Comfortable, cosy, close to main train station and supermarket.

Only stayed 1 night as a “layover” towards Paris. Hotel staff was friendly, lobby is very nice. Rooms are very outdated and very small. Bed was ancient and too firm. Air conditioning was a joke so we kept the window open, but the street is very loud at night time for having it open. The bathroom shower is so small you can’t raise your arms to your head without hitting the glass. Good location to metro for downtown. Wouldn’t stay there again.

If you take a room on the street side you will have the alarm clock at dawn for the garbage collection.
Air conditioning? In my room there was a fake temperature regulator, seeing first photos, how conditioner I had… second photo.
Decent cleaning.
Otherwise cute, but it's better.

It's quite good for a 3 star hotel. The staff was helpful and the room is nice and clean. They didn't provide tea/ coffee and water heater, though. The plug is European type which is smaller than ordinary 2 hole plug. Air conditioner is available. Bathroom is very nice, but not as big as you hope. No bathtub, shower only.

The hotel is quite old, one of three electric plugs in the room is not working, but the pro is that the hotel is located very close to the train station.

Absolutely to avoid in winter. Not heated. You have to leave the key at the reception even if you leave just for couple of minutes.

The heating was not going and the hotel told me to cover myself with a blanket. Imagine in November getting out of the shower and freezing room!

Great location. Close enough to walk from the train station.

The worst part is the staff — I lost my jacket during the stay and even though the staff admitted to have found it, no effort was taken to return it to me. I offered to pay all the delivery expenses. They have ignored my emails, hang-up my calls… a terrible experience! The rooms are old-fashioned, the only boon is the location, near the train station.

I had booked for 3 people and found a room by two, then changed thankfully. The door did not close by itself but only pushing and turning the key. The television was not good, maybe the remote download, you could not change channels and turn off. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken attached with Scotch. The bathtub didn't have a tent to shower. I would not go back!

Excellent accommodation. Nice and friendly staff The rooms are not modern but very cozy, in excellent condition and especially very clean. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but the smells were very inviting.

One star for the great location, but I had to sleep with the window opened because of their a/c policy of not turning it on in winter, even though it isn't cold outside. So, no a/c, no privacy and still hot inside the room.

Hotel in a strategic location Grand Central station. The double room was quite small, but clean and comfortable, the bathroom was new and spacious. Only downside were the bed pillows, too soft and of poor quality. Hotel 3 *, money and professional staff.

I needed a room for the lowest possible price, just to sleep a few hours. Found here a small single at 45 euros. Great location, terrible for another. Light not working, fridge empty, shutter half broken, door in pretty bad shape, minimum size. Kind personnel.

The hotel is very close to the Milano central station. It is very comfortable and nove to see. Bath is new and there is free Wi-Fi without registration or hotspot configuration.

I would never have expected to find a hotel so clean and orderly at that price this season no less.
I would say if I'll need it definitely will return, the convenience of the area is embarrassing.
The only flaw is that the breakfast was extra and 4 € (per person for one night) to Milan tax is really high.

Close to the station and completely renovated is a great solution for those seeking comfort at high quality/price ratio.

Dear for the quality of the room… a three-star hotel:Wi-Fi surcharge, without bar fridge, carpeting, a prehistoric, shower with tent. Before breakfast as an extra… 150 euros for a room (one night) and the room remained in the 70s seem to me to be too many.

Very nice. Small room but very comfortable. It's also very convenience, surounded by nice yet affordable restaurant.
