Lovely room and great to have a lounge to sit on instead of the bed.

Great location close to city and public transport. Breakfast was great the buffet is back Disappointing they didn’t make room up.

One of the worst hotels in perth. Wouldn't waste my time ever with this guys.

Been to a few place worked at a few aswell but mantra on murray rooms not that grate food and girls where good ever morning for breakfast down to they new what I wanted ever morning without asking. But to have had stay there for a week and my room not the had been remade once what a joke and when I ask about it first it was ever 3 day to ever 4 day to only if you stay longer than a week but was able to do each day at a charge of 20 a day. Then the park which hotel has no parking of there own dam I've stayed in central Quay and had parking thru hotel and parking they did have 30 a day across the road.

Location is super duper great for tourist like us.!
its in the middle of town but its a calm area. Not crowded and easy access to anywhere everywhere! busses, train. Even walking doesnt need much energy cause its so centralise. Opposite mantra is colles (supermarket), rainer, food court, target etc. So much thing to see n to get. Dont have to go far to get our tour coach. Just behind our hotel (opp Holoday Inn).
overall, location plays the part. Its very convenience!

Front desk will not answer room phone. Cannot connect to internet and room key continuously fails to let me in room. What an annoying hotel.

Location is amazing, smack bang in the middle of the city. Room is clean, staff are lovely. The kitchenette in the room is very useful. Only one thing they need to look at is the noisy aircon in the room. Other than that great hotel.

On the 7th floor, loud music blaring into our room from somewhere else late at night. Air conditioner is so loud that you have to turn it off. Water is barely even hot. The room is pretty big though and the kitchenette is nice. But, no complimentary Wi-Fi for guests at all is kind of stupid. I’ve been in cheaper hotels that at least have that. Absolutely not worth the money though. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if I was paid to.

It was great having a little kitchenette in the room to allow for personalised meals. Location was very central for getting everywhere in the city. Instead of having a little hotel gym they allow free use of a fully fledged gym just down the street.

Very centrally located. Apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped. All staff are very helpful. Would recommend or come again.

The bed was completely shocking. Instead of a king, it was a two leveled terrace meant to be farmed and not slept on. At least use the same size mattress when you glue the two singles together. Bathroom taps were a puzzle to use. I felt like I was washing with an elephant. Price for buffet breakfast were a bit high, decent coffee not included. I probably won't be back, despite the great location. Not great value for money IMHO.

Good location, room functional and well appointed. Some room features were functional but not intuitive in their function for example the swipe key and bathroom taps. Bed was too soft for me as I prefer a firm bed. Check in and out experience quick and efficient all interactions with hotel staff was very pleasant and professional.

Overall the hotel is nice. There's plenty of room in the rooms. The staff are friendly, high-quality cleaning in the rooms. A convenient location in the city centre.
But there are a few downsides. 1. Windows do not open. 2. The hood barely pulls, if you cook something serious, then in the room do not breathe. The fire alarm could go off. 3. The air conditioning is very noisy.
4. Table wares in a double room, exactly for two and not a single spoon more.

Perfect location, rooms looking a little tired bathroom grout etc. Although was clean, ice $5 to room. Breakfast fell below par. Parking was on special for $25 per night, go 250m down the road to the Wilson car park for $10 for the night (Weekends only). Worth 3.5 stars.

Clean modern, affordable large suites in the city centre. We had a complimentary buffet breakfast that was great. The only negative is the offsite parking about a 5 min walk away. Other wise I would recommend this hotel.

For meetings and lectures, it's perfect. Nest the train or bus station and also great food/catering.

Great location in the city, can walk everywhere! Rooms were clean and simple, had everything you needed. Great place to stay if your going to the Perth Arena.

Staff are friendly, room so spacious. Feel so secured while checked in. Murray better than the one in Southbank.

Serviced apartment had cooking facility but no plates or pots or pans. Studio for 2 people only 1 chair. Had to ask for a second chair. Alarm went off at night — no proper emergency notices in place.

We stayed for the Take That concert last night, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and was given an upgrade to a suite, 2 drink vouchers and a bottle of wine and a personalised card from the staff in the room, we were so pleased, lovely room and staff were great, would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

Stayed earlier in the year and loved it. Food was great. Went for lunch on Saturday our waitress was so lovely. Fantastic service. Hubby had ribs which he loved. I had 2 entrees from their speciality. Was really excited but was let down in the actual dishes. The soft shell crab had hardly any crab so it was $16 for salad. The prawns and scallops over cooked. So dissapointed. The soy sauce jelly cubes were bliss. Would still go back due to the service. Great position too.

The menu was surprisingly different and beautifully executed. Service was friendly and timely.

Booked a room here through Airbnb. Had all the required amenities, clean place, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was a little run down. The breakfast was horrible the bathroom where broken. In multiple rooms. It was not worth the proce you paid.

Stylish, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The only fault I can mention are the taps bath and shower taps; a nightmare to control! Other than that, great value.

All was fine until checkout… tried to charge me extra $80 for food I didn't eat including $72 at one sitting! I am just one person who had an entree meal and 2 drinks! THEN due to extra airport security I needed to leave extra early and asked if there would be any trouble getting my car out of the car park and was told no. Ha! No access til 6am and I am meant to be there by 6! Not happy. Should have been told but not sure what solution would have been as nowhere else to park! So now I am sitting in reception where I was given an apology but unable back into room so here I sit for an hour…

Staff were excellent, hotel is comfortable, good location. Maintenance on the room left a bit to be desired — taps, heating, lights. But these were fixed when requested.

Such a great location. Beautiful big rooms for the price. Very clean. Friendly staff, especially at the bar. Breakfast was delicious considering it's a buffet. My only criticism was the the room cards often stop working and need to be re-coded by staff (on a daily basis in my case) — got a bit over being told not to keep my card near my phone or credit cards because guess who will be paying for a new card if I loose it because i've not stored it safely in my purse?

Great for after work drink. A bit busier then usual due to some of their happy hour specials but the domestic beers are a great price.

The room was clean and well appointed. The bed, very comfortable and any requests we had were easily taken care of by the friendly and efficient staff.

We stayed here on a special rate while we attended the Doobies/Santana concert. The staff were very friendly and we found the room to be perfect. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Plenty to choose from and all fresh and quickly replenish.
Overall our stay was Excellent with no complaints at all.

We came here last night (27/03/2017) to visit family that were staying. We decided to eat in your restaurant. And we were a table of 5. There were a few there but we were the only ones apart from a single gent that was actually eating. Wait staff were pleasant and accommodating. After ordering from the menu of strange food combinations, everyone at the table was left wondering what the hell we had just eaten. Your share platter of Pork and Crab cakes, the pork had no crackling as such (which the waitress explained it was there just shaved on top) and the crab cakes were dry. Kale and cherry tomatoes are not a salad.
The Gnocchi was something that resembled cubed bits of potato that were fried. More like blocks of chip things. Very dry and not all that nice. The fish looked more like fish fingers and a handful of chips, I can get more at a fish n chip shop on the beach front.
Disappointing to say the least. The amount of money you pay for food from restaurants I expected way more at a big hotel like yours. I for one will not be returning for anything let alone a meal.

Easily approached, at the very heart of cbd. Great spacious rooms and other services.

Location is great and rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel parking is in a shopping complex across the road and showers in the rooms are pretty average.

Rooms are standard fare, no complaints there. Check-in was a hassle with a car, there is nowhere to park the car at the front of the hotel and no car park on site. Had to park 3 blocks away, walk to the hotel and check-in first to arrange parking and then back to tell car to move it into the off-site car park around the corner.

Yeah was good. Didn't see much so can't say much, But from what I saw was okay. Parking is expensive around Perth though.

Comfortable hotel, opposite is a shopping centre with supermarket. Situated in the city, bus stop is opposite the entry. Reception staff polite. Room was spacious and included a kitchenette, bathroom adequate. I enjoyed the convenience of this hotel to the city, Elizabeth quay, which was a 10Min walk and the bus. Will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location, shops/bars/restaurants opposite. Very clean reception, rooms were well presented and tidy. Staff were excellent. Only downsides were no car parking and no place to stop outside to unload luggage. Also, ordered room service which was pricey (which I understand is the norm) but the servings were ridiculously small.

Broken Air Con (which was NOT fixed after I requested twice) and terrible food.

BEWARE, We Asked on arrival where the car park was and was handed a ticket /voucher for the local multistory car park across the road for the duration of our stay, however it was only when we checked out that they informed us we racked up a bill and that it cost $25.00 per day! Staff not helpful and inexperienced young girls on reception.

Easy going and centrally located in Perth's CBD.

Hubby arrived at the hotel to find a magnificent stuff up. No room! Rooms look very basic, and the staff I have contacted don't bother to return emails, so one has to wonder how seriously they take customer service. No Wi-Fi and horrendous charges for internet use. They took $200 off him presumably for something even though his visit was meant to be paid for by another establishment. I know I'm here and he's there, but honestly this hotel is crap. Don't waste your money. Staff are not very polite, either and there's no car parking, except at a heck of a cost down the street.

Perectly located hotel right in the middle of the main shopping district and tranport hub in Perth. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, Will definitely stay here when in Perth again.

Terrible customer service throughout the hotel — from the restaurant staff to front of house. Pork belly meal was cold when it got to me, burnt, and pretty awful to be honest. Following day had a very upset digestive system, not particularly helpful. Room is ok, fridge is old and whirring loudly — so loudly that I have to turn it off at the wall to sleep at night. Front of house staff unable to assist me with coins to use the laundry facilities. And actually suggested the safest option was for me to walk to the city convenience store after 10pm at night. Honestly — it's not worth the money. Take your booking elswhere — the Rydges is a start, but even they aren't wonderful.
