Great little place for the price. Central location. We visited NgalaEarly Learning Centre and it was perfect for our simple needs.

Very convenient for site seeing around Perth. Stood to the test of 3 stars. Would recommend to others. (only shower over bath was the minor issue so take care)

Good location, helpful staff and free parking is the other benefit to choose them. But kitchens smell is very strong.

Booked for an overnight stay with hubby. Very old, maybe sixties building but very clean and tidy. Great for a budget overnight stay with a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Would be good for a family or couple on a budget. Plenty of places to explore and eat/drink nearby. Free inner city transit nearby to get into the city and back. Limited parking so best to try to check in as early as you can. Friendly staff — even lent us an umbrella! Also received text to make sure all was ok and we wer enjoying ourselves.

Nice budget apartment for family with children. The spacious room has a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook meal so you can save some money along the trip.

Okay. Basic older appartments. TV worked. Air con worked. Bathroom clean and excellent shower pressure. Sink, cutlery, microwave and oven available as well complementary tea/coffee/milk. Bed was comfy. Basic, but okay for overnight stays. 3 stars.

DISGUSTING! Cockroaches watching me pee … I swear they were waving at me rather than running away. I had come into their "house"… The room was a replica of the inside of a jail cell right down to the jail cell green theme. Stay anywhere in Perth but here… I wish I could rate it no stars.

I stayed here for a week. Loved the fully equipped kitchen! City waters is opposite swan river and it’s nice to take evening walks just across the park. Staff are friendly and location is right at the city! Will definitely come again next time.

Not fancy, but a great price for a good location, every thing you need and great staff.

On arrival, I was made to wait for 15 minutes whilst the guy on reception chatted on the phone. Another older man was sitting nearby, but did not acknowledge us either. I receiving our key we climbed 3 sets of stairs with suitcases to the second floor. There were two men standing leaning on the railings smoking whilst we passed. We could not open the door, but once we did we could see that the place was filthy. The kitchenette was particularly bad with build up on the cooking equipment and a cracked and dirty ceiling exhaust which didn't work. To top it off, the front door was see through and a man (one of the smokers) pressed his face to it and started laughing. The old bedspreads felt like they hadn't been washed for a while and I was itchy immediately on sitting on them. The whole place was dusty and there was nowhere to sit that wasn't dirty. I put my socks on so I didn't get itchy feet from the carpet. We left and of course we're not given a refund. There were no smoke alarms and a sign fell off our door so there were obvious workplace health and safety issues. If you don't mind a flop house you'd be fine, but it was more expensive than other places at $378 for 3 nights. Seedy guests and a feel that the whole place could go up in flames at anytime. The second worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the area around was also dubious. Give it a miss!

It is near to the bus station and city center. Apartment has a kitchenette complete with cooking utensils, fridge, tv, iron, hairdryer. All you need to do is buy your own groceries and cook. There are a few convenience stores nearby. Receptionists are friendly. Parking space is free for guests.

Great service from staff. Manager was friendly and helpful. She carried and installed a new microwave for us on her own! Generally pleasant rooms but Wi-Fi wasn't free though.

Ask to see a room before handing over your money. Room may have previously been a crime scene, bring your own sheets.

A good place to stay. Big rooms, with big wardrobe, clean, comfy and the separate kitchenette is a plus. Not to mention the location is perfect.

Quite and peaceful with the largest main room, separate kitchen and bathroom in a hotel/motel I've had the pleasure of staying at.

For the money it is perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Cleaned and fresh towels daily The best shower easy to adjust and good water flow. Handy to everything. Kitchenette was a bonus. Thank you to the staff we had a great stay at City Waters.

City Waters Perth is great apartment style accomodation in a perfect position. After ariving into Perth on the last flight, checking in after hours was a breeze, their full instructions and clear and easy access was great. The next morning was greated by very freindly managers. The rooms are dated but very homely for a long stay, clean and tidy and very quiet. Highly recomended for apartment style accomodation in Perth, the best find so far.

Listed as a 3 star hotel, I was extremely dissapointed to be confronted with shocking customer service as well as old, smelly, dingy, insecure rooms! Next time, I will be doing much more research and not trusting anyone. Stay away.
