Nice, I was with my family nov 2017 n now alone but the hotel remains same n good n easy accessible due to very near located milano centrale stazione.
It is close to station so that it’s noisy day and night and looks dangerous area. Staff was terribly helpless and wasn’t kind at all. There wasn’t enough keys for dormitory room and I put the key inside of the room when I change the room and the manager tried to blame me like I lost the key but the guy which seems like owner stop her. So suspicious. When I got there receptionist told me there’s no key for me and everyone had their own keys so I complained and she gave me another room but the room that I got hadn’t enough keys as well. And then I needed to change the room the day after so It wasn’t good at all. Please don’t go here I don’t want people get suffered like me.
