Misogyny and racism
are not great characteristics for your front desk service to have…. We have had 5 clients of ours verbally accosted in your hotel from the moment they entered your hotel… one of the clients entered with a scarf over her mouth and asked if masks were sold there, she was immediatelytold GET OUT THIS IS NOT A FAMACIST…. Meanwhile why I was in the hotel, there were several white wearing no mask, one was even having a full conversation with the receptionist with no proplem… there shall be accountability for this grave error.

Terrible I would not recommend it to anyone.

I really wanted to like this place but will not be recommending this hotel to my followers or clients. I arrived early and was able to check in but was told the room won’t be ready until 2 and to come back to get the keys. When I go back to get the keys, I was told about the daily tax (which I knew About) and a $50 holding fee. Knowing this is normal when checking into hotels, I had No problem with the $50 hold. That was until a lady whom I just met told me not to let them charge for the hold. She said the couple who checked in before me was told that there is no holding fee. When I asked the clerk what is the standard procedure for the hold, she simply said she’ll waive it. When I asked Why was I initially being charged and the previous guests weren’t, she said don’t worry about it because she will not charge it anymore. I said thank you, I understand that but I’d like to know how this usually works, so that I can Share this process with my travel community & clients but no solid explanation was provided other than to not worry about it. I understand that they have a right to charge for the hold, but it would have been nice to know what was the standard for one guest being charged vs others, so that I can share this information with my followers and clients when recommending hotels in Milan.
This was very disappointing and I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent food, a lot of options.

My ticket was cancelled because the epidemic continued to increase, but the hotel did not allow refunds, very bad hotel.

Check in was friendly, dinner was good with friendly service. Walking distance from train station.

Although abit expensive, over all the staffs and waiters there are very helpful and friendly.

Our hotel was booked so they sent us to Glam. What a FABULOUS hotel! Wow! The room was so clean and beautiful! Everything was updated and the room had huge windows. Don’t hesitate to stay here! It’s right near central train station. 5-min walk.

We got upgrade to a suite nice customer service.

Wonderful hotel, clean and fragrant. Delicious and varied breakfast, staff super friendly council. Great to relax after a journey.

OMG this hotel is amazing, not only is it close to the Milano central railway station but they throw in breakfast and dinner into the mix which is a buffet type meals. the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful if they tried. highly recommended.

The best in hotels, the rooms great like everything in general.

Due to the water construction, guests werent allow to check in before 5pm without any announcement or noted before the period! I had to re-arrange my schedule in all sudden. Even they couldn’t serve a hot/ warm water for awhile and a maintenance actually never showed up. The matter is emplyees don’t enough to care and not willing to solve the problem. They are just pretending to do it. I wonder how they are so proud of being in 4 stars (according to front desk city tax €5 based on its grade) along with a poor customer satisfaction.

Had a horrible experience with your hotel. I was denied access to my room for 6 hours due to maintenance and my bathroom was locked for almost 12 hours. When it was unlocked I had no hot water. I represent a global company and stay in different hotels every week and this was by far the most shocking treatment I have ever experienced by a hotel in the world. Was told to wait in the hotel bar for hours with lots of other guests where I was charged €4 for a glass of water. Staff did not seem to care or show any empathy for the service failure of your hotel. I still cannot believe it, it's absolutely crazy that I paid for 2 days and could only access my room for 1 and I had no hot water. I have emailed the manager multiple times and received no reply. This is typical of Glam hotel and the care they show for guests. Unbelievable. I will ensure my staff do not stay in this poorly run property ever again.

Check Into the Glam Hotel for 3 days and experience the friendliest staff. Alberto at the reception was amazing. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was served by Jhon Paul he was eceptional. I actually wanted to take him home with us, back to SA to manage my hospitality business. He has great potential and was so friendly. All staff to keep Up this excellent service.

Excellently located. Professionally run. Breakfast & dinner included in room tarrif and has good selection. Close to metro & intercity stazione. Very close to very reasonable fixed price eateries frequented by locals for lunch. Highly recommended.

It's good place to stay. The attention are good and the location are great because you have the train station just a few meters by walking. The rooms are small but good for the purpose. Clean, good food and near others restaurants.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Great breakfast. Best of all it’s located close to the metro and railway station. The one low point was the air conditioning system. It didn’t work as well as I’d hoped. Overall a good property. I would stay there again.

Dinner (excluding drinks) is included. Plenty selection of cold cuts, cheese, hot meals and salad, in buffet style. Room is clean and comfortable. Very convenient location as it's right across the central station.

Rooms very good, beds comfy even for the kids. Great location. Rooms do have alot of street noise, soundproofing is in some comments. But city noise is still at times loud. This doesnt rate my review down, it is a result of location. Which really is good.
Why 3 stars? Our choice of Halfboard has been a 2-star experience, it is not worth it… no drinks included. Dinner buffet starter is good but mains for Italy simple poor, lacking in taste and disappointing
This hotel could be great… improve the main course selection and at least offer basic drinks… you will find people happier and willing to buy alcohol too.

Very bad experience, cold room, the floor, although, covered with a carpet (Scadentissima) iced, the bathroom with a heated towel dryer… Yet a newly built hotel… disorganized and poorly attended. The manager nn can handle the problems. To avoid! Absolutely to avoid, there are so many other hotels with plenty of comfort above.

The hotel is located in the square in front of the central Station, a 2-minute walk away, then in a strategic position, being reached by Metro or by train.
I personally have not stayed here but have been a guest/speaker at a corporate event in a room post on the floor — 1.
Large and well furnished room, good acoustics that allowed to avoid the use of microphones.
Well organized lunch, with excellent food and friendly and fast staff.
Overall very good judgement.
Recommended.

An elegant and welcoming hotel. Corner rooms with an amazing view. Convenient location compared to station, Metro stop and Center. Comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast and nice staff Jean PAul, a restaurant guy hit us in particular. A highly recommended hotel!

Very good location, the station is opposite to cross the road. Stay 2 people room, space is big enough, have bathtub, have quick boil hot kettle, tea bag.
Breakfast is good, dinner is only a few more hot food than breakfast, but it's good to eat. Good service attitude, can be parked luggage, the door has security, very high security.

I attended a lot of hotels especially in Milan, never in this until today… what about, at the reception you find nice people, kind, helpful, friendly and professional… I took a normal room at the last minute, as soon as you enter it seems small but Instead, hidden behind a beautiful wooden wall (which looks like a closet), hides the bathroom area… all prepared to perfection… a huge shower almost as a spa. Average low prices for the offer. Good!

The hotel sounds beautiful glamour. But it is not really a 4 star. Bad kitchen. The interior is old.

They offered us first a very tiny room, but then change it to a nicer room, It was very modern with simple decoration, suitable for families and business trips. Breakfast and dinner was average.

The room (Junior Suite) was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable with a view at 360 degrees on the square. Spectacular shower!
We had taken the package with dinner and breakfast included… really handy for those who only have to go there one night and didn't want to get around to looking for a restaurant.

Professional and very friendly welcome I had the junior suite with a nice view on the milano centrale station apart the flooding of the bathroom when you take a shower, the room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was a bit cheap and basic.

Good hotel, beautiful rooms, great views, right next to the train station, friendly staff.

The hotel and rooms are right. In the food a little scarce. We were in old night and the dinner was the everyday. They didn't have the detail of giving a lousy glass of cava. Little variety of food. For the kids there wasn't any menu. In this respect we have been disappointed.

Very good attention. In reception there is always someone who speaks Spanish. Completely new facilities.

Correct in the coffee machine set awful mess. Damage to the reputation of Italian coffee.

Passage to Milan for Christmas holidays. Great hotel and great food. Congratulations to the room Petsonale… very good.

Great hotel with buffet breakfast and dinner. Location is very near Milano centrale which is excellent. Bed is good. Room is big. Reception is friendly. Really love it here.

Excellent location in beautiful central Milan. Convenient to Metro and Centrale Stazione. Room was excellent as were the staff as well as the buffet breakfast and supper. Very pleasantly surprised at how good everything was.

In the hotel rooms there are surveillance cameras. I was in room 107 and there was one at the entrance next to the fire sensor and another camera was in the bathroom. Be very careful with this hotel

This hotel is a terrible place! After I got back to Taiwan, I found out that the two LV skins I bought were not flying, the box opened and the leather folder became a piece of paper, and it was absolutely stolen by the crew of the hotel, because my suitcase was not locked and the staff at the hotel were too poor to stay at all! The Chanel necklace that was worn was removed from the sink and placed on the wash-basin, and the necklace was gone! I can't find anything.

We have just returned after spending two days in Milan, housed in your hotel, everything beautiful! Friendly staff, clean rooms and beautiful view, dinner and Super breakfast! I hope to come back someday!

Very well located rooms rather nice and clean only downside catering especially to the dinner very limited to the level of choice. Too many people in relation has the capacity of reception and service.

Could not have asked more of the hotel. Location across from the Central station was as expected and extremely convenient. Included buffet dinner was excellent so was breakfast. To cap the lot we were upgraded to a marvellous suite with a terrace with panoramic views of the city at no extra charge.

The hotel is well placed and looks great. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The reason for only 3 stars is the issue with air con. We visited when it was around 33° and even though we complained twice we couldn't get the room under 25°.

Very good location: metro station is just behind the corner, the main train station across the street. The room was really cozy, with very comfortable bed and nice design. Maybe just one thing to note, the bathroom has an open plan and the shower has transparent glass so it is on display which may not be comfortable for all types of travelers. The staff at the hotel was very professional, polite and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast has a very wide choice of buffet offering. I will definitely come back. I frequently come to Milan and this hotel became one of my top choices for the stay.

Room was so spacious. Staff was attentive and kind. Location was strategic.

This place sucks there was open containers in the mini bar … my husband and I got charged 5 Euro for each soda we had with a "free " buffet then was indicated on the bottom of the menu if we wasted too much food we would be charged … not to mention the food was sub par… the waitress misspelled our name on the bill and didn't give us the option to pay in euro … the waitstaff didn't even show us where to go get plates we got our own … the risotto was undercooked and crunchy mushy … feel totally mislead about the hotel they need to fire some of the staff "non solo" but our bartender and drink were "fabuloso.

I spent 2 weeks in this lovely hotel. The staff is excellent — rooms comfortable and really clean. Rich breakfast and good quality. I will come back.

Great option for proximity to the Milan Central station and the subway. The subway line to the Cathedral is right outside the door! Breakfast offers a wide variety and excellent coffee. I stayed in the family room with 3 young teen granddaughters and it was perfect! My youngest granddaughter drew a thank you note, because she liked the hotel so much!

Friendly girls at the reception, knowledge and kind. They speak English very well. The room is cozy and clean. Washroom is nice and clean too. The gentleman of the night shift had limits in speaking English but not bad. The dinner was tasteless to some extent but cheese and olives were awesome. I like the place specially because it is the closest to tram station.

Beautiful hotel, very well located especially for those who like to tour the city using local means of transport.

The hotel is new for him. 4 * conform fully. Located in the square next to the train station and even though it's quiet and peaceful in it. With Windows with super views, we live at the moment here on the 8th floor. It is walking distance to 30 minutes, by taxi 10 costs 10€, two steps underground. All options are … b) what you pay for … Delicious and the choice of Bolognaise for Breakfast is free (though on different sites I read that all paid) dinner) * no … Kidding of course … Delicious. And full of grilled meat, and pasta, soups, salads, fruit, pastries … And all taack delicious. Water 5€ but it's not just us confused. In a word … We really like it here!

Friendly staff, nice rooms and great buffet!

I had to attend to a conference cloae to the train station, it was perfect in the postion. All the staff members were professionals. Nice fornitutes and rooms layout. The food (breakfast and dinner) was good and tasty. I will choose this hotek again.

Comfortable and with a good position. The rooms are cleank, even if not so big. The breakfast is served with a great variety of foods and the dinner is usually included in the tariff. Cheap and easy. Perfect for frequently traveller.

Unfortunately the Hotel is focussed on making fast money only and not on building long term relationship. Visited the Hotel twice with several business partners but cannot recommend it as there is no understanding of how to treath business people who visit the city frequently. Rooms are tiny but nicely furnished. Front desk helpful and friendly but over all a no go for our network to visit again.

The location is great. It is right next to the central station subway, train, and airport bus. However, we received a room with clogged shower and is not fix until the next morning. Want to change the room but they said they are fully booked. Although the did fix it eventually with us reminding them the next morning.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location with entrance to Metro just outside, and 4 stops to Duomo. Comfortable and modern rooms. Only downside is the food. Breakfast very poor. Will be booking room only next time and have breakfast out. But other than that, great hotel. Will stay again.

The design and comfort of the rooms are really great. The rooms were very bright thanks to the stained-glass Windows (vd. Photo), large bedroom and finished new and well maintained. Only criticism is the disorganization of the staff in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner.
Dinner and breakfast were with the buffet formula. Food OK though with little variety to choose from.
But the problem was getting to sit down and get the dishes clean. However for the beauty, comfort, proximity to metro and silence my rating is 4.

Service was good, no complaints about the room. Metro at 20m of the door, central station at 5 mins walking.

Very hospitable staff and well appointed rooms. Definitely, a follow up experience is not out of question after our recent stay.

Very strange and not friendly staff at the reception.

Negative experience. I stayed with family from 3 to October 6, 2015. One day the room was not made up, my Remonstrance could not be found a solution (cost per day 364 eu). To a written complaint by mail never answered despite reminders directories.
This may not be the attitude of a tree to 4 stars!
Experience not to repeat.
