Hotels in Yerevan with Parking near Matenadaran

I only have good words on this Hotel. As a solo traveller I find the room so comfy for me alone.

This hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan, within walking distance of most attractions. The room was okay — definitely not a true 4-star experience, but decent enough. The food was also fine.

We stay at the Hotel Grand Yerevan about four times a year on average, and why? The staff are so warm and welcoming that we always feel right at home there.

The staff were friendly and professional on arrival. I arrived early in the morning and they kindly sorted me out a check in for 11am.
Unfortunately, this room was dreadful.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being in the middle of the city with most of the major sites a short walk away. Service was exceptional, very responsive and polite.

Ibis Yerevan Center Hotel is a beautiful, affordable, and charming option located right in the heart of Yerevan.

It is budget priced and is worth considering. Staff very helpful, rooms ok. Breakfast was great.

Echoing other reviews here by saying this is a terrific value, clean and tidy hotel right in the centre of Yerevan, which is set apart by the staff, who really do provide some of the very best

Nice small family-run hotel, kind and helpful staff. Traditional breakfast, room was clean and tidy. I appreciate midnight pick-up and transfer from airport service. I enjoyed my stay.

This place is absolutely great in the heart of Yerevan with an amazing manager Alex! He was super friendly and even gave us a souvenir to remember our stay. I couldn't recommend enough this place!

A nice place to stay in, however, for the price, more is expected in terms of, for example, appearance of complementary services such as pool, and gym, but the sauna is great.

Really awesome location of hotels. Program was well organized and streamed. Except dinner a day was not upto to mark. Else it was marvelous.

It was an amazing 4 nights stay in Avenue 23. The staff are friendly, nice breakfast, and great location. The room is bit small and it’s not sound proof, but overall experience is amazing.

Superb stay serves good breakfast and near to all the major attractions and malls.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Opera Suite Hotel Yerevan. It's location in Yerevan gave me much to do and while I stayed for a week I still had more things I wanted to do while I was on holiday.

Very good location, clean room with great view, we stayed for almost a weak and they cleaned the room every day, good breakfast, polite and helpful personnel.

Very hospitable staff! We checked in after hours, late in the evening. We were sent detailed instructions on self-check-in via WhatsApp. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

The apartment was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Had a few day stay here and honestly found this area to be utterly accommodating — most places can be done by foot.

An outstanding hotel in the very center of Yerevan. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the excellent location to the impeccable service.

The entire facility was clean and spotless. The staff were top notch and friendly. They addressed any issue we had and we really appreciated their attentiveness.

The accomodations and cleanliness of the hotel was super. Staff was very friendly and accomdating as well. Breakfast was very delicious 🙏

Excellent service and great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend restaurants and local spots to visit.

Good value for money. Good location. Service was good and helpful, despite some issues with English in reception we could understand.

All good, we wished there was an option to check in earlier like 50% of the payment to get the room 6 hours earlier but no option and we had to wait for several hours on the street.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful!
Among all the great things I experienced, the service and attitude of the staff—especially Arthur and Alisa—stood out the most.

I visited the lobby bar of the hotel. Very sophisticated atmosphere. When I went upstairs to have a look at the hotel area, Mariam the hostess (I guess she was a hostess) was so kind and helpful.

My friends and I recently traveled to Yerevan and stayed at the Marriott Courtyard. We had a fantastic experience!

Very cosy Apart Hotel in the center of Erevan, the Staff are very kind and helpful. Rooms are quite big and clean. There's no elevator but always a handyman who helps with luggage.

Wonderful hotel! The room was neat and comfortable, the service was top notch. Everything was perfect—I highly recommend it!

From the moment I step in, I felt special, stuff is supper kind, speaking great English.
Rooms cosy and spacious, equipped with everything, from shower gell to towels and bath suits.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything, from the service to the rooms, exceeded our expectations.
I would like to especially commend Armine from the guest support team.

It was a really wonderful stay. The position of the hotel is perfect (near shopping pedestrian street Northern Avenue, also not far from Republic Square).

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10
I’ve stayed at Hotel Mashtots twice – once alone and once with my family (including my child) – and both times were truly excellent!

In my last Yerevan trip, I stayed in this hotel. Checked in, checked out was excellent with hassle free. Housekeeping staffs are always helpful, smile and warm greetings. Can’t wait to go back.

Value for money place. Centrally located. East walk to the main spots and good restaurants… rooms are OK. It's clean and staff are good I guess for the room rate we are paying.

This is an excellent hotel. The place is so quiet, you can rest properly, and it is very secure. It is also very close to the city center.

Cozy, clean rooms with everything you need. Polite and friendly attitude. For the price this is the best option you could find.

It is important to keep in mind that this is an Airbnb-style accommodation rather than a traditional hotel.
I stayed in two different rooms managed by RIS.

Good location. Thanks to the manager, she was in touch all the time!
I booked apartments based on photos, but they put me in others.

The rooms are big enough for 2, it was clean and cleaning service was good also, it needs some renovation inaide the rooms but in general it is acceptable.

Radisson Yerevan Hotel matched my high expectations for the business trip. Its location is not very central; however, it has been quite close to the conference venue.
