A hotel near to centrale station, probably a little bit overpriced. Rooms were small in space and breakfast was just OK. Staff was helpful. It is an acceptable option overall if you want to stay in Milan.

The only value is the location. The double room booked was rather dingy furnished at the least worst and uncomfortably. The door was close to the elevator which means that opening the door to the room you risk taking the elevator door in your face. Cleaning leaves something to be desired: hair in the sink and water kettle with a finger of dust both on and inside. I don't recommend it at all. The bidet was missing and yet we are in Italy!

I was just one night. Overall I felt good. My room (a triple) was quite small but comfortable. It is located 50m from the central station which is one of the nerve points of the city. To move everything goes there. Small misdirection: my reservation did not include breakfast. I thought it was automatic for a hotel to provide the service and instead I would have to pay for it separately. I preferred to have breakfast elsewhere.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would recommend it.

Room was relatively small, with the bathroom shower almost impossible to turn in if you're on the taller side. Otherwise, clean and friendly service, and the provided breakfast was very good!

Nice Hotel with great location, close to central train station and Metro. Very nice rooms. We have been twice and one in a superior room. In the normal room everything went well comfortable bed, sky TV, nice shower. In the superior room instead the bed was very hard and we couldn't sleep. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of products between croissants hot drinks yogurt juices and salty. Good cleanliness of the rooms.

Pleasant hotel, very close to Centrale station. Soundproofing could be better but otherwise pleasant rooms and kind staff. Good value.

It is a small hotel near the Central railway station of Milan has few rooms and are well soundproof although now the top floors are being restructured or in works the bathroom had no screen but the TV and the heating worked pretty Well the bed is big and comfortable the breakfast service is very good and the price per room with breakfast is also very good. The staff at the front desk are quite friendly. I would definitely repeat it again.

Well located, next to the railway station and Metro. Four metro stops from the Duomo.

Hotel in renovation, new rooms. Bathroom with the tent flaw (dirty) in the shower and cold because it lacks heating. Insufficient heating in the room. Some very courteous staff. Beautiful breakfast room with a really excellent buffet. Very good value for money 100 metres from the railway station.

The door lock does not work open out without a key. Not very clean. The shower is 40x40 cm so it is only suitable for skinny. Very very small the piece and has ordinary solutions to their problems, for example for the wind of the window glued tape all over the edge of this and the shower that is sliding does not close the door because the door is badly made (the top is more. Small than the bottom) bone wets the entire floor of the bathroom when you shower. Also the hand wash is covered. 70 euros per night without breakfast I find it a robbery! There are a thousand less ordinary options than this. Good things: The location, hot water from the shower is OK, air conditioning ok (although it sounds a lot) and towels, shampoo and soap OK.

We visit here like a pack of 56 people, excellent hospitality for a 3 star hotel, clean bathrooms and we cannot complain for the room price about the quality of cleaning. Breakfast is abundant. Staffs are nice. Near to the subway and a lot of restaurants around. Definitely will comeback.

Great for the purpose of my visit. Its clean, delicious breakfast with extended hours, friendly staff and easy access to public transportation.

The rooms are very small. The bed is very small as well and the linens were a bit dusty. Both receptionists were a little less friendly and rude. Great location right by Milano centrale.

Good Hotel near the railway station, the hotel is only a 3-minute walk. We were there in April 2016 for three days here, The room was beautiful and very clean, The Breakfast was also good. Staff is extremely friendly!

We stay often for work. As hotel not bad, but I get the impression that most double rooms are actually individual adapted.

For that price I was hoping for something better, however clean and courteous staff.

I returned to Milan on 25 November to accompany a relative, and I booked online one night at Hotel Bernina. Great location across from the central train station and a short walk from the metro. Hotel with comfortable, functional rooms not large but neat and clean as was the bathroom. The staff on duty at reception (Daniel) has proved to be very helpful and professional. Also my guest enjoyed the treatment received.

We arrived without a reservation, Malpensa airport by Shttle-bus station, we have this hotel found within a short walk, we the room, before they got the revenue, we saw 215 and 216, very nice new Refurniched room. Was offered a very good rice with breakfast, the breakfast is good and they have the hotel staff Hepful, it helped give information about what to see and do, the most important things in our short stay. The location is perfect close to the train station, Metro and shuttle stop, we could a short travel TI como to visit, since the station was so close.

I slept last month at the HOTEL BERNINA I was fine, the staff great, receptionist very kind and together with IGOR ALEX directed me to the best places to visit in my short time, and locals to eat in the most cheap and excellent. For the rest the hotel and convenient Metro and Central station, the rooms were clean and well appointed bathroom was small but very nice with lots of lighting. I am happy with my stay at this hotel.

Don't let the put-together lobby deceive you. We walked into the hallway and found stained and dirty carpets and a horrendous smell of cigarettes. Our triple room was tiny — just three twin beds shoved together. There was no room to move around. And to top it all off, the linens and chairs were dirty. When we complained to the staff they were rude and blew us off. They finally showed us another room — which was even worse than the first! There are plenty of other nice hotels very close to the train station. Don't even bother with this one.

Geneva: Worst experience in years. I am a seasoned business traveller; approximately 200 hotel stays per year worldwide. In addition to uniquely disappointing policies, the staff and management were utterly disgusting. I am truly repulsed and will never stay there again. The hotel itself is located conveniently across from the train station and was clean, offered free wireless internet (Wi-Fi), and had breakfast onsite.

The room was very value-for-money when I stayed in december; it wasn't very big but we adapted quickly. The staff was very nice and I had everything to make a comfortable stay.

If your looking for a good hub for your Milan exploration, this is ideal. The staff are not at all friendly although when we went (just after christmas for New year) people would be a bit depressed having to work. The Metro is literally 1min walk from the front door and the no. 2 metro gets you right to the heart of the city. The Malpensa shuttle bus also stops outside the central station so its ideal for quickly getting to and from the airport. Just mean a quick check-in so you can get out and explore. There is a great wee eatery across the street called ristorante Fahion. Its open till midnight and sometimes later. Sells cheap food that is absolutely fantastic! and the beer is good too. So All in all I would suggest staying here, just dont expect 1st class service and dont be put off by the initial decor of the place after all you will be hardly be staying in your room anyway. As a general point of Milan, dont be put off by the dirty appearence as you arrive into the city. The old central area is simply amazing. Visit the Duomo, the castle and the last supper mural.
