I had a good experience overall. In my experience housekeeping and the breakfast area ate understaffed and so the customer has to pay for it by waiting longer.

Missed a connecting flight on my work trip and was provided overnight accommodation here by Virgin Airlines.

Just spent 3 nights here while exploring Perth.
Such a lovely place, clean well maintained rooms, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast every morning.
Fully recommend staying here.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying here over the last four days, as we attended the HSBC Perth 7s. The hotel was a nice layout, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lady who checked me in and the gentleman who checked me out were both lovely and helpful.
I did have a chirping smoke alarm but, I was attended to immediately and I was moved into another room.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible hospitality you provided during my unexpected stay.

Honestly I like it, the only thing that happened was I got in quite late and the check in process was fine with no one there.

Perfect location, awesome room nice and cosy and quiet. Bed was horrible could sleep on the whole bed as it was 2 singles out together the middle join very predominant and hard on body.

Haus accommodation is a new Hostal but it has everything you need. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a well kept kitchen. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

Has positives and negatives. Location is great, in the heart of city, but that also means it’s very noisy and hard to sleep. Place was clean and tidy, and rooms were decent with good storage.

Amazing customer service while checking out this early morning. 430am 12/09. Lovely groups of people and a very family type of place close to my favourite food choices n transport.

Overall good value for money. For me It was mostly about socialising and it’s definitely a good place for that, big common area and a yard with a big table.

If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy your stay in Perth this is the place, compared to other hostels I was able to sleep well here and is a plus that we have a fridge in our room!

The staff and backpackers there are very friendly. They help me check in once the room is ready. I didn't lose anything. Very nice experience because of the staff there.
