels in the city area and chose this based on the photos, but the bathroom very much exposed the lipstick they'd put on this pig! It was also a worry when the first thing I saw when I walked into the room was the ear plugs provided — obviously the thin walls and room configuration along the hallways gets loud. It was clean enough, but I was very disappointed with the quality of finishes and reception service was anything friendly.

Rooms are very spacious and hotel staff were nice and welcoming. All the basic amenities were in the room. However it used to get bit noisy at times due to some maintenance work happening in the room above I believe. There is poor noise insulation and you can hear people in the lobby opening their doors or talking. Apart from that I had a very good stay.

Very nice hotel and perfect location, at a walking distance from Elisabeth Quay and few mins the city centre. Big, modern and very comfortable room with all the services you may need, even a Jacuzzi.

Hair and soap scum in the shower. Doesn't matter about anything else, if the bathroom is unclean! The shower was very tight to get into and the bed was soft.

Room is ok, comfortable with everything you need. Bar downstairs is great with great staff from bar to kitchen. Negatif point is Wi-Fi speed which is very slow for corporate work.

Room spacious, clean, quiet and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great. Only negative was no Foxtel. Need a few more cooking utensils like a wooden spoon, tongs, lifter etc. Spa was awesome and bathroom huge. Great water pressure. Aircon very quiet. Would definitely stay again! ☺

Good accommodation, clean and tidy room, breakfast good but watch out if you're on a restricted budget from your booking. Mine apparently was 25 AUD for breakfast which is not enough.

Pretty good value for what you pay. Close to eat outs and the bar right next door does awesome meals.

Citadines is a great place to stay for your one night stops in the city, whether a it's for business or a place to crash when you don't want to go home after a special night out, rooms a stylish, not to cramped for all the furniture in there, pillows are pancakes though. Otherwise perfect place for a one night stay.

Second time we have stayed here and will again amazing lay out with spa in the middle of the room! Staff are always friendly and helpful!

Amazing room and location was unfortunately let down by staff (4 of 5 we had contact with) who evidently didn't want to be there. Very annoying finding/ figuring out where to park as well.

After a hellish time negotiating parking we were initially impressed by the room. Spacious, simply and stylishly furnished. Upon closer inspection we found stains on the coverlet. Our king sized bed was merely two singles pushed together. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay.

Great cosy apartment hotel in the heart of the CBD. Citadines offers convenience for a business traveller or holiday-goer alike. A mini kitchen is provided in the standard room rate and the bathroom is very spacious. Wi-Fi is also offered and an office area provides space for both a place to eat meals and a place to work.

Nice clean modern rooms, comfortable beds, good service. Was tough through, my view was overlooking the Hilton pool next door. Bar downstairs is good although not attached the motel.

Very clean room, excellent service & I loved the location — Walking distance to everything in the city!
The only thing I didn't like was the bed — it wasn't as comfy as my bed at home.

Nice room, it was clean. Room was good value.
Music from bar downstairs was very loud up until about 2330 hrs. That was ok as we could hear the TV over the music.
Then it all went downhill… People in and out of rooms, loud, drunk and banging noises went on until 3 am. Then thank god it went quiet… I'm knackered today would I recommend this place, yes if you like to party til early hours, for us a definite no, been there done that and enjoy the peace and quiet … great location!
Oh and the staff where pleasant enough

Clean, modern, a minutes walk to city centre, shopping & all transport. Love having a separate bath. Amazing price. Modern design. We were left a complimentary bottle of wine & box of chocolates as its our anniversary which I noted in the comments box when booking. We will definitely come back. The restaurant next to reception is very well priced.

Nice convenient place for a drink after work. Very quiet compared to other places. Excellent staff service.

Stayed at 603: Staff were polite but Mattress was back breaking! Room service got our breakfast wrong 3 mornings in a row. Shower handle was falling apart. Cleaning service could be better.

Had a few hiccups like smoke alarm going off at 1.30 am. Rooms were very clean and nice staff were friendly. Loved the late check out.

Booked the executive suite, awesome room with plenty of space and spa wins it hands down. Well priced whilst not extravagant.

Smaller room than Paris citadines and staff were merely polite. Not great value.

Executive Studio for $200 plus per night. Cracked tiles in a dirty bathroom. The most uncomfortable mattress possibly found in a second hand shop or from skip. Hated it.

Where shall I start, prepare for backache because if the mattress in our room, 805 was anything to go by you be better off doing a crocodile dundee and sleeping on the floor,. Bathroom, cracked tiles and fungus and as for the view,,, doesn't exist only aircon units and the back of other tall buildings.
