We booked Adina Apartment Hotel Perth for our bridal party and wedding guests as it was a perfect location and close to our wedding venue. They provided us with a promo code discount for ourselves and our wedding guests. We booked x2 2 bed apartments for the bridal party, one for the grooms party and the other for the brides party, and we were given the two best rooms with wonderful views on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our needs. On the wedding day morning, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne, a few nibbles and a lovely handwritten card to congratulate us on our marriage. We cannot wait to stay at this hotel again in future. The rooms were very modern, clean and well equiped. Thank you Adina.

No breakfast facilities on a Sunday, no parking for your car, way over priced for what the room is, bed was the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on, I'd never stay here again!

Staff are Cunts, have authority issues and just straight out nasty.

Was advised on booking I can have 2 single beds and a sofa bed, I have 1 child and one assistant. In accessible room — they will not address me — they speak at my assistant, not me; the actual person who is paying! So disgusted and disappointed in the service so far.

Room 28 is over the bar so kept awake until midnight. Curtain in bedroom broken. Couch is stained and only has 1 cushion and Not worth $209 per night. Also make sure you use the exhaust fan in the kitchen at all times when cooking. Even if it doesn’t have instructions. Or you will be charged $720 for the smoke detectors going off.

Nice room. And amenities are impressive. One day again we will visit. Relaxing place for short staycation. All the best. More power. Cheers.

We loved staying at the Adina Apartment Hotel Perth. Lovely spacious rooms, very clean, comfy beds and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Great job guys from Hashtag Electrical Services ☺️

STILL waiting on bond being returned after OVER TWO WEEKS! When I enquired, I was told it can take up to 5 weeks due to banks! I’ve never heard of such rubbish! Mediocre room. Nothing like the pictures on the webpage. Would NOT stay again.

Very good sized rooms and clean. Rooms and lobby are a little aged but clean. Very good access to conference centre but other areas of city a couple blocks walk.

Stayed here for an event at the convention Centre. Perfect location to stay for any event there. Rooms are a great size, clean and comfy. Bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh. Had metro bar attached at bottom with limited breakfast options.

Bit hit and miss this hotel. Positives reception area is nice and nice facilities rooms are ok and have everything u need from fridge washer dryer eqipped kitchen etc. But definitely could of found something nicer for the 250 we paid! Which turned into 310 with parking and 1 hr late check out. The negatives u have to pay $30 parking a night and we must of circled the block almost 10 times to park some where on the st just so I could check in and pay $30 to access the hotel parking trying to find ur allocated park spot is also a joke. The curtains in our room where quite moldy, the double bed was not big enough for 2 so me and my partner tooK the singles and let the kids share the double, double bed comfortable the single beds and roll away beds mattresses feel like bricks super uncomfortable and dont even get me started on the super thin blankets with next to no stuffing left inside them that are not even placed inside a dooner cover there folded into a uncomfortable sheet instead :/. Had a very uncomfortable sleep due to uncomfortable beds and horrible blankets. Swipe cards for the elevators drove everyone nuts. Doubtfull we will return will stay at mantra on hay in future alot nicer get more for your money at the same price.

Very clean, central to where my partner was working, good access to shops and transport. Lovely serviced apartment.

As usual this place has nice apartment rooms, friendly staff and a great bar/ restaurant, recommended.

Staff and service were excellent. Rooms need some repairs. My room had a cracked basin and a sliding door wouldn't open. Endless problems with electronic keys. Had to get assistance too many times to get into the room and parking gate, but as mentioned staff were always helpful. Fantastic location.

Quiet basic hotel in a central location close to Elizabeth Quay. Our apartment was roomy & clean with an extra TV in the bedroom, a large walk in wardrobe, lounge room & decent kitchen with a full size fridge. The bathroom has a bath/shower but the shower pressure was weak & the lighting a touch too dim. The pool & heated spa are nice & there’s also a small gym & sauna. There’s a bar & restaurant downstairs next door & the staff are helpful & friendly.

Room was fine no issues other than needing to change from a double bed to two singles. Was rectified fairly quickly.

Wouldn't really refer to this one as a 4-star hotel. Partner and I spent a weekend here and on arrival were instantly judged by the lady at front desk for bringing in a carton of alcohol and warning us about our limit of people up stairs and no-party policy etc. We felt she was very judgemental and rude seeing as we were intending on a romantic weekend away with just the two of us and it was our drinks. The rooms aren't as clean as they appeared in photos. The only good thing was that it was quite close to a few places we were attending that weekend. Wouldn't stay there again, would spend $$$ elsewhere.

Four stars cos of the proximity to the best daytime feed in Perth. The best kept secret. It's at the busport. The Asian Kitchen. All under a tenner.

Perfect location (we had a river cruise to attend). Room was as expected (didnt pay for 5 star). Meal was a bit average but acceptable. Would stay there again for price.

Nice appearance to the room and great cleaners. I'm surmising that due to close proximity to conference centre the staff are not too concerned with customer satisfaction. I asked for a quiet room; as haughtily assured all rooms are quiet. Similar process when I asked directions to a local hairdresser — any hairdresser in fact. Overlooking that aspect, the stay was, in fact, pleasant and comfortable. The location is convenient to the city, train line, and conference venue. I would stay there again.

Upon check in we were greeted with a happy helpful receptionist. Check in was a bleeze and once up to our room were very happy with what we'd booked. Very clean and tidy. Easy to walk into the city from the adina to. On the whole a very enjoyable nights stay.

Lift button noise was worth staying there just to hear it squeal. Rooms were tidy and pretty run-of-the-mill for a hotel. Quiet location away from too many busy roads. Walking distance to all the cool stuff. Also has the best lift call button I’ve ever experienced. The staff were a bit too excited to see me, especially on the last visit there recently.

I was at Adina for a 2 day conference. Facilities were good but pretty standard conference room. The staff were accommodating and attentive. Lunch was great, plenty of very tasty food. Central location opposite the convention centre and near the Esplanade train station.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the experience. The room was nice and well presented, the bathroom was clean and modern. The only issue was that the toilet had you sitting in a door way.

Nice place, great bedroom. Some of the decor was a bit shabby but not a problem. Very clean and good sized shower.

Good room, nice and clean. Staff were really helpful in finding an item that I had left behind and holding it for me until I was able to collect it.

It was a bit pricey. 12 dollars for a pint. The atmosphere was nice.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Perfect distance to everything. The rooms are clean, they and comfortable. The bath tub is very roomy. The rooms are sound proof as long as Windows are closed. The service and been second to none! 5 star service all round!

Room service available. Rooms very clean and spacious. Had dinner at the restaurant and breakfast. Food was OK. Cocktails were awesome.

Photos up on your website where not correct to the room we where given at check in — very misleading which caused us to have to pay extra to upgrade to a bigger room. When we asked to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment was told that you only had one available in the whole complex and it was taken for that night… one available — you really need to sort out your numbers because that is ridiculous! Brought my partner here last year for his birthday and the greeting we got when we arrived was lovely, we where given complementary champagne and chocolates when we arrived and the lady at reception made it really special — we booked this weekend just gone for my 21st and I would have to say we received the worst customer service from Sima at the front desk — when my partner mentioned it was my birthday she just stared at us for a moment and then went back to the computer, acted like it was all to hard when we asked to change rooms and was in no way, shape or form friendly — it's not hard to fake a smile! Very disappointed to say the least, we won't be staying again!

Comfortable room and suitable for an overnight stay. Amenities could use modernising/upgrading. Bed was huge and perfectly comfortable though.

The place is great. Plenty of space. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in our room. Fully furnished kitchen. Very quiet. Great location.

Nice place for those who are visiting Perth and want to stay in the city with limited budget. Public transport is just walking distance away. Train station and one of the main bus station just 2 to 3 minutes walk. Elizabeth Quay and Bell Tower walking distance away.

But disappointed with our visit this year to be honest do not get me wrong the room was lovely as always bed was comfortable fab spacegood to be able to catch up on the washing but one of the things that was loved about this place was the pool and spabut not too impressed with the fact the pool is freezing (which last year was lovely and warm so has the pool been turned off) and the spa is not working so quite disappointed as we had been looking forward to coming back for these reasons.

Our first night off in 4.5yrs and the accommodation was very disappointing! We were not told anything about there being limited parking or the fact that you needed to book a spot. Customer Service upon checking in was also disappointing didn't seem she knew what she was doing that well and was rude about the parking issue. The room was OK wouldn't say it was anything great cupboards didn't even close properly, toilet didn't flush properly, cleanliness wasn't great either. Toilet roll was pretty much empty but a new one should have been put on for new guests! Definitely would stay there again or recommend it.

It was average. Very small and very pricey for what it was.

Could be recommended for a person who are willing to stay in the Perth CBD for more than a week. Mostly like home, but a little bit not enough. It has good facilities including most of kitchen appliances, a dish washer, a washing machine and a laundry dryer.

Had a meeting at the hotel bar. Setup looked great. Staff were extremely helpful.

I would have given Adina Perth another star however it was a major inconvenience to be told that there was no parking available. The best that could be offered was a suggestion to park down the road at an independent parking facility overnight for $39. In addition if you have a 4x4, maximum vehicle height if you managed to snag a park is a low 2.1m. Other than that, facilities were adequate.

This was suppose to be a lovely wedding anniversary/valentines day/evening around the pool sipping some drinks. That was not to be. Customer service in this hotel is non-existent. Keys didn't work. My wife got locked out of the premises because they forgot to program the card. Also she couldn't use the lift because the front desk staff didn't tell her it was the only way to get the lift to work. I thought the front desk staff would only have a few IMPORTANT items to tell every guest on arrival. Apparently not. Then when my wife left the hotel, the front desk staff sent her around to the front of the building to busy Mounts Bay Road rather than to the carpark. So she got to stand there on the footpath with all her luggage wondering where the hell to go to find the carpark where they had told her to park her vehicle. Advertised on website as having a pool. Pictures looked amazing. But, no pool access. And this was in February on a 37 degrees day. Why would you paint the pool or surrounds at this time of the year? (No advertising of construction on website or voice message when being on hold) Advertised as having guest parking, but not for us. We were told to park our car next door for $40-$50 a day. $229 for what? Lack of amenities, no customer service? What a joke. The only saving grace was that when I complained (quite sternly) that I would not be staying any longer, and wanted my room reservation canceled, they obliged.
