Our guinea pigs were very well looked after and obviously very cared about. Was a relief to not have to find family/friends to look after them. Well priced also. Would definitely recommend.

Let me write a genuine feedback about this property and my stay. my stay was excellent this was my first to visit to Perth holiday in city center. Compared to price it's is the best property to stay. Thanks.

Good and cosy with easy access to mal l a and amenities. Centrally located. Staff friendly and approachable. Great Job.

Location, location, location. Perfectly and conveniently located in the heart of Perth city with all the restaurants, cafes, malls and stores you could ask for. A short walk gets you to the main Perth train and bus station. The hotel is tastefully refurbished and the staff very friendly. Doesn't have is own restaurant and gym but they do have excellent adjoining third party gym and a cafe/restaurant. They offer 24 hr room service if you find the myriad of external food offerings to daunting. An excellent choice if you are visiting Perth.

My first stay at my home town Holiday Inn but my third stay in the brand this year. Very central and convenient. I parked in a nearby multistorey public car park that cost me $30 instead of the $40 for valet parking. The check-in was quick and easy with plenty of staff on duty. My room was on level 3 and came with a king bed and choice of soft and firm pillows. The bathroom came with a large shower and was spacious even though the photo doesn't reflect that. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant on the ground floor and the place was very busy. Food and drinks are ordered at the bar and brought to your table. Even though it was busy the service was very good. Also happy with the range of food and drinks on offer. I ordered dessert and a hot chocolate via room service to enjoy while I was watching a movie I ordered via the TV. Again I didn't seem to wait long for it to be delivered. I slept well and apart from some noise from another room it was a very quiet room considering it is on a reasonably busy one way street. I had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it had been transformed into a buffet restaurant with the extensive food range I've come to expect of Holiday Inns. The wait staff were excellent with all used dishes promptly removed. Checkout later that morning went smoothly too with plenty of staff on duty and my final account was correct. A very nice hotel with great staff.

Very good option for an overnight stay in Perth. Good clean rooms, very helpful staff. Nice restaurant attached. Located in the heart of the city just a short walk from train station, Hay/Murray street shopping malls and Victoria Quay. Vibrant night life, Elizabeth Quay is around the corner. Had a best time. Very good value.

I was at a conference today which provided a lunch, I asked for a whole piece of fruit and was told by a waitperson that unfortunately, I only had access to a fruit platter and had to wait until the morning for a whole piece of fruit. I would have expected the person, be able to "think out of the box" and go into the kitchen and ask for a whole piece of fruit for a guest.

Stayed here for a business trip to Perth for a bit over a week. Friendly staff, very clean and modern rooms, great location and wonderful breakfasts.

Just at the right spot in Perth CBD. Located on hay st. Hub for eateries where you can walk around for almost anything. The service is superb. Parking space is less than other 5stars on st. George terrace and nearby streets.

This is my favorite hotel ever in perth, very clean, nice room and excellent service from their front office team. They have also ivy and jack restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

This was a very comfortable place to stay right in the heart of Perth. We had one very minor thing occur in our room and we reported it to the hotel staff. They were on to fixing it in a jiffy. They even gave us some complimentary drink vouchers. Parking can be expensive. The linked carpark is not that far away though.

We stayed for two nights with two little ones. Though the room and beds were small it was clean and comfortable and suited us perfectly. Prices were affordable and the breakfast buffet was great, they even allowed us to order spinach and asparagus as extra. Reception staff were professional and friendly, this means a lot when you’re on holiday with small children (that’s stressful enough! ). It’s in an ideal location and walking distance to Elizabeth Quay. We will definitely stay there again.

I stay in a lot of hotels/motels travelling for work and this hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very nice, very clean with everything you could need. the buffet breakfast has a great variety of choice and the staff there are lovely. the reception is first class very professional and very helpful. I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere better, a very relaxing experience. the management and staff at the holiday inn should be very proud of their commitment to the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend it. thanks again.

The hotel room was very nice and very accommodating. The staff at Holiday Inn were all very professional and welcoming. The bathrooms had everything we needed and a large showering area.

Would definitely recommend this place to stay. Central to everything… awesome super comfy beds. But it was the staff that made my stay enjoyable, everyone from reception (especially Matt) to the restaurant staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Good on you guys!

Location is perfect — near shops, Convention Centre, 2 Rail Stations and there is a free bus service right out the front. It is easily found as it is right next door to the Apple Store. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. The back part of the hotel is also quiet.

Location is good with lots of food options around it. Have supermarket and main shopping street within walking distance from hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Perth in the future.

Kids eat free at jack and ivy and the food is great too! I know where I will. Be staying at the next time I'm in perth. The location is great. Walking distance to Elizabeth quay, kings park and murray street. And late night eats at north bridge.

The location is central to the Perth cbd. The hotel is always clean and neat. The staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable and reach room is freshly fitted with modern tech. I really line staying here and do so often.

Great location on Hay Street, right in the middle of the CBD. Very friendly staff. The Hotel is going through an extensive renovation and the temporary lobby area is cramped. Room was standard but fine. Breakfast vastly overpriced and you will find better value in the coffee shops next door. Overall impression: good business hotel in the middle of Perth. Would stay again.

Terrible customer service. I tried to make a booking and the person handling my call was extremely rude. I will not be staying at this hotel.
