4/10

After arriving my partner and I were told our room wasn't ready. So we went for a walk until it was. When returning to the hotel they had called the police on us. Accusing us of committing fraud. Once I showed the police my transactions proving I had paid for the room myself the police told the hotel they had made a mistake. The staff then refused us entry. Refused the refund on the spot and told us to find another hotel even after being told by the police they had stuffed up. It was 9pm by this stage and we were down 3-400 dollars and could not get another hotel. To this day management refuses to speak to me or even apologize. I was polite. Understanding and forthcoming throughout their entire stuff up. Would not recommend hotels owned by foreign entities.
