Very modern and central hotel close to the fashion district. Clean room with modern interior, although a bit small. Super friendly and helpful staff at your service 24/7. Would definitely recommend, and we will stay here again when returning to Milan.

Clean and good value for money. The gym is small and slightly under equipped but for what you pay it's still good. The bar and restaurant have good food and drinks. I miss to have a coffee maker in the room and a shoe polishing machine in the lobby. Beds very comfortable and good selection of international news channels. Great hotel for a business trip and good for a private trip if you are looking for affordable comfort and services.

Nice atmosphere with helpful staff. Lots of places nearby with really good food and shopping. Hotel restaurant good as well. Appreciated the lobby adea which had several areas for groups to get together. Pretty close to metro station. We generally really like the Ibis hotels.

The hotel is not so central but in terms of quality, comfort, hospitality, restaurant choices inside the hotel, there is nothing to complain about. The lounges are spacious on the ground floor and allow both intimacy and conviviality in a common area.

Good hotel and lobby, very well located and a 15 minute walk from the centrale station. When we checked in, there was no one in the reception, but we were later helped. The rooms are very, very small and outdated, it clean. The TV was oldschool. The breakfast (10 euro) was okay. Good place to stay.

The hotel is in a good location to get to the city centre (also on foot), the staff were very friendly, they checked us in early and they were all friendly and smiling. At the hotel there is a luggage storage so after checking out we had the day available without having to drag behind the suitcases. Small room, but super clean.

I was pleasantly surprised I did not expect it so well.

If you come to Milan as a tourist the hotel use it only to sleep and here the rest is assured, bed very comfortable! On my arrival I was informed that my reservation was changed and from the standard room they moved me to a superior, the one shown in the picture. Eh then why four stars? The bathroom! There are no shampoos, cream, headphones in short, the usual package that is found in all hotels. There is a liquid soap that must be used for everything. The location is good.

Great location to visit Milan, reachable on foot from the station and with the stops of the nearby means. Check in fast and with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a problem with the bed and immediately they changed the room. Buffet breakfast always stocked. Small but functional room. Competitive price in the center of Milan.

I want to share my negative experience of staying in this hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was very nice and the breakfast was very nice. In the shower it was impossible to adjust the pressure of water: the boiling water goes, then the ice, water, all the time flies to the floor, as the cabins are half open. At the reception waited almost an hour before we were registered, almost never greeted, and generally very impolite and unfriendly staff. The room door would not open with the card we were given on arrival, I had to go back to reception.
Solved the problem, finally in the room, the bathroom dirty and mouldy, I go back to reception and I do present, tell me that they can change the room, I accept. I go into the (new) room and worse than going at night, much smaller and uncomfortable than the one I had booked, with ruined walls and instead of the double bed two single beds approached the least worse, impossible to sleep in pairs, so, to go to Bed since it was midnight, we returned to the previous room, although with mold in the bathroom, at least there was no double bed.
In the bathroom no bidet!
We can't wait to get away!
Morale we will no longer put foot in this squalor.
In Milan with the same price you can have much more.
Avoid it absolutely!

Like this chain in general very modern and cute. The staff were very helpful. There are details in which one realizes Q is a low cost as x example that there is no room service. But the truth is a great place to stay. Near the commercial area of the Via Buenos Aires and you can also walk to the Dome (20 min aprox), but the option of the tram that passes by the nearby street also helps.

Very nice room. The breakfast was very good. And excellent treatment.

Total coldness, little courteous staff. The bathroom can be cleaner! It had hair in the bathtub, on the ground, in the bidet, hideous. Cold room. The cleanliness is a bit rough. The closet very miserable.

Good value for money. Very good location. Reordered blanket and towels were never brought.

It is okay. Nothing fancy. The rooms are smaller with very few amenities. The heating/cooling system didn't work well. We had a cell phone stolen in the lobby. The bar closes early and cannot charge your room. You have to pay for every round. The breakfast was not good. Eggs and bacon were cold and either way over or way under cooked. The milk was warm. The best breakfast item were the croissants. Housekeeping knocked to wake me with the "Do not disturb" sign on the door and then handed the sign to me after I said I didn't need housekeeping today. Just not happy with this place.

Great location and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, nice (possibly newly refurbished bathrooms with a good shower). Only downside is the bad air-conditioning which kept turning itself off one it thought the room was cold enough (which it wasn't). Solved by opening with the window. Friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Typical business hotel located in a relatively central area is very convenient to reach especially if you arrive in the city by train and then say just over 15 minutes walk from Central station Point very close to the main courses of The capital has a decent bar in a decent restaurant and in the morning you can make a normal breakfast linked to the typical traditions of these chains of hotels. Staff very helpful clean rooms although small.

Positives : Location about 10/15 min walking from Milano Centrale, Big hall with activities, reception's employees are nice, advanced check out, bed sheets and towels clean and White. Negatives : Very small and loud bedroom (hearing street and other rooms' discussions), entire plastic bathroom yellow instead of white. Shower head that doesn't fit in the support, always falling down. Restaurant with mainly frozen food. To consider as a low cost hotel quality for much more than a low cost hotel usual price.

Do not take the superior rooms they overlook the street where the tram passes and are not soundproof. The breakfast is really not terrible bread and stale pastries and other tomato ham fruit juice without taste. In short to choose only as a last resort.

Convenient with the means (mm p. Ta Venice, various trams, 10min from Central Station), strategic location for shopping and points of historical interest, ample parking possibilities.
I attended the hotel for courses without staying.
It is very clean and there are several meeting rooms. Too bad that not all the bathrooms are comfortable, and in some places the accessibility for those who have motor restrictions is not the best.
The bar certainly has points to improve… starting from the management of the Times, courtesy and attention to the customer and the visual quality of the food that is exposed in the windows (often the toast were not clearly fresh as indicated by the Ham…). According to some of my fellow students, even the meal has the times rather diluted…

Unfortunately the experience was not the best because of the room which had dirty opinions and spoil. The level of soundproofing of room and bathroom is very low. Pillow small and uncomfortable. The rest of the property is in line with what I expected for a business hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It is well located, far from the centre of Milan but with good access to public transportation and a shopping center a few blocks away. The rooms are basic and the bathroom also lacks bathroom amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's 15 minutes from Central Station. Far from downtown but there is metro and bus very close by. The hotel was very nice and friendly. The cleanliness was very good.

It's an Ibis. Don't expect much. The judgement is due only to the low cost. Otherwise he would have one less star. The rooms are minimal (not even the minibar) and really little spacious. The bathroom as well. Impossible to take a shower without interrupting. The water goes from hot to cold every minute. It's decent to sleep in. Point. Very bad breakfast. Stay away from the restaurant. I don't think I have ever eaten so bad at a cheap price. It looks more like a hostel than a hotel. The location is great a few steps from the Metro ' Republic ' with a few more euros in the night you find it better.

Very good attention. But in the first room there was very strong smell to sweat and cigarettes. We had to change rooms. They were pretty small. Good internet.

The hotel has a great location. The breakfast are perfect. Very friendly staff. You can use gym and ask to print your boarding pass on the reception. There is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. No problem with warm water in a room.

Except for a few little things (broken lamp, instead of sharing only two twin beds) very good.

Old rooms, slow service at reception due to queues. Rooms are small and bed is uncomfortable. We stayed only a short night due to a 7am flight, meaning that we didn't get to try the breakfast. We had to buy some water, costed 2€ for 500ml. The staff was nice and friendly and the reception area is specious which we appreciated. If you, like us, are looking for a cheap place to spend the night relatively close to the central station then this might be the place for you! But if you plan on enjoying Milano at a hotel in a nice area, I would not go here. It is quite close to public transport which will take you anywhere, but the area itself is dull and empty of life.

Good service. Rooms are decent. Good variety in breakfast. There is lobby where people socialize. Just 1 km from Milano Centrale railway Station. There are many small restaurants around this hotel where typical Italian dishes are available.

Fast check-in process, cordial staff, ambience was great, great Wi-Fi connection. Option to deposit your luggage after check-out. Limited options for breakfast — No fruits, vegetarians will have difficulty to choose.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. In detail: With the tram 1 just a few minutes away you can get to the city centre and the cathedral in a stylish and fast way. From my room 803 (Outlook see photo) The tram was good to hear, the aluminium window does not close tightly and offers little sound — and heat protection. Beds good, renovation still OK, staff friendly.

Hotel Ibis in Superior room. Nice rooms but for a superior room we regret to hear as much the tram in the street. A restaurant is open until late as well as a bar. Buffet breakfast is ok.

We're not here. Good location close enough to central and easily accessible, but the good notes are not many: very courteous and attentive staff, good room cleaning, on the eighth floor however you could not hear the street noise. Of counter really minimal camera cramped with 4:3 LCD TV ' first series ' and that would need a refreshed, impossible to shower without burns or freezing, there is no bidet and there is no courtesy set, ' Draught ' from the windows. Insufficient restaurant (value for money not advantageous)

BBB Hotel, Centric, with 2 metro stops nearby and Central station very close. The rooms have everything you need, the hotel is modern and in reception they speak all Spanish. The breakfast is also good but they throw in Fata more things like scrambled eggs, bacon or other things.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel, every time I go to Milan. The location is great, the hotel is close to Republic Square which is well served by public transport, and the staff are friendly and the cleanliness of the rooms and common places is always perfect. Definitely a hotel to stay when you travel to Milan.

Check in and checkout were easy with no issues. Room was clean and very good. Hotel staff was not particularly helpful, except Roberto at the bar late night. He was nice and working very hard. Biggest complaint was breakfast line was so long I couldn't use it because I had a train to make. Also, no help with catching a cab to the train station.

The location is very good, the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is very hectic and the atmosphere is uncomfortable.

Very cold room and no possibility to turn on the heating.
Shower without water pressure and no hot water. The solution I got was to leave the faucet open and run the water from 10 to 15 minutes before the shower. If they are not aware of the environment, I do, and I would never do that.
It was so unpleasant, I had 3 nights and in the second I went to another hotel. Having this paid.

Nice clean rooms as always with Ibis. The breakfast was fantastic. Great price. Taxis always available on location which was nice we did not have to wait for one. English speaking staff. Great location. The lobby was fantastic several areas for small groups to hang out. I would highly recommend Ibis. We used Ibis also in Sydney no issues there either. Check out was the easiest we have ever experienced.

After staying in another ibis before I knew what to expect. When we spend all our time out exploring we just want a good bed to come back too. The mattress could do with some improvement. Overall the room is large and clean we seem to have a lack of toilet roll. The check in service is abit mis leading check in online tell them you will be at the hotel before12pm but still have to pay €15 to have the room before 2pm. We did the same in Amsterdam arrived before 12pm but never had to pay the same brand of hotel 2 different sets of rules. A hotels way of making a little bit more money! Also told the hotel is was my boyfriends birthday no attention made to that either. The lady who checked us in wasn't overly polite! However over staff members were more than helpful! A lack of information about the city is disappointing. It wouldn't harm to give the guest some maps or hints and tips about the city on arrival!

Rooms very small. Mould in shower. Desk service not good. When I asked to see the manager, was told she wasn't there & no one else could help. I waited 20min. To get a glass of wine & 15min the next. They had one person doing the bar & serving food to tables. Many people walked away. As this is mainly a business hotel people don't have 35min to waste for service. Being a social traveller I would not recommend this hotel.

I was very impressed with the IBIS Milano Centro. Ibis is a low cost hotel, so I wasn't expecting anything special. However, the room was larger than I expected, perfectly clean with a working comfortable air-con system. The reception was large, and no queue. Additional services like free boarding-card printing impressed me a great deal. The bar / restaurant was good quality food and fairly priced.

Good location bad services, find normal that a bedroom has only one socket where the TV is attached and another on the door for the vacuum cleaner is simply unacceptable, I was brought a totem with a short cable, no Possibility of having a phone in charge with alarm clock during the night. I had to change rooms and end up street level with the noise of the machines to have a table that was close to the bed and then reachable from the totem. For such discomfort I would have expected a basket of fruit kin room since I was assaulted even Dale ants. Poor in average ibis.

I am a premium Accor member and I decided to try the Ibis Chain for the first time. It is a nice budget hotel that provides the basic service for an affordable price. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Safety deposit box in the room was missing and it was a major turnoff. Online check in didn't work and I had to wait in one to check in. Otherwise everything was fine.

It is a short walk to the Metro, the place is very busy. They say it's cheap, it doesn't look like it. About 70 euros per night, remember that in Milan a sandwich costs 6 euros. I recommend to get away from the center if you want to save. The parking is paid apart. There are no problems of any kind, you can go quietly if you look for something in the center.

Hotel not matching our expectations, compared to other Ibis where we have already stayed and where the quality was far superior.

The first time I was well, with room cozy and well maintained. This last time I found staff at the desk incompetent and susceptible. The room booked non-smoking, in fact the walls were impregnated with smoke or otherwise smelt of smoke. I had to do this at the recption who sent me some staff with deodorant. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall my stay which in fact turned out to be just 9 o'clock with arrival at 11pm, 30 room reclaimed after midnight and to be considered mediocre.

Centrally located hotels close to all points of interest, close to Metro and Tram. Indoor parking with a few places available at €20 per day. Room and bathroom small but well furnished and equipped with every comfort. Great shower! Comfortable and spacious bed but room too noisy: On the first floor you hear distinctly every noise outside and inside the hotel… friendly and professional staff, helpful.

Excellent low cost option. However, they are low on staff, check in is possible only on the afternoon and the basic room is very basic. Overall convenient location, a 10 minute walk from the Milano Central station and great restaurants around.

Perfectly located, close to the corso buenos aires, therefore, the habitazioni are a little small for more than two people.

Here with a group of people, I'm in a room with 2 others. First night the shower flooded but service was up right away to fix it so that was really good. Heard some of our other group members were having room trouble so they were able to switch rooms. Very nice so far.

Very well located, room is a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast buffet costs 8.50 Euro per person and is quite good! Staff are nice and helpful. The Wi-fi speed is dreadful at times, I think the signal might not be strong enough in the room we stayed in.

Wifi slow, noisy air/heating, from the bathroom I can hear the neighbors showering, talking, and flushing the toilet several floors. Topic cleaning, normal. This clean but not as fixed in a point in favor.

Hotel smart, modern and hospitable, there is a restaurant open 24 hours at the right prices, breakfast (above average) served from 4 to 12 and there is no need to queue for check-out. Ultimately it is a no frills, but extremely functional and moderately cheap, recommended especially for young people.

I've been a guest of this hotel several times in the last 4 years, mostly due to it being close to the train station (but not too close to it). Decent service, average breakfast for that price, usually silent rooms. The restaurant could benefit from a renewed menu.

Situated close to the city centre of Milan, the hotel is easy to reach by public transport. The hotel offers all the necessary services you could need, there's a restaurant, a bar and online area. The rooms are a decent size, the decor is in line with the Ibis colours of orange and red, I guess it's an acquired taste. The room was clean though the bathroom looked a bit worn. All in all good value for money seeing as the price was quite friendly.

Check-in to 16hs, terrible! breakfast very good, typical Ibis that prioritizes you common spaces, grna beauty, noisy quarters, hear noises from other rooms… lovely people.

The hotel is right. We were in a double bedroom, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good (very good). The staff is not very friendly, but they are friendly (in the sense of being environmentally friendly).
Overall, the hotel is quiet (close to the Center and a few blocks from the Milano Centrale train station) but in a district that is not very nice to walk at night.
Abuse I think the rate of tourism of €4 per person per day (However, it must be clarified that not the fixed hotel but City Hall)

Very arrogant and unfriendly staff at the front desk, the rooms it is incredibly loud, constant Huben and make the other street noise a sleep almost impossible! The advertised air conditioning was broken in my room. Never again.

Left to spend 4 days in Milan I left of the next day!
Arrived at the hotel around 18 hours I waited 45 minutes in the queue for registration, just before I spend the gentleman at reception has closed its window and it took again a wait in a new queue: am disabled and have a cane: everyone hustles you shamelessly!
For the 4 days is asked on my blue card a pre-agreement of 450.
I'm going down after moving to the restaurant. End of the meal we refuse to put my 19, €50 on the room and the Lady in the restaurant requires that I pay my meal!
good night and down to breakfast. I prepare my tray and put bread a grilling. A waiter comes takes the bread and throw it away: it'll smoke and disturb other guests. So why put a toaster?
Furious I let my tray and ask at the front desk my rating because enough is enough!
When I go down with my background I return my car parked on the site disabled via Zarotto: searched open car and snatched the alarm box. Morning to the police for the statement (here a nice finally! ) and back in France.

Our experience is from Nov 2011. PROS: — 8 Min. Walk to Train Station (Milano Centrale). — 4 Min. Walk to Metro (M3 line) and Tram. — CLEAN — SAFE — Supermarket, Restaurants, Bars around the corner. — Reasonable price. — Reasonable room space (for European standards). — Restaurant and Bar at Hotel (bit pricey thou). CONS: — Wifi charge.

Hotel ibis is a simple as you would find in other cities around the world. If you know how are the ibis in general there is nothing to add, stay simple and "straight to the point".

Oh well. Stuffy rooms, food not recommended.

A great value for the money: right in the center, conveniently localted at walking distance from the central station, this is usually our hotel of choice if we are just staying for a night while in transit to somewhere else. There are a number of 4 stars around the station which are priced usually over 30 euros more than the ibis for no good reason at all. Maybe the customers are not exactly classy, but the structure is big and quiet, clean and functional and does exactly what it's supposed to: provide a place to sleep at a reasonable price.

You can therefore eat inside the hotel, but outside you want so find food. 200meters to the tram, 500 metres to the subway and local train. For a city break its absolute okay — it what clean.

The Outlook is not so good but I don't care. For a städtetrip it is enough. Well located. We had a room facing the courtyard and it was quiet. Has around the hotel there are offered meals, while the hotel itself also eat. 200 meters to the tram and the park, 500 metres to the subway and commuter train. Oh: it was clean.

Rooms: All because what it takes (no mini bar) and clean.
Bathroom: Everything clean. Great soap dispenser next to the sink and in the shower, shrink-wrapped toothbrush tumbler and a hairdryer available.
Breakfast: Breakfast was good, the hotel offers a medium-sized range. There are various fresh pastries (too sweet), a sausage plate with 3 or 4 varieties sausage, sliced cheese, nougat, jam, fruit, yogurt and a few types of cereal. Coffee / / cocoa of water for tea there Cup wise from big (good) machine.
Location: North adjacent to the city centre. 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance; 3 or 4 stops to Piazza Duomo. Near the hotel are many Multi-Kulti restaurants (big city stop), but the district made a neat impression. There is a large shopping street nearby.
Parking: Nearby, there are 2 parking garages with the prices usual for a big city. And you can park a private cellar (? ) in the, which is slightly cheaper. We have chosen the Park House "via Manuzio' — 1 block away large pitches, bright, modern.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The clean and comfortable bathroom. It does not seem at all the hotels that I have stayed in Italy.
The hotel, although it is a bit far from the Duomo is very central. There is a more or less at the end of the street metro station, 5 minutes walk. Tram stops two blocks away, in front of the hotel.

Pretty good all round. Close to Milano Centrale (Milan Central Station). Also close to tourist buses. Walking distance to central shopping area and food. Service was excellent and breakfast included satisfied the engine inside, good quality too.

Although sold as Milano Centro is in an area a little off. Hotel clean and with ease to leave our luggage during the day. If you feel like walking it is fairly close to Stacione Centrale (train) and also the metro. The breakfast is good and the attention it good.
