Hotel Centrale Hotel

The staff was kind, the room and the bathroom were bigger than we expected. Nicely furnished and equipped. The Breakfast was ok. The central Railway station is at about 1 km away. And another metro station is also at that distance on a parallel street. If we come back to Milano, I guess we're gonna stay here again. Great value for the money.

I needed accommodation for one night and through booking I found this hotel! The rooms are really nice and well cleaned! Deserves the second star!

Clean room, but worst breakfast I've ever had.

Nice and tidy hotel near Milano Centrale railway station. Suitable for a short transit stay in Milan. Pros: -Friendly and helpful staff. -Breakfast with italian coffee and croissants. -Clean and spacious rooms. -Fast wireless internet. Cons: None for the price. We stayed only two nights. Overall a good short-stay location.

It is a 2 stars hotel, you can't expect more. The location is close to the central station and fast food restaurants. The room was clean, but I don't like the cold floor, small bathroom and leaking shower. Our room was close to the street, and it was a bit noisy from the cars at night. Some strange things;The blanket was without linen, which is strange. Breakfast start at 8am-10am, we didnt take this. Tv brand is good, but the channel was poor.

Very close to the central station which is very convenient. Free breakfast but not that much to choose from. Nice coffee though (as always in Italy). Clean room with a small shower.

Very simple hotel. I recommend if you're looking for something cheap. Just for one night. Not more. I was there with my girlfriend for two day because the proximity with the Centrale train station (but it's not so close as we thinked). Breakfast start 8AM. So who likes getting a day trip early like us maybe will lose the breakfast. The neighborhood is dark, but Milan is a safe city so not a problem. There are good restaurants just two blocks far.

This hotel sucks big time. Service they provide is close to non-existent. They promised a baby crib, but then it comes out that they don't have it. False advertisement, rude personal, stay away from this place. Their website says they have AC — they don't. Period. So in the summer you are better of sleeping in a tent in a park, than in this hotel — it's hot and sweaty. For the money they charge, they should provide at least some courtesy. Once again, stay away if you can!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Milan. The location is fantastic, just across Milano Central. Staff works as if it was a five star one, Ali and … who will help you any way they can to make your stay better. I have never seen hotel staff work so hard, serve you a great capuccino in the morning and give you suggestions for touring Milan Breakfast is good (coffee is absolutely great) and included in the price. Internet is also included.
