Room was OK, although the outside of the toilet bowl was dirty, and the room heater was struggling badly against the cold.

Well priced Hotel with spacious rooms. Chinese restaurant on site.

Small but clean 2 bed unit, easy access to trams, trains and the city. Great view if you're high up although that then comes with a windy balcony.
Great value for money, would definitely come back.

Second time staying, and it didn't disappoint. Great views over Docklands and Port of Melbourne.

Great for a weekend away. With so much to do near by. The room had a great view. Parking on weekends was easy. The fitted our needs and the staff were great.

The hotel has a great location, it is beautiful, the rooms are nice and very complete, have a Gym, the only bad thing is that you have to request them to do your daily cleaning or else they won't do

Fantastic place. It has all the services. Its shameful. Sleeping beds. But for a short time it is not a problem.

A great place to own a unit. Friendly and helpful management. Clean and well cared for and in a great position — close to city, gardens, cafes and transport.

I think some of the 1 star reviews here have got the wrong building or are people trying to scam. I’ve been here 2 years and I love the student community here.

We enjoyed our stay at the BallaratPrimavera, we stayed in the Jasmine Room admittedly the design of the building itself exposes this room to other guests walking by or using the outdoor spaces

Very friendly proprietors. Room was clean and cheerful. Fridge, kettle, toaster, mic all adequate. Great vibe!

As others have mentioned, this motel is an older design, but everything was clean and nice and Kate and Bobby were lovely and VERY helpful.

Not bad a tad run down but Cathy the owner was fantastic, the park is up for sale after 28 years. Cabin was clean and comfortable.

We arrived on the 5th August, stayed till the 7th. We were checked in by a lovely lady, presumably the owner who was so nice. We went to our cabin which was lovey warm and homely.
