The service was excellent, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, giving easy access to almost everything in the city.

I really appreciate the hotel receptionists Erik (evening) and Lilit (morning) – they were so accommodating and welcoming! 😊 Their friendliness truly made a difference.

Our one week of stay in this hotel is truly amazing. We are satisfied with the place as it is near to the Republic square. The room is clean, cozy, and relaxing.

I visit Armenia quite frequently and always rent an apartment with Stay Inn. Overall very smooth experience and great communication from Vlada.

Small hotel with great atmosphere. The personel was really outgoing and friendly, location in the middle of town but u need 10 minutes walking to first main street.

Staffs are very friendly and very flexible. My flight was 5pm and as per the rule I had to leave the room 12pm but they let me stay until the time I wanted.

Good for what it is as a 3 star hotel. At first we had some difficulties at checkout due to them not accepting card and its location is far from the city center.

The location was very relaxing and calming ambience with a nice pool, the room was very big and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. At the end I would thanks Mr. Armen and Kolya.

Nice and clean guest house with good sized rooms down a quiet back street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Republic Square.

If you are solo travelling, it’s the best place to be. Every thing is near by. Most importantly, the hostesses Mara is an amazing woman, you will feel that you are staying in a home not a hostel.

The location is absolutely amazing — it’s literally in the middle of the city.

Booked for a friend from abroad, he was super happy. The location is perfect for tourists, most attractions in the city center are in a walking distance. About 500 meters from the main square.

I have traveled a lot and visited more than 50 hostels in my life. I have never found a hostel as clean, tidy and quiet as this one. I was happy staying there.
