The place was pretty clean all in all, our room was a tad dusty and the mirror on the closet had a lot of hand marks on it so that was not cleaned. The beds were clean and the bedding was clean too. Our group had 3 rooms and two of them were close to the smoking area, the people staying there had plenty of second hand smoke to live with and the people were quite noisy. Things quieted down around 11-11:30 but around 1am we were all awoken by yelling and singing when the party people got back… around 3 in the morning they settled a bit except for one couple whom did not seem quite ready for sleep yet and continued their party till around 5 in the morning (they were running screaming through the halls at one point! ) Talking to these people had no effect what so ever. To top this all off the property is nothing but stairs and small hallways so it was a nightmare for my girlfriend who is blind to try to navigate there. We checked out the day after even though we had 3 nights left there and to this day they have not replied to my email. (There was no staff on site when we left) … never going there again!
Great location! The hostel is near to the library, restaurants, pubs and train station. Perfect for students :)

Could barely sleep the two nights we were there. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the floor boards squeak as clear as day. It’s unfortunate cause the room was so spacious (twin bed room). Another failure was the fact that there was only one bathroom for men and women which included only one toilet and two showers. People were constantly having to go back to their room and wait for people to finish up. Also didn’t see reception once the entire time we were there. Absolutely hopeless.
