Very nice. Exceptional and close service with the Spaniards. Spacious rooms and spacious bathroom. Quiet and full breakfast.

Location good. Accesability to public transport easy. Distance from railway convenient. Staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast sumptuous Rooms and bath spaces excellent. Milan is a beautiful city with great heritage and art n architecture. Hotel NH milano machivalli adds to the value of the city. Our compliments.

Pretty central Hotel, close to the Porta Venezia Metro. Friendly and Professional staff.

I expected better. Phenomenal Breakfast However the sound proofing of the FS room really sucks. I had to sleep two nights with my head between the pillows to not hear the street noises.

The hotel and its facilities are nice but the Wi-Fi service is worse than lousy.

Very quite and cozy The amenities are not that really perfect (no tooth brush n paste) but the room condition is Good. People are kind. Ibis hotel (opposite site) is too noisy. Breakfast is also good. Good for biz trip accommodation.

The hotel is very good and the room is not too bad. Plug the phone into the furniture in the room. I don't understand there's no plug in the bed.

I have stayed several times for business trips, great for the location near the Fermmata Porta Venezia of Metro 1 red and the central Station. Good breakfast.

Hotel with every comfort in the central area in Milan. The staff is courteous and helpful (reception open h 24) and the lobby and restaurant are spacious and well-appointed. The rooms are comfortable but the furnishings are surpassed, style years ' 80. The rooms are equipped with TV, hairdryer, safe, etc. The restaurant is not great and waiting times between the courses are endless. The breakfast is very varied, with 4 types of croissants and various juices available. Overall it's a good structure.

Check in took far too long. Price — performance rather expensive without breakfast.

Decently priced, clean and central accommodation with a breakfast buffer covering a sufficient range of dishes/items. Room of good size. Very helpful, informative and helpful staff including housekeeping, reception, breakfast service.

Arrived there with a large group, did not seem well prepared or maybe did not anticipated enough. Long waiting time at reception. Experience correct over all.

Right from check in I had the opportunity to see the quality of the structure and the services it has. The room is emblematic of the cleanliness that this chain proposes. For sure the breakfast turns out to be the highlight of the stay.

Nice hotel, centrally located. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The cathedral is about 25min.
Rooms are OK and more than adequate as accommodation for a city trip.

Great hotel which will satisfy a 4 star hotel in best downtown location. But the road traffic is good to hear when windows are closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This will be a great shopping weekend and last was in Szczecin at the NH Hotel Yes also great. Wish everyone a nice 2nd advent.

Very clean and good location. The rooms are OK. Breakfast offers a generous choice.

Elegant, clean and cozy. The courtesy and attention of the breakfast staff should be highlighted. Wide selection of sweets (also fresh pancakes), salty foods and fresh fruit. The stay was really enjoyable.

Nice hotel as it's modern, clean, good breakfast and close to the city center. Fine rooms with goods beds and air conditioning. Only no free parking, there are a couple of free spots at the entrance which are occupied all the time so you need to use the parking garage which is like 10 meters away. I don't remember the pricerange but I believe it was like EUR 8, — a day. Btw this is the nicest (underground) parking of Italy ;-) ) Because of this, 4 stars out of 5, as the hotel advertises with free parking. (Update 22 November 2017) Five stars instead of 4 as NH will update the parking information from the Machiavelli hotel on Google (Maps) from free parking to parking! ;-)

Good location, spacious junior Suite.

Mediocre. Breakfast poor and something recycled from the days before, all leaning against the bar but x a coffee you have to use an automatic machine. In the bathroom there is the bathtub practically all open and when you shower bathe everything. In addition the toilet just behind the door is quite uncomfortable especially if you are in 2 or more in the room. On cleanliness nothing to say, both the rooms and the hotel in general found it to be clean. Nice and helpful staff.

Sunday night and I was able to ask for a room service which was quick and tasty! Breakfast really good. Only issue was not being able to turn the air con on as the Hotel turn it off due to autumn season… But it's still warm some days!

Good hotel, I was a guest for three days for business reasons, I found it very good. Great breakfast and one night I kept myself at dinner at the restaurant, which is in any way noteworthy.

Full disclosure: I was upgraded from a standard room to a suite which might make me less impartial… but: the rooms are big and the furniture is comfortable. A real 4 star experience! The breakfast buffet was definitely a lot better than in other Italian 4 stars. I really enjoyed it every morning. Only downside I can find are the missing power outlets near the bed. They do offer free parking but only have 3 lots available. If those are full it's 20 €/day in the parking garage next door.

I have stayed in this one and the one across street. At first I thought ibis's superior single is better but NH has more attention to detail such as the breakfast. Ibis's is nowhere near as good as NH and NH offers sleeper in room which is rare in European hotels.

The rooms are big, modern and clean. Very well located within walking distance of shopping areas. The breakfast is really good and staff are generally very friendly.

Nice clean rooms, big TV in the room, good bathrooms. The free Wi-Fi is pretty slow but you can pay to upgrade. Decent location.

Hotel super great, location very good and the service is barred, the breakfast is also very good. Walk to Duomo, go out the tram station and tram services. Is 10 minutes walk to the railway station, so the location of the hotel was good to not work. But the room was a bit dark, otherwise there is no Groove da.

The hotel is clean typical NH hotel. Free breakfast is a big plus. Unfortunately it does not compensate lack of sleep. The windows are not sound proof and the tram (quite old and loud) goes under the windows whole night. I'm never coming back there.
