Need to book advance for the restaurants but we ended up a little bar which was wonderful enough, free valet parking was also offered!

Magnificent Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful and spacious rooms decorated tastefully. It was very quiet. It felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. We enjoyed all the extra touches the hotel provided to make our stay on our wedding anniversary very special. Thank you.

Had the most amazing stay, best hotel in Perth I’ve had the pleasure of spending a weekend away. The thoughtful accommodating staff go above and beyond for you, rooms and wait service are flawless and the venues and food particularly in their wildflower restaurant were to die for. This hotel is amazing. The service is amazing, the restaurants are amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. We were so spoilt!
The check in is so easy. Car taken away by concierge so no parking worries. Directed through to check in…. But not the usual queue up kind of check in. Comfy sofas, glass of champers, briefing of all the facilities and shown directly to our room. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are mahoosive and soooooo clean. Huge bath with amazing products, comfy dressing gowns and all mod cons. Ironing board. No troubles. Need item out of car…. No problem. All brought up to room in quick time. Nice touch for hubs 50th of bottle of champers in room. Went out for dinner. Came back and bed was turned down, chocolates, everything folded and put back as it was when we first walked in…even folded clothes. We will be back.

We had our wedding on 30 Dec 2019 at Como The Treasury. The experience has left us sadly not able to recommend it. Disappointingly when we gave the events team feedback there was absolutely no acknowledgement or ownership taken by them for the experience we had. All we were after was an acknowledgement from them that they were sorry that we were left disappointed but instead there was no ownership taken. Very disappointing that a brand like this could leave a customer feeling unheard and unacknowledged. Will absolutely not recommend for an event. Regards Priscilla.

We love this hotel and it is simply the best we've stayed so far. Amazing and thoughtful service, warm and friendly staff, and the location is superb. The room is extremely spacious yet cozy.

I would love to say that the Como treasury Perth is such a beautiful place to stay in and the staff are very lovely. I had a birthday party there recently there as well on the same night that we stayed there. The cocktail party was just beautiful and the bar staff that were serving us were just so accommodating and friendly even with the thoughtfulness of when we were at breakfast the next day having chocolates with a happy birthday on it. The functions coordinator was great and helpful as well. Thanks again to all the staff for your great service.

I have only been here 40 minutes but I feel like I'm in heaven! Other hotels can't compare. Drink and seating while checking in was much more leasurely than most places I've been; Led up to the room with a perfect explanation of what is available inside (not too lengthy to be annoying and not too short to be curt or confused) ; All new features after looking around the room; The coat hangers aren't stuck to the wardrobe like most hotels so hanging items is easier; General tidiness is also better than a lot of hotels I've stayed at; I cannot wait to go down to their restaurants for their amazing cocktails I've had once or twice before!

Beautiful muted modern design. Generous minibar complimentary items. Breakfast is fantastic. I do wish the concierge team went above and beyond for me when I mentioned that it was a special night for us, but regardless, I still think it’s a great hotel.

I enjoyed high tea at Como the treasury. I loved the venue and presentation of the food. The tea was average. The finger sandwiches were tasty however the bread didn't taste fresh and was a bit hard. The crab treat was delicious. Scones we're nicely made. The sweets were all pretty good. I feel they were too chocolate dominant — I would've liked more freshness included with them in general. Overall I was quite pleased and would consider returning.

COMO The Treasury is all class from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Room was spacious, bed was super comfy and the free mini fridge was unexcepted. The included breakfast at Post was what stood out the most from other hotels. Will definitely stay again.

Did not think the service matched the price they were charging at Wildflower. Pre-dinner cocktail service was unbelievably slow, waiter bought out incorrect order and later we were charged for that! Food was very special but had to ask for matching wine to come after food course was bought out (even though we ordered with matching wines). The place is freezing where they hand out blankets instead of adjusting the temperature — which I declined as it was a special night out and I wanted to show off my outfit, not cover it up! Manager then confronted us about the bill explaining he would not charge us for the two drinks (even though we ordered one) but that it would not happen. Don't worry, we won't be wasting our money going back!

I wish I could give this place more stars. Our rooms were perfect! The staff was 5-star! Not only did they greet us with champagne, but they got a little welcome gift for the baby. Before arriving, we informed the staff we were needing a baby monitor and they had no problems getting one for us. Upon entering my room I was greeted with the most divine scent, which is there invigorate oil. I highly suggest visiting their Como spa because it was fantastic!

This is an expensive treat. Amazing service in a fantastic location. The lovely waitress who served us in Post last evening was fabulous so warm and friendly. The food was well cooked and presented and the wine delicious. Breakfast is superb. Our room was spacious and well stocked. The decor was calming and tasteful. I loved the automatic blinds and blackout curtains and massive bed. Felt so spoilt! Great staff who were friendly, polite and helpful. A swim in the pool overlooking the old part of the building is also a must. Wish we could have stayed longer! My tip is to ask for a room with a nice view. Ours was partially OK on one side but I think there are rooms with better outlooks.

COMO The Treasury is a wonderful small hotel in Perth. Since it is in an older building it has many halls and is a bit confusing at first. It has been modernized and is spacious and comfortable. The staff are very competent and helpful.

Been to the Post twice and the food is amazing and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Luxury and lots to do. Or just relax in the quiet terrace bar. Helpful bar staff can make your cocktail your way. Upstairs pool has good views. Rooms are huge.

This hotel was named the second best hotel in the world in 2016. My wife and I stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary. We were totally spoilt and were impressed by the standard of the hotel and the staff. If you want the very best, this is it.

One of the best if not THE best hotels I've ever stayed in. Incredible spacious rooms. I was greeted by name and given a full tour of the property. Petition restaurant is an absolute must. Do use the bath salts they provide… They are heavenly.

Wonderful, clean, spacious rooms with brilliant service from staff. Food is great as well.

We attended for a pre-wedding high tea. Como The Treasury is beautiful. The food and beverages were delicious. The service was poor. The two male waitstaff both appeared disinterested and spoke in frustrated tones when we asked for a top up of water throughout the afternoon and a cup of tea/coffee after being there for 90 minutes.

Service and food was 6/5 stars, with an unexpectedly pretty view. This is the perfect place for a special occasion, or for any serious foodie to tick off their list.

2nd Visit This time the top room as used by the Prime Minister and Celebrities (Take That). Room 16. They have kept its original features as much as possible. Nice room. Ok views. Had a good meal with tapas at the bar. Went to the library a cool place to hang out. 1st Visit Good but not exceptional Our Taxi driver thought he was taking us to a secret club :D as he had never heard of Como. My wife had been raving on about it being the best in Australia and the second best in the world (allegedly) On our arrival the door was being fixed and we had to wait outside whilst hoofing our own stuff in. Before we were met by someone in a white shirt who took our stuff from us. Didn't feel very 3 star never mind 5 star. Check in was quiet and nice. We were given some "Champagne" but this was a Vasse Felix sparkling pinot noir and not technically a Champagne. It was ok. I would expect for the prices charged an actual french premium champagne. The place was quiet despite being full, we had room 44 which is their largest aside from the suite. It was nicely decorated, light but felt very Ikea'ish / Swedish almost a bit cheap. The amenities were good but the mini bar is included but range not that much. We used the lap pool which was good but service was SLOOOOOW. We asked for cocktail menu/drinks menu and it took 40 minutes! The staff were french and were nice to talk to, interactive and attentive. The corridors were spacious and the hotel decor was very nice.

My expectation was much higher based on reviews but compared to Atlantis, Burj Al Arab, Emirates Palace, King George V (Paris) and Baccarat NYC I cannot put the Como into even the same league.

It's a bit hidden and hard to find. Parking is a nightmare. But overall the hotel is very nice and staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Love the place.

We took advantage of the Last Soiree package during Perth's Fringe Festival. The deal was $695 for one night's stay. The price sounds steep, however the inclusions were two complimentary glasses of champagne on arrival, valet parking, two complimentary honey cakes, a bottle of champagne, free mini bar (except spirits), 3 course dinner at Petition, two tickets to the Last Soiree Fringe show in the Edith Tent (very good seats), and breakfast for two at 'Post' (continental and anything on the menu). This was the best hotel I've ever seen and experienced.

We had 2 nights here and it was amazing. When we were greeted at the front door, our bags were immediately delivered to our room and we were offered refreshments whilst checking inn. You don't stand at a Front Desk (which I personally like) like most hotels — you are seated in a lovely room and check-inn is very easy. We were escorted to our suite, which I must say was amazing. We booked a Studio Suite — the suite was large, the bathroom amazing and our view were of the church and the park. The special added touches and the turn down service was greatly appreciated. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We had lunch at Post which was lovely and dinner at the Long Chim Thai Restaurant. The entire building is absolutely beautiful and we will definitely visit again when next in Perth.

Hands down best cbd hotel in australia. Enormous rooms beautifully designed with huge bathrooms featuring walk in showers and the highest quality fittings of any hotel in the country. Superb food — the breakfast is to die for TIP: you must order the REAL toast with avocado and eggs — it's my favourite meal in any hotel in Australia Location is also terrific — walk to everything. Gym is good, sexy and practical swimming pool The service is perfect. Spa is amazing Literally a flawless hotel and amazing experience. 6 stars.

My wife and I stayed in the Como suite on the night of our wedding. To say it was one of the most incredible hotel experiences of our lives would be an understatement. Customer service like I have never experienced, the staff at the Como are the ultimate professionals. The room isltself was insane. Worth every penny, just a once in a lifetime experience to stay somewhere like this. Treat yourself and make a reservation you will not regret it.

My husband and I have just spent 2 nights in a balcony room at this magnificent hotel to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. No, we didn't get an upgrade as some others have mentioned in their reviews, however our room felt to us like we were in the Presidential Suite anyway! Second to none, this room is amazing. I would recommend going for the balcony room as it's so lovely with four doors and a beautiful balcony. The cleaning staff (including the turn down evening service) do a fantastic job, it was like having your room cleaned and tidied twice a day! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP's, even though I had arrived on a flight from London at 3.00am that morning and looked like something the cat had dragged in! We were shown around by a lovely man named Norbul whose knowledge of the building, the room and it's features and all services was amazing given he'd only been in the job (and Australia) for one week, very impressive. All the staff, including breakfast staff, had excellent people skills. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel, we have stayed in some great places, but this is by far the best. Well done to everyone involved in this amazing hotel, we will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere and multiple bars makes the place somewhere you could spend the whole night without getting board or going to another bat.

When you walk in here you forget you're in Perth. Architecture is amazing. Great restaurants and retail shops. Costarella's flagship store is out of this world.

Had breakfast at the Como. Beautiful restoration job. Staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. Poached eggs on muffin was good but pretty standard.

Very professional venue. Great staff who are willing to go out of their way to help. The library was a great venue to wind down with a few drinks to end a small wedding across the street at St George's Cathedral.

Staffs were professional and knowledgeable but they need to be more friendly as well as hard to find the location inside of the hotel. Might need more organised signs.

A really wonderful maze of beverages. So many to choose from. Not to mention the fully friendly atmosphere. Recommend any drinkers to try it. There's food too but did not end up trying their restaurant.
