Super view from our balcony. This is our third visit to All Suites and it’s better than ever. Excellent rooms, friendly staff, centrally located and good value. Highly recommended!

Very helpful reception. Wonderful Japanese restaurant in lobby. Very handy to city n free cat bus stop near the entry.

Relatively quiet and convenient hotel/serviced apartments close to the centre of Perth. The staff were generally very amiable and responded relatively quickly to issues and requests as and when they arose. All Suites also has complimentary Wi-Fi included with rooms which is reasonably quick, though note that only three devices can use it at any one time. We did have a new Windows 10 device that had issue connecting too. The beds are firm yet not too hard which is an issue with various hotel beds. The presence of a washing machine and fridge was a reason for using this location, and they have proved good reason to come here, making the trip easy going and providing good benefit. Also of note, the water pressure in the shower is really good, so you can enjoy a really good comfortable shower whenever. In all it is well worth using All Suites with all considered.

The apartment has all that you need for your stay. Warm and helpful staff. Short walk to city centre or option of taking the complimentary Red CAT bus. Close proximity to a very affordable airport bus which comes with luggage storage racks. The only qualm is the apartment is a bit dated.

I stayed here on a work trip, no issues to report, friendly staff and Wi-Fi was quick.

Very convenient place, near city centre. You can walk to every major attraction if you like. Apartment room itself is average. Not meet my expectations.

We were in an AirBnb situation so not directly with the hotel as such. Having said that we were happy w our room. Great value for money and central to the CBD and all that brings. We’d do it again. Had to evacuate in the early hours of the morning due to someone setting off the fire alarm which was scary. Fire Brigade arrived really quickly though. Apparently it does happen a bit as the bulding’s fire prevention equipment is really good and can get set off by ppl cooking etc.

The location was convinent but quiet. The reception was very helpful on my arrival helping to carry my luggage up to the foyer. Not sure why so many people have problems with the stairs — it was only one flight of stairs and there is actually lift available if needed.

Have a mini kitchen which is very convenient if you want to do light cooking.

Good service and decent facilities, close to the CBD. I was just there for a quick drink, but was quite happy with my visit.

For the value traveller like us, this hotel is a great launch pad for your vacation in Perth. There was washing machine, kettle, microwave, cooker (metal heater plates), bathtub etc in our room 802. There is a direct bus 380 from Perth Airport T1 (takes 30min, AUD4.7) which stops 3min walk from the hotel. To get around, there is a red CAT (free bus) stop at the road beside the hotel (1min walk). It also takes just 10-15min to walk from the Perth train station, good for those nights when you get back on the train and no more buses. (We did a Fremantle day trip from 8am — 10pm)

Aweful smell like someone had been cooking curries in the hallways, non stop noise throughout the night these rooms are not soundproof and upon checking out I was stung with a $16 water bill. That's for x4 little bottles in my fridge. No mention they weren't free and cost…
Overall the joints a scam.

Excellent service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you have luggage there is a lift from behind the gates.

Nice bed with crisp clean sheets, a very handy kitchen that gives you a bit of flexibility when you don't feel like going out. Great location very close to CBD. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple and good! Definitely going back!

Having had a long stay at this place, I can say it's a good option for the price. Good location and space. Could be cleaner (they didn't clean the bathroom's sink a single time during a 10 day stay…) and the air con needs a chemical cleaning asap! Other than that, it's a good alternative for long stays.

Convenient place to get around. An apartment complete with cooking, washing facilities. Good variety of Asian food and beverages outlets. Ample choices of halal food. It would be good to do a short roam around the area and you are likely to find one halal food outlet. Perth is a great place filled with historical buildings, aesthetically fused together and oozes with charms of its own. Each place reserves itself a history for its lot. A great job done by the people of Perth!

We stayed here for five nights & I think it's one of the best value for money places we've stayed. The room was a great size with everything you need, tv, fridge, microwave a cook top & stove, kettle & toaster. The room was turned down daily & the staff at reception were friendly & helpful. Also there was no water saving head on our shower, I know it's not great for the environment but it was fantastic for my soul. Like standing under a waterfall, paradise. It did have a couple of little quirks but I'm not even going to mention them because for the price we paid for what we got & the location I can put up with a couple of little quirks. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip & I hope it doesn't change a bit, quirks and all.

This hotel was a fantastic find. Right in the heart of the CBD it in a great location and an easy 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal and shopping mall. The room is simple but very clean and roomy. The shower was amazing and the bed comfy. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Rooms are serviced every day and the convenience of having a cook top, fridge and microwave was an added bonus. This is a great place to stay if you don't want to spend too much money but still want a nice room close to the Perth CBD. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again next time we're in Perth.

Nice place with a full kitchen, but I really mind the plumbing cos it makes a sound whenever I turn on the tap. Nice location as it's near the CBD area and near to swan lake if you are keen to take a stroll there. My wife likes it more thrn I do.

Dated and dangerous (loose floor panels and electrical sockets) with poor finishings. Also, abysmal customer service. We were disturbed by night porter at 12am who attended our room to ask us to be quiet (bearing in mind we were 2 professional couples in our late 40's, not teenagers). Rather than asking us to lower our voices, he barged past my partner, searched our room without permission and used bullying tactics, threatening us with police and to sacrifice our bond. Left us shaken with a nasty memory of our rare weekend break.

Well located in Perth, friendly staff, it just lacks a bit of modernity.

Great accommodation in a good location. Need to add seats in rooms and provide mugs not small cups for tea and coffee.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I had wonderful service from the staff, the rooms were lovely and clean and the prices of things are really good. I will be coming again and I would recommend All Suites Perth to any one :) thank you for your lovely service.

Great room for the price and very helpful reception staff. It was definitely better than I expected and only a short walk to the city centre.

Awful… The apartment is large but with only 1 window in the bedroom the entire apartment is dark and miserable. The view of a brick wall of a hotel accross the road didn't help. The airconditioner only had 2 functioning settings — 'off' and 'full bore' sounds like a boing 747 is making its final approach. Terrible picture quality on most stations on the TV. A thick layer of dust and undescribable debris on the pelmet over the bed room door that deposited unwanted crap when you opened or closed the door. The laundry facilities… an iron that sticks to all fabrics … and an ironing board that's made for midgets and can't stand up under it's own weight. Why would anyone go there? I won't go again…

I have had no problems with this hotel. The rooms are very nice and have everything you need. This would be a great place if you were staying for a few nights. Fortunately I have never payed full price for a hotel in perth, so I have no complaints about price. When it comes down to it, I would recommend it to my friends.

The lift is out of order more often than not. The linen is FILTHY — blood stains on some towels. The steps out the front are slippery when it is wet, and VERY awkward to get suitcases up and down. NO disabled access or ramp available for motel entry.
