Great location with easy access to public transport. Secure buildings & comfortable room. The reception is not staffed all the time, but staff were always helpful & friendly.

I travelled from Brisbane to spend some days in Melbourne with my friends and our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Great value for money, location was perfect for us, and room was very clean.

Having had a few mediocre experiences with accommodation in Horsham, this apartment was a really pleasant surprise. Excellent apartment, very clean, very well appointed, extremely comfortable.

Excellent, dog friendly accommodation that is set on a large acreage with farm animals, veggie gardens and art studio. We stayed in the Dairy House, which was well equipped and very comfortable.

We stayed in Dairy House for two nights. It was lovely and the surroundings were very scenic. We were allowed to roam around the farm and had so much fun viewing the animals on the property.

We enjoyed our stay. Room smells so nice & fresh. Clean & cosy.
Lovely reception staff.
We Just couldn’t find the TV remote. Overall we would stay again.

If you looking for value for money for over night accommodation then this is for you. It served our purpose, we could not find two rooms apartment with the price range and room sizes.

I was a little worried reading some of the reviews but I walked in and was very happy!
The lady behind the desk was lovely and very helpful and friendly.

Great overall experience from a friendly helpful management team who will try and cater as much as possible to your needs.

Female dormitory was clean and quiet.
Mixed dormitory quit hot and pack.
But the price per night was affordable.
Customer service also quit good.

I think it’s better than what the reviews here say.
It’s improved a lot since the first time I came here.
After a deep cleaning, there are no bed bugs, no smell, and no mold in my room.

Lovely cosy cottages on the edge of Cowes. It's a good base from which to see the island, but not really writhing walking distance of anything. We kept warm together with a blanket and fireplace.

This was an amazing experience on our Great Ocean Rd journey from Melbourne to Adelaide.

You rent the accomodation here so you have access to the private wildlife park. The animals are friendly and almost demand to be fed carrots when you walk in the back.

The cottage is so perfect, has everything you need, beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast and wine and cheese platter, we felt totally spoilt.

We're looking forward to staying again, such a lovely time at the cottage. Our 2 year old loved meeting all the animals, George and Di are lovely hosts, the room was spacious and sparkling clean.

Good value and good location close to the beach. Not walking distance into town though. The beds were comfortable but the TV was not working.

The manager Sophie is a beautiful kind hostess who overlooked our stay. The house itself is in the perfect spot, nestled up in the suburbs.

I stayed in Wellness Villa for 2 nights for my birthday. Gorgeous location. The Villa is really luxurious with a king sized bed, double vanity, double shower and spa bath.

I had an amazing Spa Retreat for 2 nights. Staying in the villa was beautiful. All the added extras were a treat (glass water bottle, muesli, essential oils and bath milks / scrubs).

It’s very handy to the ocean and reception understands tourist and they gave us all the information we needed.

Had our room upgraded on arrival… King size bed… Chesterfield couch… And a huge spa.! Spent 4 hours in there. A great place with a great view, would definitely return.

Stayed 3 nights for a location not too far from gumbuya. 5 stars because the price is very reasonable and fair for what your receiving. Standard old school motel room. But clean!

Excellent place to stay close to facilities. Room was nice and clean, everything was functional. High pressure shower, car safely parked on the door steps. Definitely staying there again.

The room is comfortable and tidy. No lift for 2nd floor. Not suitable for someone with knee pain. Nice pool for swimming.

We went through a party and it was awesome. But if you have an event or something, better be organised before, because sometimes the staff might need more accurate info.

Great family sized house. Very modern and clean with more than enough space for the kids. Great size backyard. Close to multiple beach’s and short trip into Main Street. 10/10 would return.

Great house in good proximity to all needed on a holiday. Has everything you need and more. Highly recommend a trip to the Rye Back Beach while there!
