A lovely hotel just a short distance out of the centre of Melbourne. It’s a great location for the MCG and the Australian Open tennis, which are both just a short tram ride down the road.

We recently booked a 2 day stay. Upon arrival we were taken back by the stunning surroundings and the tranquil nature of the grounds.

Nice, clean, got this luxury feels cause all the equipment and the bed is good quality, chocolate on the bedside table is also a nice touch!

This was my third visit to this great motel.
Rates are excellent for a country town and its always very well maintained and quiet.

Great location off the highway away from all the truck noise. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

What a find, location is 3 min walk from town with plenty of choices to eat drink and walk back.
Room is a great size with a large TV and best of all a sofa.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed's are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets provided. Conveniently located near local cafes, coles and a park / playground.

From the moment you walk in the door it was like an old country home. Beautiful fireplace in the shared living room, nice little kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Another fantastic experience staying at the SGC. My home away from home when I am visiting Dunkeld and the Southern Grampians.

We had a stopover on our way to Mildura. This motel was clean, comfortable and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anybody passing through.

This place is an amazing budget friendly accommodation. We originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment but as my husbands flight was delayed 25hrs the had to change the room to a family 2 bedroom instead.

Calm, green and family-friendly Holiday Park in the north of Castlemaine. Booked the Glamtainer, friendly staff, cabin was very clean, all amenities fully functional, and beds were comfy.

We stayed at the Castlemaine Big 4 because it is on the rail route to Sunbury so we could visit family. 15 minute walk to the station and center of town.

Finding the hotel from terminal was a bit of a walk but not too bad. If raining youd get wet though.
Entry easy to find, staff ok and got me checked in fine.
Room was clean and well presented.

I stayed here with about 19 colleagues and it was fantastic! I managed to be lucky enough get a beautiful room — the bathtub was divine.

We arrived after a big day in Melbourne and were met with welcoming, friendly and very helpful staff. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean, and the facilities were fantastic.

Upon arrival my partner and I were welcomed by a lovely team. I literally have no negative thoughts about our stay whatsoever. Everything was absolutely perfect and the staff were really accomodating.

Best location in City center and right next to the Queen Victoria Market and close to all the trams. Front desk staff are terrific. But rooms could be cleaned better.
