Rooms are very small but beds are unacceptables 80 cms (for babys).! At least they can put beds of a least 90 cm or more. All beds must be changed for secutity reason. Myself I will not use this hotel again because of this irregularities. Bad experience.

Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Convenient location for the Milano Centrale railway station if you have an early get away.

Close to the railway station. Affable staff. Of the drawbacks of smoked numbers.

It is quite a good hotel, there are not so many room places, but cozy, there is a mini bar, new plumbing, good housekeeping, good breakfasts. Very small elevator, steep steps. Close to the station and the subway, there is a grocery supermarket nearby. A 10-minute walk is a large green park.

Great hotel a few steps from the central station. You can also book rooms at hours.

This was a lovely clean room. The bathroom was modern and clean. Room just a little too small for two people but suitable for one to two nights.

Very good location and the hotel is very comfortable. This next to Milan Central station.

The staff were nice, helpfull, location is excellent, furnture and decore are in good taste. The breakfast was excellent. The price of the room was reasonable.

Frankly speaking, the hotel has three * misunderstandings. Is it just for a place position. Very close to the central station.
The hotel itself is well maintained, very clean, there is no expansions. The shower is also normal, although a little leaking. The rooms are small. The view from the window is terrible-it's stairs and the wall of the neighboring building. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good.
From the Cons: The noise is really from the nearby hotel under construction there, but we almost were not in the hotel, and walked, he did not bother us. The hair dryer, the impression that it could be used by my grandmother, the handle is constantly off. The hotel needs renovation, everything is very oldie and shabby.
The bed is comfortable. For us it was the most important thing. Have a good night's sleep.

Nice little hotel but close to the station very convenient because from here you reach the center of the city in 5 minutes by the means.

Don't opt for single occupancy rooms. It ends where it starts. Smile on the faces of hotel staff is very rare.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

We arrived Saturday afternoon, after 1100 km… climbed into the room we thought we would rest "finally" but unfortunately this was an impossible thing because the noises were deafening… right in the courtyard next door they worked. This unfortunately was repeated even on Sunday afternoon… so I guess the proprietor of the hotel should not assign those rooms knowing the problem.
Other thing… on Monday morning we were woken up at 3 by the alarm clock and coughing of the guest room next door! us at the end at 4.30 we got up and that alarm clock kept ringing!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pros are over. Good breakfast. Internet in the room was absent in principle, catching only near the elevator or near offer. The water pressure is bad. The conclusion: it is possible to stay for a long time is not recommended! We do not want to return, we will look for something different, price-quality does not match! Forgot to mention reception-first encountered a complete disregard of guests, or is this a bonus specifically to us? Strange for Italy!

Not bad. But the noise insulation is bad. The neighbors are audible.
Breakfast is European. Friendly staff. Overall nice. Good location.

Pros: location, cleanliness Cons: construction next door starting at 7h30 on a sunday revealed not only very poor noise isolation, plus staff didn't help or tried to at least when confronted with the problem.

Comfortable + quiet. The hotel is supposedly smoke-free, but our room smelled really bad. I told the front desk about the smoke-smelling rooms, and they changed my room. The new room didn't smell. The rooms are tiny, but I guess that is typical of Milan at these prices (I've stayed in two hotels in Milan so far).

Welcoming staff,, comfy room, and good breakfast. A very nice place to stay for work.

A nice hotel well located near the train station, very clean and well managed. Be careful however in winter, the heating is cut during the night and if you arrive late, there is no way to heat the room.

Average stay, but it was good for us as we were staying in Milan for one night. Centrally located, 300m from Milano Central. Good enough breakfast, Slightly higher price for what you get, may be it s due to busyness of the city during the period.

I found the Flora hotel perfect for location, cleanliness, great value for money and friendliness and professionalism of the staff. If I go back to Milan I will have no doubt about where to stay. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and very well located. It's close to the central station and the metro; the rooms are spacious and clean. Only the staff are a bit rude, so one less star for that.

Location is near Milano Centrale Station, about 200 meters from station, it make easy for me to go everywhere in Milan. Hop On Hop Off Bus also stop in front of station with cost 22 euro and stops at some interesting places. Metro Station only 2 minutes walk. Twin Room is large and clean. Breakfast is simple but nice and enough to start our day. Staffs are very helpful. Recommend.

Great location walking distance from railway station. Our room was spacious (for Europe) as was the bathroom. Linen was crisp & clean, towels were good size & clean. Breakfast was great & staff were very pleasant & efficient. Front office staff were helpful re information. Housekeeping staff were competent & friendly. Enjoyed our stay, wouldnt hesitate staying there again.

When I check in at 10/30/2016, in the afternoon, the front desk is very rude, I am angry about this. Then I want him to be calm but he says it's normal rules in Milan! My God! All the person of Milan that I met is very very kind and gentle. Then I Call 112 to let police solve this problem. He (reception) is the worst Milan… before police comes, the front desk say "Caz @ @" (it means like "fxxc in English) but when police comes he lies that he never say bad words

All the people of Milan, whom I met is very, very kind and delicate. Then I call 112 to leave the police to solve this problem. He (reception) is the worst in Milan… Before the police arrives, the reception say "Caz @ @" But when the police arrives, he tell the lies that he never say "Caz @ @"

Very nice hotel. The staff is very polite, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is fair for the price they ask.

A hotel convenient for those coming from Milan Central Station (it's right on your doorstep! ), near an area well served: metro, tram, shops, restaurants, etc. It was really comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. An environment that makes you really comfortable.

Hotel very old, smoke smell, very small bathroom, shower of 60 x 60 cm. Rooms just decent. I didn't think there were any hotels with Wi-Fi, paid € 5 per day (but the rest is the least of the problems). Do not recommend it absolutely.

Perfect place for an unforgetable vacation.
