Cocktails are awful, it does not seem like to be in a 5 star hotel for an event. Bad service and also no answers for the messages or apologies for that service.

Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday evening the whole neighborhood listens to your awful music until 11 PM! A hotel that pretends to be luxurious never makes scream of mediocre music until 11 PM. Above all, it is a huge disrespect towards its clients, not to mention the inhabitants of the surrounding buildings.

Highly recommend. They made my wedding day so awesome by giving us the best service and attention possible, we got ready in the hotel and we have amazing photos thank to beautiful interior and lightning, we got complementary champagne from hotel and everything was absolutely amazing ❤️

It is a lovely hotel. I recommend it for kids my age if they like to play tennis or play in the park. The rooms have beautiful green view. Almost like a forest. Radisson Blu Yerevan has the best pizza and Cesar salad. Their breakfast includes fresh squeezed orange juice. My parents love it too.

One of the worst stays in last 10 yrs. The rooms given to us were not checked properly. The hand shower was leaking from the movement we checked in and was rectified only next day. A/c in the room was not at all as per expectation and even after complaint it was not rectified. The worst was the breakfast on the 12-07-2018 @ Mosquitoes & Flies all over the buffet breakfast. I have pictures taken can upload if someone really wants to see them.

I love your hotels. I've was staying in your hotel in Georgia as well. Staff, service and rooms are on top level. Nothing to say here.

Very nice place, I was on a business trip, the hotel is well managed, very clean, the food is also good, everything was as I expected.

Great hotel. Good spa and pool. Awesome breakfast. A little far from the city center, near the Victory park, upstairs of Cascade a d close to Mother Armenia monument. Cozy and clean numbers, beautiful interier, helpful staff and cool cafe. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

That's new brand hotel. Hospitality is like other hotels in Yerevan. Food quality is good. Rooms are clean. Good view and atmosphere but far from city center.

Fancy and worth it. I love how friendly the staffs are. Near the monument. They got tennis court, swimming pool, spas and awesome restaurant. Near the center. Super fast internet.

All in all, the hotel is ok. But I'd like to share my bad experience with Yerevan city to whom it may concern. Some taxi drivers are dishonest and cheater. So if you like to go to Yerevan be careful about them.

Very big and comfortable hotel with it's green & beautiful garden. It's not in the centre of the city but it's not so long to get to the downtown.

Place looks amazing at night with all the lights on.

New, modern, very nice hotel. Good breakfasts and great rooms. We then spent the meeting. All the staff prepared for us at the highest level.

New hotel in a nice location, not in the centre of the city therefore has pleasant garden and outdoor leisure area; most of the staff are very friendly and helpful NOTE: don't take excursion services arranged by the reception staff, it's just a scam; a driver will you up, drop you in a location and return you to the hotel for triple the price and interestingly the transaction is done in cash… you can guess the rest.

The place was nice, but the the restaurant/bar didn't have a working POS to charge a credit card.
