We only stayed at this hostel for one night, it was very cozy and the location is perfect! We were in the 10 person dorm with one shower (which did not lock) and one toilet.

Located at a great spot and so close to the main street. Hostel has great facilities such as cheap laundry machines, cold water dispensers and free towels.

Stayed here for a few weeks and will definitely be back. The place is clean, comfortable, private enough, close to everything in Cairns, and far more affordable than a private room at a hostel.

I lived at Mihaven for 1.5 years, and it truly became a home for me. The staff were always kind, supportive, and easy to talk to. I always felt looked after.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen area had everything you needed. Pool was clean as was the surrounding area. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Nice place for a retreat but nothing to do in the surroundings. All the mission beach life is on the other side and its very difficult to get a lift in late night.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a unit for almost two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We are so happy with our stay at Mumma’s! Everything felt fresh and clean, with great service and very friendly, helpful staff. We really loved the breakfast and the pizza on Saturdays.

Very good hostel, the cleaning was done 3 times per days, the staff and the manager are very kind and welcoming. I was very happy because to stay there. Definitely recommend it.

Great place for school sports events. We travelled from NSW for our daughters event and were impressed with the upkeep on the facilities.

I have had a GREAT time at the Asylum! I was in digital nomad mode there and I had all that I needed: a bed, a desk and Wi-Fi. Plus, plenty of housemates to meet and have fun with!

Absolutely beautiful view. Centrally located to stores. Large, inviting deck with a mesmerising view. 4 bedrooms with 4 toilets and bathrooms. Kettle in each room and a small balcony for each room.

My partner & I & 2 small dogs stayed 2 nights while driving down the coast. We chose this property mainly because they allow pets.

It is a cheap hostel with lovely fellow travellers and separate buildings for men and women. A cat lives in the women's dorm, which is friendly and gets fed by the staff. They have air condioners.

Couldn't get Wi-Fi to work. Everyone left me alone, which was nice. Good kitchen, not really enough bathrooms, but it was fine. Good price. Staff was helpful.

I cannot fault the Gold Coast Inn. We stayed here for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were neat and tidy, staff were helpful and only a 200m walk to the beach.
