Felinger Concept Hotel

We stayed in Fellinger overall nice experience. The staffs specially Armeni at reception and Kausar and the room service man in evening was v nice. Even the lady at the spa was v friendly. They assisted and helped out a lot making stay pleasant. But at the same time I had a v bad experience on 27th morning before 9 am with the man at reception names Gevor I guess. He was v impolite and refused to send a bottle of water even on request. He responded by telling they can only give room service between 2 to 6 pm and told drink water from tap. Well we want bottled water and could have paid also but he refused to send and was v rude. I would appreciate management if they can tell him to behave politely with people specially ladies who are visiting and paying to stay in the hotel. Otherwise the experience was wonderful with other nice staffs.

Very polite and attentive staff. Great service for this price. Sometimes there's live music in the hotel lobby. Thanks to the hotel staff for their care and wonderful atmosphere!

Highly recommend. The spa area with saunas, a pool and a space to relax is the best I've been to at any hotel. The facilities are great and well maintained. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is helpful.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at Felinger Hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the rooms are kept very clean.
​However, the service was a major disappointment and did not match the quality expected. I specifically asked to change my room from two twin beds to a double bed. The staff said they would check, but eventually just told me to contact the booking agency instead of helping me directly. This was very frustrating because I could see an empty room with a double bed right there, but they wouldn't move me. I stayed for three nights and felt they made no effort to go the extra mile.
​Regarding the food, breakfast is quite basic with standard fruits, veggies, and industrial meat cuts and orange juice. The one saving grace for breakfast is that they have good automatic coffee machines.

I liked very much the staff. Everybody was friendly and helpful.
Overall we have enjoyed our stay and shall come back if we come to Yerevan again.
My husband works in the hotel and I think that housekeeping is understaffed which is general problem anyway.
But they are trying hard.

Unfortunately, the room is very dirty, the fridge had food and beverage from previous guests and the heat does not work. There is no information in the room about the reception phone number and late at night the guest has to go down to ask for cleaning and heat fix. The receptionist did not even apologize for the lack of heat and room dirtness. Also, late at night let the guest waiting for the service and unable to rest. The heat system did not work since, according to the hotel, 12C is summer, but they brought me a baby heater insted (which does not really work). The person who helped with the cleaning and the heat was nice and helpful. The door man is also kind. Notwithstanding, a tiresome and unpleasant experience.

This hotel has no handicap access at all. Everytime I entered or left the hotel, I required staff assistance. There are NO handrails at all.
The hotel staff were friendly and always at your disposition.
Rooms were often not cleaned until 5:00 PM. However Bathroom sink, shower and toilet were never cleaned in 10 days. They indicated that is only done upon room change, not provided for in the daily room service.
The breakfast was average. Coffee machines often needed refilling. Coffee Luke warm. Some fruits were not ripe. No hot milk available. Pastries and cakes were obviously frozen and reheated.
Restaurant often used frozen foods. Also often out of dishes indicated on the menu. Mediocre quality.

Clean and comfort hotel. When we wanted to check in there were no rooms available for the full duration of our visit, but administration gave us option to live in different rooms (even VIP for a few nights) for a low price. Overall very good hotel.

We stayed at Fellinger Hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Yerevan for the IELTS exam, and overall, it was a great experience.
Location was absolutely perfect — just a 5-minute walk from the university, which made it incredibly convenient for exam day. The breakfast was also a highlight: varied, fresh, and satisfying each morning. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing space after long days.
However, the room service and cleaning left much to be desired. Despite leaving the “clean up room” sign out daily, the sheets were never changed during our entire stay, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned unless we called reception to ask. Even basic items like bottled water and toiletries were only replenished upon request.
In short, while the trip itself was wonderful and the hotel had many strengths, we hope the management will improve housekeeping services to match the overall quality of the hotel.

She went above and beyond in assisting me — from recommending places to visit and local markets, to helping with directions and hotel services. I found this hotel as it was across the road from the Heratsi hospital in Yerevan. My partner had been admitted to the hospital after a heart attack. The hotel restaurant provided meals for my partner as the hospital do not provide food. The included breakfast was first rate with a lovely view towards Mount Ararat. The hotel staff were excellent. I was given an upgrade and the staff were very empathetic asking after my partner each day. When he came out of hospital the manager visited our room with a bowl of fruit and stayed to chat. They also ordered safe taxis for me if I needed to go out. The spa is superb with a lovely pool and excellent massages.
A lovely stay in difficult circumstances.

On 30/4/2025, we arrived at the hotel around 9pm. Room 213 was not ready and big pile of dirty linen was at the door!. After complained to the receptionist and found out that they are no surprised at hall and I believed it was common issue to them and they changed the room to room 609 which is at the corner facing the main road. Furthermore the aircond was not functioning as cold air but with hot air? The excuses given was they are still in the winter month?. We were asked to open the windows with the heavy n noisy traffic noise right up to mid night!
Also the breakfast kitchen staffs are very rude and very unfriendly on our last day, where one of the staff asked me to clean my rubbish on table just because I peeled my hard boiled eggs shell on the table coaster before I leave the place which I just ignored and refused to do that.
It is very disappointed experience in this hotel apart from the door man who is very friendly n helpful.

The hotel restaurant waiter is rude and maybe bias or racist. We are a group of Malaysia and staying here for holiday and don't deserve to be treated rudely. However the doorbell staff are super efficient and friendly. My compliments to Edwards and the other receptionist.

We are group from Malaysia. We would to express our disatisfaction towards this hotel. Firstly the kitchen staff is very rude and arrogant. They treat us badly. No politeness. We are not here for free stay. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the toilet stuff are not replenish. We have been telling to the reception but still the same.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days and everything was excellent, including the respectful treatment of the staff, clean rooms and daily cleaning, a varied and delicious breakfast, the silence and tranquility of the hotel at night, a good and clean restaurant with a beautiful view of the city and the Ararat Mountains, convenient access to the bus and metro stations, and a 20-minute walk to Republic Square in Yerevan. This made us have a very good stay in Armenia and we will choose this hotel again on future trips to Yerevan.

‏My husband and I stayed at this hotel in September, The hotel staff are hospitable and have a very good attitude, especially the Persian-speaking receptionist.
‏Also, the doorman who was very friendly and kind and the bell boys who were really responsible.
Our room was really nice, everything was complete and perfect, and the window of the room was facing the street and the park, which we liked very much. Only the cleaning of the room was poor and we announced several times to clean the room but no one paid attention.
Foods and drinks was very delicious and fresh.
The breakfast was awesome and we liked it.

I stayed at Felinger Hotel for a week, and I would never, ever go back. While the hotel is clean and new, the service is absolutely AWFUL! They don’t clean the rooms daily, and when they do, it’s only partially done. I had to repeatedly ask and BEG for basic essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels. They didn’t change the sheets for the entire week, and on some days, they didn’t even bother replacing the towels!
The shower leaks water into the restroom, making a nasty mess every time you shower. When I informed them about this, they said it was normal! but it was such a GROSS situation to deal with.
The breakfast was a disaster too. They prepare the meal and cut the veggie and fruits the night before, so everything was SOOO cold and stale by morning.
On top of all this, the elevator is located right next to the rooms, and it makes a loud ding-ding noise every time it reaches a floor. The noise disturbed my sleep throughout the nights.
I chose this hotel based on the rates and reviews, and I thought it would be a nice stay even though it’s far from the center. With the same amount of money, you can DEFINITELY find a better place to stay.
It was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
