Had accommodation booked for 25 people, payed deposit of $500 and due to COVID lockdown owner/manager would not give refund or credit voucher, very unhappy group of people.

I had to cancel my trip because of the sudden change in the restrictions in NSW and Sydney and I have not received any refund because of the cancellation, not the proposal to have the dates changed. I thought in this challenging year people had developed to be supportive to one another…

We absolutely loved this motel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Not only was the room comfortable spacious and well appointed, it also has a lovely swimming pool outside (which unfortunately we did not get to use this time around). There are many shops nearby including a large shopping centre with Coles and Woolies within walking distance. The best thing though was being able to include our doggy! As a huge bonus there’s also an amazing lake and dog park just behind the property. (Belvoir Park. ) We had a perfect stay with humans and pup leaving Wodonga rested, exercised and ready for the next part of the journey. Hugely recommended!

Stayed here for work. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Close to all the shops.

Older motel with new owners putting a lot of effort into modernisting the facilities. We had a warm friendly greeting on arrival and our room was clean and bed comfortable. The motel is built around a pool and garden setting which will be fantastic for families in summer. The location is great being only s few minutes off the motorway.

Worst sleep for us all 2 adults one child paid $110 for freezing cold room with the most uncomfortable beds I have ever felt in my life I should have slept on the floorl, we are sore all over, the reverse cycle heating kept us awake all night and never even got past 10° really annoyed. After a long drive then this thanks for a good start tor the day.

Found it exactly as advertised. Comfortable, although a bit dated. Dog friendly with enclosed lawn area. Good value option to break up the trip from Sydney to Melbourne.

Staying here was a great experience. Owner is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Moreover, they served good quality breakfast in affordable price (AUD 90).

We stayed there one night and a triple room costed only $110. There was a little kitchen, the room was clean and it had everything we needed.

The best motel we HAVE ever stayed at. We even extended our booking! The room was bright & clean, the bed was comfortable & the management was outstanding. Our little dog had an area to play & Margaret & Ray made us feel very welcome. We are returning for another holiday as soon as possible when we will be able to take advantage of the lovely swimming pool. Rooms were very quiet. Highly recommended.

It was great to have a place where our dog could stay! The man at the front desk was very friendly. The room was pretty standard, but well cleaned. It had a weird smell, maybe paint?. Not a pet smell. But it wasn't so bad. Air con worked beautifully! Kelly is nice and toasty. Overall a great place.

Excellent customer service. Margaret couldn't be more helpful when I rang to clarify a few things before booking. We stayed because the hotel allowed pets. We had a family room which had a separate room within the apartment that had its own outside access and couldn't be happier. Thanks for having us.

Stayed here one night with my wife, older style motel, large very clean unit. Book in service open till 10pm. Manager Marg, lovely lady even found a parking space for my truck. Very good price, will stay here again.

Greeted by a person in old board shorts and a vest with greasy looking hair and no shoes. Room was very old fashioned with grubby old carpet and paint peeling on the doors. Front door didn't fit in its frame. Room smelled like someone has been smoking in it a few days previously.

Standard motel with a nice grass area and pool in the courtyard. The real bonus is the motel is dog friendly which really helps on those long trips from Sydney to Melbourne.

Room was quite outdated and had a stale smell. Bed was quite uncomfortable. For the price we paid, was really expecting more.
