Ridiculous trying to be trendy place. Not even enough room to open your bag. Only stay here if you have a small soft cabin bag size of luggage and plan to not be in the room more than sleeping. So over designer designed you can’t barely use the room. For example, There is no toilet roll holder as there is no space for one. If you put your bag on only flat surface other than bed you can’t the see tv. Makes the tiny houses looks giant. A light switch was broken when I checked in but reception chose to believe I couldn’t use a light switch instead of sorting it out when I rang them. All in all a terrible choice.

I have broken my leg and in a moon and even though the Cafe downstairs is counter service the staff took my order from my table and brought the eftpos over to the table for me to sign. Going above and beyond. Greatly appreciated.

Extremely bad customer service within the bar service — apparently just red eyes constitutes you to not be served! When making a complaint, offered a free drink (after being cut off) — had no drinks previously, whilst other members of our party had… what a way to ruin a good night!

You have the rudest manager at your level 10 bar. She told us we had to wear masks after each sip of our drink and said she could cop a $250, 000 fine, both not true at all. When challenged on this as we had just been at the Oyster Bar having lunch where we didn’t have to wear masks whilst eating and drinking at the table, she then said she could throw us out of the venue. Behind her was a lady and her kid both without masks on between bites or sips. She was extraordinarily rude, there were about 8 people including us in the whole venue. We just left rather than have this little Hitler enjoy kicking us out for breaching her own self imposed rules. She should be sacked! We went to the Revelry which was really welcoming and much better fun with the sane rules as the Oyster Bar, common sense, mask when entering, exiting and ordering at the bar. This was last night. Get rid of her.

Great getaway to the city with a beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant featuring great food and service. Not overpriced for it’s location along the Esplanade and next door to all the highlights @ Elizabeth Quay. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great bar with awesome views. Good food and service.

Paid for a Deluxe room got a standard room with half the amenities missing. When I pointed this out to Management, I was told that because I had booked with Booking. Com the room was different to their description. We paid $240, the Standard room was $170, we we’re not offered a discount or to be given the correct room.
Very bad service as I had pre booked in online and yet still had to wait in the queue.
False advertisement on their own Website but blaming it on Booking. Com.
A birthday celebration ruined!

Food at the restaurant was disappointing. We were attracted by the views, the photos of the foods. However, the actual food don't look like the photos on their website. The cocktail I tried wasn't any good either.
