Attention please! By all means, avoid staying at Best Western Hotel St. George, at 9 Viale Tunicia, in Milano, Italy. In September 2018 my wife and I had all our belongings as passports, money and jewllery robbed from the safe of our room (307). This hotel is considered in the websites as a 4 stars hotel, but the police from Milano found no reason for even 2 stars as there were no video cameras at all and there wasn’t a manager neither at 5 o’clock p. M. When the police arrived, nor 24 hours after the robbery. We had absolutely no assistance from the hotel: the desk clerk called Anthony Arzoni avoided calling the police for nearly one hour and he only called them because we kept making a lot of noise at the tiny front desk. There isn’t a lobby at the hotel, but only a tiny counter and two small lifts in a narrow corridor and nobody to help with the luggage. We called Best Western central management but we had no answer / support at all!

The hotel does not match the 4 star level. The smell in the room was so terrible that we were unable to stay in this hotel. The hotel was booked for 3 nights with no refund. Spent in it only one and moved to another despite the payment. All things smelled, which remained until the clothes were washed. The ceiling of the room was littered with mosquitoes and when asked to give us a fumigator, we were sent to the store to buy it. Disgusting experience. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I've been in this situation.

We really enjoyed our impromptu trip to Milano. The hotel is on an excellent location near all the shopping in Milano and nicely tucked away from lots of tourist. The hotel staff was so friendly and kind. I will definitely come back to stay here again soon.

Second time we have used this hotel. Booked this time because we had a good experience previously. Everything met our expectations. Clean comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. Continually replenished. Again cheerful staff. Really could not fault this hotel. I will use them next time we visit Milan.

This hotel was perfect! Stefanio and Antonio were the best! The breakfast dining staff also deserves to be congratulated. For a small old hotel it had the absolutely the best staff of any hotels we have stayed at. There is nothing else that this hotel could do to make our stay any more pleasant. The beds were comfortable, Wifi was excellent, breakfast was good, we could not ask for more.

Medium clean, I found a abajour with lightning bulb, I unscrewed it and was full of dust, the system of unloading of sanitary not functional because you have to put your hand in the water to unload and the tub slightly dirty. The location is great. The staff at reception and service and friendly and good breakfast. The location is great. Of the shutters would improve the environment for light in the morning.

Near central station, helpful staff and good breakfast and internet. Perhaps some bottled water in the room would be nice. Enjoyed my stay at the Hotel overall.

After a day at work in Milan I stayed at the St. George. The staff were very helpful.

Stayed here a couple of nights, the hotel is in a convenient location but I would not class it as a 4 stars. For those who don't pay much attention to details when they book something as you would expect to pay everything at once in the final price they show you, please be wary as the tourist tax is not included so have this in mind, and allow some money to cover this the day you leave the hotel. Check also if the restaurants have "the copperto" o whatever is called included in the price as my experience with Milan was that they love ripping off tourists. And the last thing to be wary of, is check the Duommo queue before buying your tickets, as we had to wait 2 and a half hours to get in.

I am very satisfied with this hotel a very good welcome to so good at lunch very hearty people very nice the only point I will say negative, its what ê have heard music at 2am thirty in the morning in the rooms hotel is very clean have had a snack a at the tea-time cakes. I advise the tourist taxes 75 euros for three the master Hotel super nice it not that possitive point.

The hotel is 3 star maximum. The location is 15 minutes from the central train station and 25-30 minutes to the Duomo. Of the cons-in the room from the facilities for the bath-a cap, cotton pads, soap and napkins. There is a shower gel, but the quality is unimportant! There are no shampoos, no hair balm, no toothbrush, no pasta, no spoons and brushes for shoes. So if you need it, take it with you. Breakfast is very limited: omelette (with a taste of some not very pleasant), sausages (once-nothing, and once-horror), muesli, slicing meat (the choice is good and all delicious), three types of cheese (for the lover), boiled eggs, juices, yogurt and croissants (also delicious). I mean, it's the perfect breakfast sandwich and everything! If you stay with children, there is really nothing to feed them! No porridge, no curds, no vegetables… In general, the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned. Kind all OK. The rooms were not cold (we were 18.02. — 21.2). On TV worked one Russian channel and then poorly showed. In general, I can confidently say that the hotel at a price-Kachestau corresponds, though not pull on 4 stars.

Value for money. Good location, 20 minutes walking to Duomo. The only bed expiriance is too small breakfast area. We had to wait sometimes to get a table for breakfast. Another thing that was missing is no vegetables at all in the breakfast menu. Owerall expiriance is great. I recommend it for the money.

It was a very nice hotel with a great location. Excellent breakfast, room cleaning above every expectation… the room was always fragrant and impeccable. The location was very small and the staff were very nice and friendly. I feel fully satisfied great value for money I would recommend this property.

Very friendly staff, good rooms, mine had a bath which I welcomed very much. Nice communal area with bar on the first floor. Location is fantastic.

Clean and functional rooms with all the necessities, a good value for the reasonable rate. Staff was friendly, and comp afternoon tea and cake a nice touch. The breakfast was very good. The location is convenient. My only negative was that the room was cold. It just didn't warm up much despite the heat being on, and there could have been more bed covers or at least an extra blanket in the closet.

Being of the Best Western chain seems to me that it lacks. It doesn't have air conditioning and the TV doesn't work. Not good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western St. George, it met our expectations, good use of the space in the room, internet extremely fast. It is close to a variety of restaurants and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It is nice after a day of travel for someone to not just be helpful but to make one smile.

Terrible hotel. I found a spider in the towel in my room and when I complained the receptionist told me that he also has Arachnophobia and one day he stayed frozen in front of a spider! Irrelevant answer. Then I asked him to do proper cleaning/pesticides! The next day, I came back from my business meetings to find that there are no towels in my bathroom! Then I had to call and complain to get a full set of 6 towels face and body ones sent to my room. The room was not clean as there were some sugar grains on the table that I left in the morning! Worst hotel to stay!

A centrally located hotel one minute from Metro M1. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a very small area. Recommended.

We enjoyed and love it. Close to all the shops and resturant. Very downtown and very friendly receptionists. We have toddler and a baby so housekeeping are great doing their job. The best is also walking distance going to Doumo and big malls. We will love to comeback.

This is the worst hotel I had ever stay in my life… The Internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available and my phone is connected to the hotel Wi-Fi but it cannot even load any apps or website at all. It took me like 5 mins to even load a page or sometimes it shows no connection at all. Worst of all, the air con is blowing out hot air. Asked reception for assistance and send a technician to my room and I was told the air con is down till further notice. Is either I off the whole air… con or I have to take the hot air. How do u expect my wife and I do sleep in the room with no air con? The whole room is like hot stuffy suana. Ask me to open the window for natural wind. The window is direct access from a public balcony. Do you think is safe to leave it open during the night? I sincerely hope the management will look into this. I doubt I will stay in this hotel the next time unless improvement is make Thanks.

I've been here in October 2009 to retreive some information for the local engineering university. So I did a 3 day trip with my girlfriend. The service has been very good and the room was wonderful, placed under some stairs with a lot of green. Brakfast was ok. The Location it's really fine, near C. So Buenos Aires … the avenue with the largest number of shops in Europe. Now I live in a street near the hotel and can see my old room through my windows ;)
