What a great find. Perfectly situated across from the beach. Walkway across the road. Rooms are clean, cosy and well appointed. Although right on the Esplanade it is not noisy at all.

The villa we stayed in was very nice, clean. Complete facilities. The owner was also very friendly and easy to deal with. If we come to the Great Ocean Road, maybe we will repeat this place again.

Fabulous house. The check in was marvellous — housekeeper Helen was very obliging providing us with tablecloths and high chair. The facilities were spotless and luxurious.

Loved this placed. Booked for 2 night, room 14. Corner spa bath was perfect, plug had a slow leaky seal so we let the manager know.

Nice place to stay if you're visiting Melbourne. Quiet area but still very close to everything. The room was tidy and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable.

It’s a small older block that has been nicely refurbished. Great location near the Botanic Garden and Acland St, but quiet and super comfortable.

I needed a break from work and booked this place as a quiet getaway. The location is a little bit out of town but was fantastic — only a few minutes drive from the hot springs and very peaceful.
