Just stayed at the Qt the room was lovely, we had a delicious meal in the santini restaurant and a lovely alacart breakfast, would highly recommend a stay here.

The Staff are amazing and thoughtful. Best service I have had in WA. The kitchen staff were under the pump because of a very busy Christmas time but still served an amazing breakfast and friendly service. Full compliments.

What a rip. Stayed in the Luxe King Room which is apparently the best room available. No complimentary water in the rooms, average size room for the cost, TERRIBLE view (for the top room you'd expect a view or some sort). Not to mention there was no turn down service at night. We left our room at 6pm and arrived back at 9:30pm with everything un touched. Will not be back, ever.

Great food and drinks and an amazing view.

Awesone views could do with a little more in the glass for the price though. Way to much ice for the price of the cocktails.

We stayed this weekend, there was a private function on so unable to get drink as a group on our return to the hotel in the evening. No complimentary water in the room! Waiting 1.5 hours for breakfast was a joke! The staff lack customer service skills. We waited an hour just for a coffee. No apology. The staff did not care no leadership!

Would not stay again, valet more like what valet…. Absolute joke! Bad service, bad food, bad drinks, poor selection, noisey rooms, definitely overpriced for what you get.

Disappointed in our stay at this hotel and definitely could not recommend. Room was definitely smaller than expected. In no way was the price of the room justified. Unable to go to the roof top bar because it was closed. Was definitely showing as open when we made the booking however appears to have changed and no longer opened on a Wednesday. We had to go to nearby restaurants as unable to get into the hotel restaurant until very late. Overall underdelivered on what was offered.

Restaurant not open due to low occupancy. Checked in as a couple and only given 1 complimentary drink between 2 of us at roof top bar. No swimming pool. Room very nice, good choice of movies, clean room, felt uncomfortable leaving hotel at night. Basically just a room, nothing really special about hotel except right in Perth. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Close to everything, very nice hotel. Rooms are nice. Going to visit the Santorini for dinner tonight that should be good.

Rooms are so comfy, staff will go out of their way to help, really friendly. Rooftop bar is always a gorgeous spot for pre dinner drinks. QT is our go to Perth hotel.

The hotel and rooms have an excellent decor. I loved the feel of the place. Staff were super friendly and the service at the rooftop bar was amazing. The bed and pillow were so comfy and the bathroom was fantastic with a massive bath and rainfall shower. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay again.

What a fabulous hotel! Great staff and wonderful food. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our Anniversary weekend extra special spoiling us at every turn. The roof top bar is great also. Thank you.

Beautifully designed rooms. Would have been nice to have a door on the toilet. The rooms need some bottled water as nothing available.

So central to everything, rooftop bar has a really good vibe, rooms are modern, clean, bed was comfy! Great service also!

Absolutely fantastic — people only criticise it in order to get a ‘free-be’ of some description —. All of the above.

The rooftop bar is stunning! The venue, restaurant, food, restaurant rear bar and hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent, bar one waitress assigned to our dinner group and her manager. Rude. Clearly didn't want to be there. No joy in their souls or lives and they've found an avenue in their jobs to express that. Disappointing. Other than these two less than delightful people I wish we didn't have the displeasure of meeting, absolutely every other staff member we came into contact with went above and beyond and made up for the lacking in those other staff members and literally saved the experience from being a less positive one. Special note to the lobby and front door staff, the very tall gentleman directing traffic around the lobby and the young woman in the concierge cap outside, the very tall gentleman with the man bun working the restaurant, the African waitress/bar girl at the rooftop bar and the short haired woman at the door of the rear bar behind the restaurant. These people were an absolute pleasure to come into contact with and did a brilliant job representing the venue to the public. I'd definitely return and would recommend the venue. It's cool, contemporary, an instant classic and like a slice of New York right on our doorstep… but I'll probably wait for a staff shake up before I do dinner there again. Would have given it 5 stars. But there's evidently room for improvement.

Went to have one drink here before going home at a classy bar in the city. Apparently had to much to drink and would not let us into the bar even though my sister and I had 2 drinks each over a period of 6 hours. We were refused entry for no reason at all and not really any help at all for telling us where to go to another classy bar. Poor customer service and I would expect more from a classy bar where we have been before for a lovely drink before home time. Next time, will not waste a $18 uber and come here in the future. What a waste.

Nice new hotel, bar and cafe. I love everything that the new QT perth has to offer. The place itself deserves a solid 5 star. I would recommend the management pay more attention to the area within close proximity to the entrance — both sides of Murray street. Perhaps working together with City of Perth to address the street issue?

The Cocktails are full of ice, almost impossible to drink, and overpriced. Service is really bad it takes ages to order and get a drink. Unbelievable. Really disappointed.

Checked out this place last week on my way to see my lawyer. It's a cool new place. Nicely decorated but on pricey side. A cocktail is around $20 but ambience is enjoyable. I would recommend this place.

Absolutely loved the new QTPerth Hotel. Highly recommend! Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Especially Tim who works at the Santini Bar, definitely recommend ordering a drink from him! The views from the Rooftop bar are spectacular as well.

We visited on day one and the staff have got a big job ahead. It will be very hard for them to better something that's already close to perfection. Great experience from beginning to end. Roof top bar amazing! Santini's food exceptional! Staff fantastic! Yes we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Love Love Love! In the heart of the City I was expecting my room to be a noisy at night — Wrong! I am a light sleeper and slept like a baby. The bed is comfy, the room quiet and the lighting relaxing. The mini bar is well stocked with local produce, wine and spirits, the T2 Teabags and coffee pods are great. I must say I don't think I have ever worn a more fluffy robe then the one in my room. As for F & B, the cocktails served in the ambient roof top bar were delicious and the food served in Santini Grill fresh, with local produce and just a little bit upmarket! I had the Buckwheat Pancakes at breakfast — they were as light as air! Thanks for everything…
