Excellent customer service totally clean room in fact spotless modern very comfortable big bed too and everything was in order will definitely go again.

Cheap accommodation but not the cleanest place. Bring the Glen 20 disinfect.

This is an excellent modernised motel. The rooms are tasteful, well equipped and comfortable. The motel is quiet and there is ample parking.

Reasonably priced and central to business district.

Great to stay and friendly management only thing is that they could have a microwave in the rooms for baby bottles to be heated and food. Thank-you.

It was a great short over stay. The rooms look a lot better from the inside. Clean sheets, tidy bathroom, would reccomend.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms are spartan which I guess you have to expect for this price range. What you shouldn’t expect however is a broken toilet seat, lamps that don’t work, a shower held together with zip ties, a broken latch on the bathroom door and no bedspreads. I was in a room near to the owners suite. All night children were running and screaming outside my room. I put up with it until 10.30pm (on a Thursday night) when I had to yell at them. The owners did nothing to keep their noise under control. Do yourself a favor and avoid this motel like the plague.

Dandenong Motel is a reasonably confortable motel a few km from Dandenong CBD. The facilities in the room whe had were reasonable. Toaster, kettle, iron and board; no hair dryer unfortunately, but on this occassion it didnt matter. There was a double bed and set of bunks — family room — bunks and bed both comfortable. There were only thin blankets on the beds, but there was a woollen blanket in the cupboard and 2 spare pillows. We did ask for another blanket, just in case, but we ended up not needing anything, as it was a comfortable temperature in the room requiring neither heating nor cooling. The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated, with new toilet, vanity and rain shower. The floor does get slippery when wet though. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap supplied. No spare toilet rolls — actually had to request some — but other than that, it was a good stay.

Everything was good except the TV connection and the brick walls. The bricks seem worn out fyi.

My room was not what I thought it would be from looking at the outside of the complex I was very surprised to have a neat modern clean room with a great bed good pillows awesome shower.

Good place to spend a night. Calm surrounding and good open view. You can have your own freedom.

If all you need it a bed this place is fine. Don't leave valuables in the car or in the room during the day, the area isn't great. There's a bit of road noise too but it's comfortable enough for work/budget travelling.

Heater didnt work so it was cold and light above bed didñt work. Besides that it was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

The absolute worst experience I have ever possibly had with a business in my life! they charged my credit card without telling me when I actually stayed at another hotel that night because of how much of a dump dandy mote was. The lady I first dealt with completely lied to management saying I booked and never cancelled why would I pay $95 to go stay at another hotel im not that charitable to give a cockroach a place to stay for the night! I have been trying to get in touch with management for over a week now who refuses to call me to tell me she wont give me my refund as she knows it is really poor service on their behalf. Front counter reception lady with long brown hair was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life and she completely mislead me about the reservation payment its funny how I had to pay for the room but the bond was never charged to my card in the first place right? Either way people heads up they also advertise they are RACV members as confirmed with RACV they definitely are not and I have sent that to consumer affairs as that was one of the main reasons we were going there to get our RACV discount. I have also now lodged a fraud case with my bank as it was an unauthorised transaction which is immediately getting investigated as and they have froze my account as Dandenong motel hold on to all credit card details.

Really nice for the price. It isn't a fancy hotel, but it is clean and the staff were nice. This is the best 3 star hotel I have stayed in. As such I have given it 5 stars.

Perfectly serviceable if you're just looking for a bed for the night. No microwave in the room. No couch in the one bedroom suite, though there was plenty of room. Beds comfy, rooms clean. Staff friendly, but seem not to know that you can buy milk at a service station. Recommended I drive to grocery store a short distance away instead of walk to the petrol station with convenience store on the corner.

I stayed there for about a month while working in that direction. Great value place. On Princes Hwy so easy access around the area. Also, only 5 — 10 mins walk to the supermarket and town centre so good to go out for a wander around.

Good place — but note that breakfast is NOT included in the price of the room although the web site appears to say so. We learnt the hard way.
