Thank you so much to all the staff at this hotel! You guys were amazing. Me and my child booked in here through PATS while my partner was in hospital. They did absolutely everything they could to make our stay as stress free as possible and were super helpful, thoughtful and caring! They even watched my little guy while I was washing his bottles. They offered to help me carry things and often came out and helped me lift my pram up the stairs. The little cafe there also have really nice staff, good music at a good volume and yummy food… yummiest hot chocolate too.
I love staying here, the price is great for the quality of service you get.
However I don’t recommend getting a standard queen room if you have a child and pram as things get a bit tight, nothing we couldn’t work with though. Thank you so much, we will be back!

I will check out this morning after 18 nights. The staff are very friendly and this contributed to my having a wonderful holiday in Perth. This is not my first stay at this hotel and I do intend to stay here again on my next visit to Perth.

Had an awesome one night stay here! Attended an event just up the road and with 1pm check out we were able to come back late and not worry about having to wake up super early. Staff were friendly and attentive. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I’m a regular at this hotel and I keep coming back for the same reasons: customer service, location, comfort and cleanliness! Every time I check in I get a personalised welcome back card which is great! I can highly recommend it for an overnight stay or stop over in the city.

Wonderful staff and good facilities. The rooms are clean and cosy. The hotel location is within walking distance to all the shopping centre and public transportation. Although they don't have a restaurant in the hotel, there are a lot of nearby Asian restaurant.

Decent rooms. Superb location. Walking distance to everything. They allowed early check in (8 a. M) for a very small fee as an upgraded room was available which we gladly paid.

We stayed on saturday evening just gone and it was dreadful the bed sheets had stains on them, this was brought up to the staff at the desk and we were told sorry its the only room we have available not even an offer to change the sheet for us. Its a shame after 5 years of staying here we wont be back again.

Hotel immaculate and well located. Modern and very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Moderate prices.

Where to start. Bed was two pieces of concrete placed next to each other with a mattress topper that was for half of the bed. To get into the bathroom there is a step approx 10cm with a tiny sign saying watch your step. Smaller than the step. Does not block out any noise. There is a pedestrian crossing outside every time I hear it I know it’s safe for others to cross the road. Small rooms, especially since we upgraded from a smaller one. Should rename it the PENSION.

I booked there after fleeing the first hotel I booked in Perth and I was very happy with the great reception I got! The hotel is clean and bright, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed is very good and having an in room fridge and safe is very handy. The hotel is very well located, right next to a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops and a good shopping street is just below. Will definitely book again!

But the room was bit small but central to the city. Would recommend it for short visit.

Very convenient location in Perth CBD. Rooms were quite tiny, but just fine for 2 people. The bathroom is surprisingly roomy in comparison. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here the last 4 times I've been in Perth. Parking is average off street but limited spots. Rooms are pretty good comfy beds. Price is what gets me along with location. 5-6 mins stroll to main shopping hub. Other shops located very close 7/eleven, smokemarts, bakery etc. Also few good restaurants located near by.

Clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Central location. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly: steep stairs at entrance. Complimentary, low bandwidth, Wi-Fi (faster Wi-Fi available at extra cost). Surcharge for paying with credit card. No breakfast, but they offer a discount at nearby Miss Maude's.

Great hotel, small but well appointed rooms complete with everything. The staff was very helpful Strategic location for the city centre. In life I have frequented thousands of hotels both for business and for vacation and this is definitely on my list of good hotels. Good and thanks for the hospitality.

Does the trick if you just need a bed and shower. Clean and tidy but the small rooms leave pretty much no space to even put your suitcase down. Luckily I was on my own (travelling for work) otherwise whomever was sleeping on the other side of the bed would have had to stop over my suitcase. And who know where they would put theirs!

Clean, modern rooms, not very big though. Friendly staff. Very much enjoyed the extensive selection at breakfast (accross the road at Miss Maud's) : large variety of sweet (pancakes, French toast, croissants, fruits, etc. ) and savoury (scrambled eggs, baked beans, several cheeses, etc. ) food.

Perfectly functional and clean rooms for an overnight stay… rooms were a little small for an extended stay. No minibar, not a whole lot of parking downstairs if you have a car. Friendly front staff.

Mid-range Hotel in the centre of Perth. Fusslãufig to many attractions. Many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The restaurant is closed at the moment.
Our room 604 was OK for 2 pers.
The staff was very helpful and could always help us.

Well situated. Lots of shops and restaurant around. Places of interest for visit in the vicinity. Great staff at Front desk, very friendly and serving. But, however, hotel need some renovation to look smarter.

Room is small but has everything that you need. Great position as just up from the Perth mall. Room was quiet and had blackout blinds which is always nice if moving from different time zone. Just down the road is some takeaway restaurants and a mini mart for her and some milk and any groceries.

Good, clean room plus complimentary use of Wi-Fi. Value for money. Will stay again here if I were to come back to Perth.

Exceptional service, very welcoming and catered to all our needs. We were able to check in early and check out late, allowing us to spend more time exploring the beauties of Perth. The rooms were perfect and extremely well presented. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great location. Room is small but comfortable except for the really dry air from the aircon… made us feel dehydrated. They don't offer complimentary water like most hotels but expect u to "donate" 4 dollars for the charity water they supply in the rooms. Hotel has no special facility. Cleaners don't clean the room really well. The only thing we love about the hotel was the great location and very nice bed.

The accomodation was booked and paid for by the company I work for. When I checked in, the attendant asked for my credit card details, they explained there is a security bond of $100.00, that has to be paid. And there is also a $28.00 car parking charge if I want to park in their motel car park. I explained to the attendant that I haven't got a credit card, they then asked if I had it in cash. They then mentioned that they could call the company now, however it was closed, they then suggested they can email them and wait for a reply in the morning. Because of my work commitments I was leaving at 5 in the morning, so that wouldn't work either. The outcome was, I was unable to stay. No flexibility or consideration for my circumstances, the room was paid for, it was the bond, and that would of been returned anyway. Great human kindness. Due to this I would of rated them no stars, if I could of.

We would like to give a big thank you to all the Staff, were great FRIENDLY and POLITE, the Room was a bit small but was still cleaned and maintained as it was going under RENOS when we were on the 6/06/16, we would go back to the PENSIONE again.

Had lunch at the bar connected to the Pensione Hotel. It's the average pub — reliable meals that tick the standard boxes; chicken burgers, steak sandwiches, a tapas menu etc. The food is good and reasonably priced and the service is friendly. Decor is a little tired and reminiscent of the 90s…

Reception staff were excellent as they were helpful, full of information and friendly. Rooms were clean and had everything required for a couple of night's stay. Hotel location is excellent for CBD. Only downside was that a/c unit was blowing right over the bed meaning you couldn't have it on at night or if you were just chilling on the bed. I would recommend the hotel and would return.

A very good place, the atmosphere is very friendly and is a great place to relax, from fulimande to here, from here to go sightseeing, or go to the airport, very convenient. Late arrival, the staff were very willing to help.

Fairly central location and great service, but no amount of chocolates on the pillow can make up for the tiny rooms.

Located in Perth CBD. Is near to shopping malls at Hay Street and Perth station. Has CAT buses serving the area too.

Anyone who has ever tried to get a decent and well priced hotel room in Perth CBD will understand how difficult it is. The pensione is not the best, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the price is right. If you're looking for somewhere to crash for the night and you're on your own it's fine. The rooms are, well small…

Really appreciated the excellent and friendly service. Although there are stairs at the front entrance, I was offered assistance with my luggage on the way into and out of the hotel. I arrived before check in time and was still able to go into my room and lucky for me, I also received an upgrade to a Petite Queen room (thanks Jacob). This was well serviced and very comfortable. Every time a staff member appeared, they said hello and were very friendly. On departure, I was also offered a taxi booking service. Thanks to all.

The Pensione is located right in the city — perfect location with Miss Mauds across the road who does a great buffet brekky-the room we stayed in was kindly upgraded by the pensione and I had the best sleep ever — room was immaculately clean — decor was modern, we had chocolates bought to our room — very sweet gesture from the hotel — since I had booked quite a few rooms for a work fuction the service I received from Linda at The Pensione was superb-Linda was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you Linda and all the staff at thr pensione — I will definitely be back.

I've just returned from a stay in the Pensione Hotel Perth and I was happy with the friendly helpful staff, both at lobby desk and housekeeping. My room was a little small but considering I was out most of the day and only coming back in the evenings and sleeping the size was not really an issue. The room was very neat, clean, functional and comfortable. My bed was one of the most comfortable beds I can remember having in any hotel/motel I've stayed in. Hotel was quiet, bright, modern simple decor, two elevators which were always quick to arrive after button pressed. I would have to complain about the small, hard, plastic stool in my room as the only seating other than the bed but, given the configuration of the room I can see why it had to be this way. It's close to shopping and places of interest. To complain about anything else of my room or the hotel or the staff I'd have to be really, very picky and hard to please. Would I recommend others stay at the Pensione? NO! It might end up being all booked out by others and then I'd have to settle for another hotel so I'll keep the Pensione a guarded secret.

I just spent four nights here to attend a convention at the Convention Centre which was only a 15 min walk through the CBD. The hotel room was very small (standard double) — I was glad I'd gone on my own, as it would have been quite claustrophobic. As it was, the wardrobe only just coped with my few clothes. However, that said, the price was right, the hotel room was clean, well provisioned and the staff were friendly and helpful. If I had to stay in the city again, on my own, I would definitely choose it a second time! They have corporate and premium double rooms which are larger and would suit longer stays for more than one person.

The room was small but very clean. There was a big step up to the bathroom, busted my shin on it once. Wasn't sure what that was about but I think it wasn't the hotel it's just an Australian thing. The hotel is pricey but right downtown and its next to My Place Bar and Grill which had good food and drinks, and across the street from Miss Mauds Restaurant which had an excellent breakfast buffet. When I go back to visit Perth, finances allowing, I'll stay at the Pensione again.
