Good location, close to milano centrale station. But, too noisy the room and bathroom outside the room.

Very bad experience. We booked three nights and after first one we decided to leave the place and go to another hotel… At the arrival person at the reception desk was not really nice, I would say quite rude. They wanted to keep our passports, for the reason that they could not explain. Of course we didn't agree and after a while of discussion they changed mind and gave us documents back. While we were out of the room somebody was there — it was not a cleaning service. Somebody touched touched our private things left in the room — that's absolutely not acceptable. While the problem was reported to reception they denied claiming that nobody was in out room which obviously was a lie. But the worst was our night experience. The walls are paper thin and for whole night we could not sleep because of some other guests who were shouting, slamming the doors arguing, fighting and making up unbelievable amount of noise. Instead of taking rest in the morn g we were exhausted and not able to enjoy our weekend holiday in the city of Milano. They didn't want to accept our complaint about anything, and did nothing to compensate. The hotel also denided to give us refund 'because we paid with credit card'. That was the most ridiculous explanation ever, and obviously another lie. We finally called booking, where they helped us to cancel the deal and offered partial refund. Awe run away from this place cause we felt unsafe and for all of the time we were treated like intruders, but not guests.

Enough in the offer. It has a great location that saves it in the score. Essential in the services, however clean and polite. Economic. Close to the beautiful park and 10 minutes from the centre within walking distance.

The staff are friendly, the clean rooms are all great.

The hotel is awful. Our reservation was cancelled 2 hours till the flight. I needed to call in Italy and talk to them. It was shown that our room will be green color and there will be window. However, our room was red, and the window was closed with boards like boards grate instead where we could see something : (It was always cold and dark in the room. The towels had a smell of vinegar. And there was such a strange smell in our room like a mustiness. There was no hair dryer and iron like were promising.

Great for one or a few nights. Cheap Hotel but very clean with new rooms. In the room (at least in mine, and it was stated in the offer) there is no toilet but only sink and shower. The toilet is in an outdoor room and is common.
Not a problem for a day or two. Clearly it is a non-comfort largely offset by the economy.
But I repeat, very clean!

I was in this hotel for just one night. Apparently the rooms look nice and comfortable but they turn out to be humid and cold given the presence of shower in each room. There were signs of moisture on the walls with the detachment of the plaster. Positive note is breakfast.

Friendly staff, but shabby environment. Dark room and dirty bathroom and without even a towel hook or a soap dish. Shower full of mold, with rusty showerhead and broken cabin panel, so the water ran all over the floor. Breakfast absolutely miserable and with industrial products. Exorbitant price compared to the offer. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Central Hotel and close to Central Station and Metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the guy in the morning. Comfortable and efficient rooms services (basic but useful services), we always talk about a 2 star hotel not a 5 star resort! So I don't understand the other reviews. For me great hotel and moderate prices. Structure to choose for those who do not have so many demands. See you soon!

Regular treatment According to the receptionist, limited breakfast and Wi-Fi and air conditioning fee, but no complaints, I received what I paid for. Very positive location and very nice room (although the bathroom is a bit cramped).

Air conditioning not included in the price. I made a mistake and reserved a room with a shared bathroom that was awful and dirty.

It's a good place to stay. Not far from Milano Centrale train station and also close to the city center. The staff was really cheerful and willing to provide any help if needed. The downside of this place is that it's situated near the tramway line.

Never again! Poor service, we paid extra 50€ for nothing — because they don't speak any English they wanted 50€ in advanced for my room. After the checkout I paid everything again and half a year later I got the receipt for the 50€ I had paid in cash… I've got the message-everything there need to be renovated and somebody should have paid for that. Breakfast was just a mess… sorry.

Pretty central Hotel, good reception and rooms will not be the top but it was fine.

Very good hotel. We were in room with private bathroom. The breakfast included. The tram, which goes to the center is within 50 m distance. The daytime staff does not speak English, but the night shift yes. The breakfast is buffet and very good. The room is very clean. The bathroom accessories and towels are changed every day! The cleaning persons speaks Russian and very kind.

The location is great and it is very cheap. But the hostel has several drawbacks. The air conditioning is not included in the price (which is awful in Milan, especially during the summer). The rooms are so close to the street that it's possible to hear any kind of noise, in particular the tram going back and forth in front of the building. It's very easy to hear also people from the other rooms. It's rather clean but not perfect. The lady running the place became almost angry when I asked to have a receipt. So if you need just a cheap place to store your bags while you are around in Milan, it's the right one. If you want to sleep at night, go somewhere else.
