We had the pleasure of having our daughter’s wedding at the retreat over the weekend 14/15 nov 25, stunning location, accommodation was great, would highly recommend the Retreat to anyone.

Absolutely idyllic, perfect little getaway from the world.

We stayed for a night while travelling along the Great Ocean Road. We were given a big welcome by Mark and his two wonderful dogs. The lodges are beautiful and well equipped for self catering.

Mark was incredibly warm and welcoming, and so were his dogs!

Such an upgrade from our last visit! Big range of accommodation available with the newer cabins having some amazing features such as bathroom floor heating!

A beautiful park that you'll want to come back to. Hard to tell it hosted a natural disaster a fortnight ago, we sat by the river, birdlife and kangaroos everywhere to be seen.

Fantastic — with such friendly staff and great service; the Caledonian Inn and its "The Stump" Pub are so Old English.

Great food and atmosphere with very friendly staff, make sure you drop in when in Port Fairy.

High quality accomodation in every respect. Super comfy king size bed, kitchenette with everything. Out door sitting and relaxing areas both front and back.

The cottage is furnished with great care and impeccable taste. Thoughtful details from the heated towel rail to the Lindor chocolates on arrival made the stay feel genuinely welcoming.

What a great find this place was. We camped right next to the river and watched the birds as we had breakfast. Walking distance to the pub for a cool beverage after a beautiful walk along the river.

Excellent motel, clean, well serviced, everything a traveller needs. Easy access good value. Would definitely return when wecome this way again.

Very good motel new mengnement has great service clean rooms and kitchen, BBQ area, swimming pool, shops cafe, restaurants, lake park is all in walking distance.

Nice room with decent amount of space, could be improved by adding an electric cooking plate.

An unassuming gem. Spotless room and shower. All appliances, glasses, cutlery and crockery were covered for hygeine. Microwave in room. Well maintained grounds. Friendly, helpful staff.

The location was great we stayed for one night would come back here in a heart beat the staff were very friendly we used the BBQ facilities there for dinner the guy came over to see if everything ok

Just lacking in the ability to park out 4wd safely without damage to doors.

Facilities were clean, staff were efficient and friendly plus the location is great. Highly recommend!

We tried to call the bigger parks all afternoon to see if we could get our motorhome and car trailer into a powered site. No one would answer the phone or call back.

Awesome new hotel right behind Crowne casino. "Swanky" would be the way to describe it. You can tell the decor, furniture and use of spaces were carefully designed.

We arrived a little early and from check-in to departure the service was terrific and most helpful. Great room, well stocked. Would thoroughly recommend.

We are really enjoying our 8 days in this rather old hotel. Some of the appliances like the electric stove look pretty ancient but work well enough and the decor is dull and tired.

I recently stayed at The City Apartment Hotel in Melbourne and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Suprisingly good hotel. I couldn't believe how big and nice the rooms were. I've stayed twice and I would go back. It's a great option, but I am not sure about the location.

Lovely new apartments, easy check in and out, great secure parking.
I personally found the bed uncomfortable, mainly because it's 2 beds side by side to make a king.

Was a beautiful room but wasn’t cleaned very well from previous guests which is abit upsetting.

Our stay was great. Super affordable and big space for the price. Location is close to everything, although very close to a train station.

It’s not often you stay at a motel that genuinely feels like home. From the moment we walked in, you could feel that each room has been thoughtfully set up and lovingly maintained.

Stayed here for a few days over new year and loved it. The location was convenient, the room was clean, the courtyard was cute!

The apartment was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen.

Went for dinner at the restaurant and the overall vibe was great. The food was really tasty and the portion size was great. Great atmosphere with a really cozy feel.

We stayed for 2 nights, the place was really clean, comfy bed, off street parking, nice people (Rach was very friendly), Railway Hotel had good food, close to supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc, nice

What a great find! We were cycling the Gippsland plains rail trail and used this place as a base.
Our host Grant went above and beyond to secure our comfort.

Room with a difference, pleasantly surprised and own courtyard with pond. Comfy bed, good amenities. BYO brekky. Pool, bbq area and gardens.

So happy to have chosen this place to stop at during our sydney to Melbourne drive. Flawlessly clean, very big room, high ceilings, air conditioning, perfect private, fenced courtyard.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean. Large and well maintained. The pool was a welcome amenity on a 40° day.

Lovely beaches & beautiful clear water. Visited in February during the week & it was quiet. There is a couple of nice cafes & the Portsea Hotel very close to the beach.

Hotel was lovely. Very clean, cosy and has everything necessary. The ducted aircon was great, especially during those hot nights. Staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Perfect location for events at the MCG or Rod Laver etc. Room was a little dated, but was spotlessly clean.

Really clean and quiet holiday park right in town. Very close to supermarkets and shops.
The cabin was really good. Comfy couch and bed. Nice hot shower.

Lovely caravan park centrally located with reasonable pricing and a variety of villa cabins standard cabins, powered and unpowered sites.
