This is an excellent hotel. The place is so quiet, you can rest properly, and it is very secure. It is also very close to the city center. There is a bakery nearby which sells good quality breads at a very low price. It is also surrounded by plenty of top-rated restaurants, and is near the "SAS" supermarket, which is open 24 hours. The owner is very accommodating, professional, and kind. This is the best hotel we visited while in Yerevan.

If it were possible to give a minus 5, I would.
We booked a room for a day, since we had a transfer in Yerevan. Time is limited. We arrived at the address, the door was closed, no one was there. If in the description you see somewhere that the reception is open 24 hours, then this is not true.
We called all the contact numbers, no one picked up, asked the locals from the car wash nearby to call the owner, no one picked up. The hotel guests came, we asked them to call, no one picked up either. As a result, we sat for 1.5 hours by the door waiting for a miracle, but it did not happen. Stupidly wasted time, as well as nerves. And then we wandered around the city with bags and suitcases.
I do not recommend it if you do not want to sit waiting for a miracle by the door.
Also, through the site that we took this hotel, we asked to contact the owner, the owner from their representative also did not pick up the phone.
