Fantastic Locally owned and operated Motel/Lodge nestled away in Beaconsfield, the rooms are fantastic and the prices are seriously the best for what you get in Melbourne SE to date!

We stay here quite often for work. The place is pretty tired but cleanliness not an issue. Some rooms have better hot water pressure than others. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, pretty and functional for all ages. The property management team were very responsive and professional. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. Room smells so nice & fresh. Clean & cosy.

If you looking for value for money for over night accommodation then this is for you. It served our purpose, we could not find two rooms apartment with the price range and room sizes.

I was a little worried reading some of the reviews but I walked in and was very happy!
The lady behind the desk was lovely and very helpful and friendly.

Great overall experience from a friendly helpful management team who will try and cater as much as possible to your needs.

Female dormitory was clean and quiet.
Mixed dormitory quit hot and pack.
But the price per night was affordable.
Customer service also quit good.

I think it’s better than what the reviews here say.
It’s improved a lot since the first time I came here.
After a deep cleaning, there are no bed bugs, no smell, and no mold in my room.

Lovely cosy cottages on the edge of Cowes. It's a good base from which to see the island, but not really writhing walking distance of anything. We kept warm together with a blanket and fireplace.

Affordable if you're not looking for fist class. Humble people will approve close to shop's owner very friendly.

It was a last minute stop for us we were suprised at the massive rooms at a budget rate.
Older style but BIG, very clean, awesome value, and 200m from shopping centre, food and crossing to beach.

My friends and I stayed over the weekend here and we honestly had such a good experience. The staff were very nice and professional, we felt comfortable as soon as we got there.

This was an amazing experience on our Great Ocean Rd journey from Melbourne to Adelaide.

You rent the accomodation here so you have access to the private wildlife park. The animals are friendly and almost demand to be fed carrots when you walk in the back.

The cottage is so perfect, has everything you need, beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast and wine and cheese platter, we felt totally spoilt.

We're looking forward to staying again, such a lovely time at the cottage. Our 2 year old loved meeting all the animals, George and Di are lovely hosts, the room was spacious and sparkling clean.

Good value and good location close to the beach. Not walking distance into town though. The beds were comfortable but the TV was not working.

The manager Sophie is a beautiful kind hostess who overlooked our stay. The house itself is in the perfect spot, nestled up in the suburbs.

We had a very nice stay in a super cosy cottage with balcony over the lake. Perfect beds, a kitchen from the 70s but well equipped. Seed to feed the birds (see photo).

Stayed two nights recently. Great cabin, really friendly hosts and a beautiful location.

The team at front desk are amazing moved me to another room when not happy with first. Overall a great stay, had to ask for split beds.

Staff are very friendly and aim to please.
It’s a shame that the cleanliness of the rooms isn’t up to standard if you have a long stay.
Once a week cleaning is not enough when staying for 3 months.

If others may say theyre not contented because it looks outdated and maybe needing some renovation, for me this is a perfect spot!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation! All ammenities & facilities are exceptional, it’s like a luxury home away from home.

Directly opposite a shopping mall with restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Amazing facilities including a pool and gym. Can't find a fault.

Great location, close to everything in Mildura. Beautiful rooms, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need away from home.

A home away from home. Thoroughly enjoyed luxuries of the spa and inferred sauna to name a few.

The premium way to experience the Hotham mountains. I can’t quite imagine returning here and staying anywhere else. Ticked every box possible, we’ll be back!

It’s very handy to the ocean and reception understands tourist and they gave us all the information we needed.

Great location with easy access to public transport. Secure buildings & comfortable room. The reception is not staffed all the time, but staff were always helpful & friendly.

I travelled from Brisbane to spend some days in Melbourne with my friends and our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Great value for money, location was perfect for us, and room was very clean.
